I could move around with them as they played and always find an available seat nearby where they were playing to stay close. They also do a good job with keeping this place clean - I saw staff sanitizing throughout our entire visit. There is an available family bathroom onsite which makes things convenient and they even provide bathroom slippers for you to use. Just a heads up, they require Jumpity Bumpity socks in order to play.

At the end of the party, fewer children attended than we had originally expected, and our total guest count was still within the overall party limit. Despite that, we were charged extra for additional adults, which was disappointing and didn't feel very customer-friendly. We were also told we had 15 minutes to vacate the play area. While the venue itself is great for open play, I wouldn't recommend it as a birthday party venue based on my experience. The focus seemed to be more on additional charges than on providing a smooth, enjoyable experience for families. I would happily bring my son back to play, but I would choose a different location for future birthday celebrations.

There are many developmental toys and activities which the children had a blast exploring. The space was very clean and well organized! I saw the staff actively tidying the space, assisting with the different payment features, and engaging the children. They offer memberships, as well host private events and various therapies that are held on site. It's a one stop shop. Their memberships can be covered by the Regional Center or funded through Self Determination program, but of course, you can pay of pocket. The owner Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! This San Ramon location is their first location, but have since expanded to two more sites in Berkeley and Belmont. They also have tables for parents to have a break or work at which is very thoughtful. When I went also had a smaller tot area as well as an inclusive, larger space for all. Overall, this is a wonderful facility that fosters inclusion and a welcome addition to the area.

Even with how busy it was, we didn't feel rushed and the experience was really enjoyable. We came back again on Valentine's Day around the same time. This time Caitlin helped us. She was good and helpful, but the experience felt a little rushed even though we were the only ones in the shop at the time. Overall, it's a great experience for kids. It is a little pricey, but if your child likes slime, it's definitely something they'll enjoy and have fun doing.
