We used to love coming here but as the years go by and the toys break and disappear the price remains the same! There are no more toddler cars, no more foam blocks, the ball pit is lacking balls, and all the toys and games are depleted and sad. It's $25 for one adult and one kid and I have trouble justifying the price any more. If you're the owner please consider a refresh!

My daughter loves coming here to play! Clean play area and restrooms. Your allowed 2 adults any after that they charge you an extra $15. Sock are avaliable to purchase but we like to bring our own.

PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! I worked for the DOE building health and safety inspection and this place failed on so many levels. As of Aug 2025, these were the violation sighted: - Inadequate Maintenance - Substandard Repairs - Entrapped in play structure - Unsafe Hardware - Choking hazard - Overcrowding - Sharp protrusion - Improper installation This place is Not worth coming to at all. Not even with a discount. It's hot inside, not safe, dirty with lots of missing or broken cheap toys. Your child will have more fun in a public playground and that's FREE.

This indoor playground for toddlers was a nice little venture into a safe space for kids birthdays or social gatherings for little ones. You will need to fill out a release form, and wear socks to prevent any dirty feet. It's BYOB food and drinks for kids and is well organized. I would say the location is probably good for 3-5 year olds, as older kids would probably not play on the skits or play area, and the younger ones would not likely know what to do yet. It's a relatively new venue, so it's very popular for local residents.

Got a Groupon for 2 kids but you need to RSVP beforehand and it only applies for Mon-Thur so beware if you go on a Friday or weekend! The price is $25 for one child and if they have siblings each child after that is $20 for 2 hours of play (kids need to be in socks they sell for $4 if you need them). Across the street there is also a cute little park; if you need extra play time which I highly doubt it lol. The playground is toddler friendly as well as for older children. They have wall climbing area and an arcade for older kids, ball pits and slides, dress up for each occupation station such as police department, fire station, salon, etc. I still have our Groupon since I went on a Friday last week but I definitely recommend! They have a massage chair for adults to relax. No food area or mini snack bar. PS. The only con that I have is I think they have a sewage problem? Restrooms located on the right side next to the playground area, it has a bit of a stench which isn't overwhelming but it is something I did notice since I have a sensitive nose.

o6.24.2o23 Good place for kids! We came here for a play date. It was $25 per child for 2 hours, socks required. I have never been to one of these as a kid so I got to go down the slide (bc I was small enough) to show my kid and goes into a ballpit. That was pretty fun. It not a very big place but it's big enough to keep the little ones busy for hours. It's great they only charge for the kids and there are some area where parents can sit and chit chat with one eye while their kids play and the other eye to watch the kids. Busy parental life.

Pretty large indoor playground located across the street from smith park. There are quite a few different themed rooms and kids can even play dress up. Large slide up top FYI for parents who go up with there kids, there isn't really any way to get down except slide down into the ball pit. No big deal, parents need some fun and excitement too! Only downside is the arcade area in the back was still out of order as of 8/6/2024. Overall still a fun and interactive indoor playground for kids. They always have Groupon deals so I would suggest purchasing the tickets from Groupon to save a few extra bucks.

Discovered a new indoor playground for my 3 and 4 year old girls. They really enjoyed this spot because the play areas are divided into different rooms-- grocery store, classroom, fire station, doctor's office and beauty parlor--plenty of rooms for your kids to run their imagination. There's also a large area for the slide and wall climbing, and another area with arcades and merry go round. The arcades and wall climbing areas require additional fees. I like that the place is well maintained and padded everywhere. It's also very organized. The private room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. My only criticism is that the place doesn't exert a lot of energy for my two high strung girls. There's a lot of playing pretend but not enough running to get them tired. Something to keep in mind if you're looking for places to get your kids tired. Ample parking. $25 per child, and $20 every additional children. Free for adults. Maximum 2 hours.

If your looking for a Indoor fun place to take any kid From 1-6 this the place . I was looking for a place to take my 4 year old grand-baby. She loved all the miniature stores they had. Lots of little cars to drive . Great lay out . We enjoyed the ball pit and slides and all the fun play areas. Would come back ! I'm

This location has been around for a while but only was used for private events. Now finally open to the public for open play. The space is a smaller than their Grenada hill location but much more organized. The toys are used but aren't beat up and thrown everywhere. The jungle gym section has a lot of dead spaces and difficult for smaller kids to get around. The entire back is the arcade section so you have to pay extra for each one. The biggest negative for me is the volume of their music. It's deafening and my 3 years old was deterred to go into certain rooms because the speakers were blasting in her face. She asked to leave well before the 2 hr mark. It's pricey especially if you have more than one kid.

