They take the guesswork out of planning your parties! The staff are attentive, courteous, and professional, always trying to find ways to help or assist us throughout the party. The helpers also were so great with the kids! The space is so clean and kept up with well. This space is much larger than the Burbank location with plenty more indoor playground activities that also includes activities for older children, including trampolines, basketball, foam pits, and more. There is also ample parking located in the back where the entrance is. Cheers to Alen and his team for helping us in creating another epic birthday for our son!

Ball pits, trampolines, slides and many more engaging things wait for your kiddos. I have taken my 19-month son here twice and he loves it every time. It is $35 for 2 hours on the weekend, and unlimited time on the weekdays. Since they host birthday parties, check their yelp or call to see if they are open on the weekends. One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. One piece of advice for adults, bring your exercise clothes because you will be warm going through the play areas with your young ones. If your child needs a space to expend energy, I would recommend bringing him/her here!

Our host , I think her name is Kristy, help us to set up and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we're very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter's birthday celebration. Thank you to the entire team for helping make it such a fun and memorable day!

The staff worked with us so patiently, making sure to help us every step of the way. The machine we used to build the plushie body is super innovative and amazingly easy to use. They also offer a ton of fun accessories to truly personalize the creation. It's such a sweet, creative activity for kids (and adults!), and the plushie quality is so soft and cuddly. Parking: We parked at the Park & Walk - Schoolhouse Garage, which was the closest to the plushie workshop. It is $1 for the first 2 hours. Be sure to pay at the machines before you return to your car so you can (kinda) leave the garage faster. Environment: Once we arrived at the location, we had to call the phone number listed to inform them that we arrived. Someone will open the door and show you downstairs to the workshop. We pick the animal that we want to make and a staff member will set you up at their knitting machine. Instructions are provided as you progress in creating your plushie. The yarn is very forgiving so if you make an oopsie, the staff member will be able to help you fix or correct it. Then we get to stuff the plushie as much as we want to get that perfect hug/squish factor. The plush gets sealed up and we get to thread our final touches. What was ordered: - Chick Plushie Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. This was an interesting experience. I can say that this is the first plushie I've made by hand. Staff members are ready to help out! Credit cards are accepted.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt magical, filled with warmth, joy, and genuine care. The hosts were exceptionally kind and had a wonderful way of connecting with the children, making every child feel seen and included. This is, without a doubt, the best party venue I have ever visited. The celebration began with a scavenger hunt that was thoughtfully designed. The instructions were simple and easy for kids to follow, yet the presentation was playful, mysterious, and captivating. Every child was completely absorbed, watching with excitement and curiosity. Next, the children created their own necklaces, and all kids will pick a bead to make a special necklace for the birthday girl. Each activity felt intentional and meaningful. Nothing felt rushed, chaotic, or overwhelming. Instead, the pace was calm and well balanced, creating a peaceful and welcoming environment. The entire experience was relaxing and joyful, allowing you to savor every moment. It was the kind of place that makes you wish you could be a child again. We spent two truly magical hours here, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is a rare and beautiful hidden gem.

There was so much to do, from walking through the river and doing water play, to sand play in the pretend lake, to crafts (that we didn't have time for), to climbing equipment, and building/engineering/physics activities. Plenty of things to do both indoor and outdoor. The physics section is great for older kids too, even middle school (but the rest of the museum is definitely geared to elementary).

The museum is both indoors and outdoors. There's several activities that are geared towards older kids such as sitting on seat and self-pull to go up. Or a tug a war type thing. The other outdoor activities are for all ages, they have areas where you can bang on stuff to hear the sounds. There's an indoor which I feel the younger ones loves such as the train table or the parachute. Overall there's activities for all ages. There was even a spot if someone wants to read and do storytime. Fun overall. It can get pricey. I'm not big on places charging adults as it truly is more for the kids.

We never liked the "entrance fee" that I obviously know about and I stand by what I said: ADULTS ARE FORCED TO ORDER THEIR SUBPAR OVERPRICED FOOD FOR ENTRY aside from the entrance fee for their kids. The SGV eats post - I wasn't talking about one post. Geraldyne has posted several times and most of those times people have chimed in with their experiences and she removed her entire posts so people won't find the comments. Once again, trust the low star ratings. If you read them, you'll see a lot of them echo what I've posted here. --- If you have a toddler or a young kid, avoid this place. Read the lower rated reviews, because those paint a more accurate picture than glowing reviews from people who got discounts to this place. Adults are forced to order a meal as an entrance fee, and all the choices are subpar and overpriced. There was only one lovely staff member, an African American woman that unfortunately seemed to have left, because everyone else were not friendly nor helpful, and are barely present. The husband who supposedly cooks the meal made the driest, toughest, inedible steak salad and I couldn't even get help with my meal because there was no staff around to help, and whenever the husband came out, he would just be zipping in and out so fast I couldn't even catch him, and I couldn't leave my daughter by herself. The food choices for kids are also subpar. The play area itself is also subpar. There's very little options to play with, and whatever is there are mostly broken toys or have missing parts. The "separate" area for younger kids are always a huge mess to the point where it's safer for a 1-2 yr old to be in the general area with how disorganized it is. It's nothing but an afterthought, and bigger kids go there to mess up that area all the time No one really goes to clean up or check the play areas periodically, so even though it's part of their "rules", you see kids throwing toys at other kids, kids leaving messes around, etc. The positive reviews about these place are probably from people who've only been there once and have had some sort of discount. As a previous repeat customer who tried to give this place multiple chances, it is nothing but a cash-grab by greedy owners who care nothing about kids. The owner, Geraldine, also loves to promote her business on Facebook groups, and even whine about lack of "support" from people, but when previous customers try to make suggestions or anything remotely resembling a valid criticism, she'll remove the post so no one sees it. It's very dishonest, and shows what kind of people run this business. There are better places to go to entertain kids in SGV, don't waste your time and money here.
