To Ninja Factory Ownership / Senior Management,…read more I am writing to report a safety concern during my visit to the Ninja Factory Eastlake location on Saturday, August 29. While observing the employee operating the spinning jump attraction, I personally saw him appear to nod off or fall asleep while leaning against the inflatable approximately five times. He was responsible for operating the attraction at the time. I cannot determine the cause of this behavior and am not alleging impairment or a medical condition. My concern is that he appeared to fall asleep repeatedly while operating moving recreational equipment used by children. I immediately reported this to the woman at the front counter, who identified herself as the highest-ranking manager or supervisor on site. She gave the employee a break but questioned whether he had actually been falling asleep and stated that there was no safety-related concern, noting that he had "been here the longest." I explained that I had personally observed this multiple times. I then requested management contact information and the names of both employees so I could accurately document the incident. She declined to provide either name, stating that employees were not required to provide their names to customers. Please have ownership or senior management investigate this incident. The employees should be identifiable through the work schedule and attraction assignment for August 29. If surveillance covers the spinning jump attraction, please preserve and review relevant footage from before and after my report. My concern is the safe operation of the attraction. Employees operating recreational equipment should remain attentive while children are using it, and reports of an employee appearing to fall asleep should be documented and investigated promptly. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise whether it will be reviewed. I would appreciate a summary of the outcome and any corrective action taken, if applicable. Thank you,

We had a private party here yesterday for my 5 year old daughter's birthday and will NOT be coming…read moreback again. There were so many issues with this place I will just list some of them here: 1. Confirmed number of guests but they didn't have enough chairs for adults so several people including my wife and I had to sit at a kids table on tiny chairs. 2. We only had three kids but I had to attend to my daughter frequently because she was crying and not being watched after in the play area. 3. Worker that was supposed to watch kids was constantly sitting and on her phone instead of trying to be helpful. 4. Sent them PowerPoint my wife spent an entire day making and although they confirmed they can play it they were not able to. They just put it on a thumb drive and plugged it into tv which just shows the pictures so no music, transitions or animations. Also, if the PowerPoint is large it won't play at all using this method which we were not told. I can go on and on but please save your money and don't come to this place unless you want to be disappointed and upset.

They also create random rules that change out of no where & parents are just expected to roll with it without any notice or postings & trust me I have gone almost every single day. The instructors at safe swim academy are supposed to provide safety, comfort, and trust but unfortunately the instructor by the name of Cynthia doesn't provide that. Cynthia informed us that she feels uncomfortable with being my child's swim instructor & man did I notice. I noticed it by the way she kept leaving him hanging in the water by keeping her distance & ignoring him when he kept saying "help me!" & twice. I don't understand how the professional way to handle this situation is by taking it out on an a 7 year old who is autistic. It's bad enough that she looked annoyed towards my son but to jeopardize his safety is unprofessional. As a concerned parent I wouldn't recommend this instructor to parents with kids who have disabilities.

My girls got stuck with the percentage they're in (beginner @ level 7), but their coach explained to me some of the important factors. Swimmers need to be consistent in order to advance. I have told our coach that the girls practice in our neighborhood pool when we're able. And I have asked what could be the potential plan so we can all work together towards any progress, and they have responded to me respectfully. The staff here are really very pleasant, you just have to also be respectful when expressing any concerns.

We love Aqua-Tots! We've had my son enrolled in weekly classes here since he was 8 months old, and…read moreit has helped his confidence in the water so much. He's now 3 and is SO comfortable in the pool. He loves swimming and jumping in from the edge, can turn around and get himself back to the wall, climb out on his own, and independently back float. Santi has been his coach for over a year now, and my son absolutely loves him. He works so well with him and has made swimming such a positive experience. I also love how the program progresses with their age. When they're little, you're in the pool with them, which is such great bonding time. Now my son is in class independently. The transition was hard for him for the first few weeks, but it ended up being really good for him and helped build his confidence being away from me. The app is super easy to use for scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling lessons. You can also see your child's progress, instructor notes, and progress reports right in the app. The changing rooms and bathrooms are always clean. I also had one issue with an instructor in the past, and when I brought my concern to the front desk, they listened, took it seriously, and immediately took action to remove that instructor from my son's class. I was extremely thankful for how quickly and professionally they handled my concern. My only criticism is that I wish they pushed the kids a little more as they progress, especially letting them swim farther distances independently. I'd love to see my son challenged a little more now that he's so comfortable in the water. I also wish they maximized the full 30-minute class better. There are quite a few classes where the first 10 minutes or so are spent with the instructor teaching or explaining things to another trainee. When you're paying for a 30-minute lesson, that's a pretty significant portion of the class, and I'd much rather see that time focused on getting the kids as much actual swimming and practice time as possible. We've had such a positive experience here over the years. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots, especially if you want your child to become comfortable, confident, and safe in the water!