I found this place on Groupon and decided to purchase it because it was $35 for 2 hours for 2 kids. The original price was $45. My kids are 3 and 5 and they both really liked it. I didn't really care for it myself. It reminds me of a wannabe Pretend City and a Kids Empire mashed together but smaller. Everything in there from the floor to the wall was padded. It's good for the littles who may fall but not really necessary. They had an arcade section with same games and a small merry-go-round but it was not in service. They also had a couple of wall climbing games but they costed extra. The whole place seemed to be run by only one person there. There's also no place to eat so if you brought snacks, you would need to step outside to the entrance and eat in a tiny area by the lockers and shoe storage area. Not a place where you could host a birthday party. I'm glad the kids had fun but I probably wouldn't come back.

By ball pit entrance/exit. Exposed metal with ripped plastic. Zip ties hurt...turn them over.

2 hours of Fun for the kids. Needs some maintenance work and to make sure the locks are locked though. See pictures for details. Disappointed that they do not up keep the place and make the fixes right away given this is for little kids. They make you sign a waiver but still the kids can get hurt. Pricey but groupon makes it doable.

We loved our visit. The arcade and town were a lot of fun for my kiddo. I enjoyed the massage chair. The place is clean. They're always cleaning. The employees are all really helpful and polite too. Worth the drive.

It is $35 for 2 hours on the weekend, and unlimited time on the weekdays. Since they host birthday parties, check their yelp or call to see if they are open on the weekends. One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. One piece of advice for adults, bring your exercise clothes because you will be warm going through the play areas with your young ones. We never liked the "entrance fee" that I obviously know about and I stand by what I said: ADULTS ARE FORCED TO ORDER THEIR SUBPAR OVERPRICED FOOD FOR ENTRY aside from the entrance fee for their kids. The SGV eats post - I wasn't talking about one post. Geraldyne has posted several times and most of those times people have chimed in with their experiences and she removed her entire posts so people won't find the comments. Once again, trust the low star ratings. If you read them, you'll see a lot of them echo what I've posted here. --- If you have a toddler or a young kid, avoid this place. Read the lower rated reviews, because those paint a more accurate picture than glowing reviews from people who got discounts to this place. Adults are forced to order a meal as an entrance fee, and all the choices are subpar and overpriced. There was only one lovely staff member, an African American woman that unfortunately seemed to have left, because everyone else were not friendly nor helpful, and are barely present. The husband who supposedly cooks the meal made the driest, toughest, inedible steak salad and I couldn't even get help with my meal because there was no staff around to help, and whenever the husband came out, he would just be zipping in and out so fast I couldn't even catch him, and I couldn't leave my daughter by herself. The food choices for kids are also subpar. The play area itself is also subpar. There's very little options to play with, and whatever is there are mostly broken toys or have missing parts. The "separate" area for younger kids are always a huge mess to the point where it's safer for a 1-2 yr old to be in the general area with how disorganized it is. It's nothing but an afterthought, and bigger kids go there to mess up that area all the time No one really goes to clean up or check the play areas periodically, so even though it's part of their "rules", you see kids throwing toys at other kids, kids leaving messes around, etc. The positive reviews about these place are probably from people who've only been there once and have had some sort of discount. As a previous repeat customer who tried to give this place multiple chances, it is nothing but a cash-grab by greedy owners who care nothing about kids. The owner, Geraldine, also loves to promote her business on Facebook groups, and even whine about lack of "support" from people, but when previous customers try to make suggestions or anything remotely resembling a valid criticism, she'll remove the post so no one sees it. It's very dishonest, and shows what kind of people run this business. There are better places to go to entertain kids in SGV, don't waste your time and money here.

When I went to use the membership for the first time, I arrived with my two sons after checking the business hours on Facebook and Instagram. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.

Parking was also a bit of a hassle - the guy mentioned some issues with parking. My son absolutely loved the car VR game, and the others too. However, it's a bit pricey for our budget. The amount I paid could have easily lasted me 2 hours at Chuckie Cheese (peace!). This place is more suitable for teenagers or adults who want to hang out, rather than young children. It might be a good option for parents with young kids who want to chat while their kids play in the playground. The place is small, but they have some impressive equipment. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice with all these gadgets- I cannot assist my son. 3 stars for the pricey games, 2 for parking and 4 stars for the staff- do the math, I will still recommend for you to try and experience the fancy atmosphere.
