    I needed my battery changed on my S9 and brought the battery I had purchased on line. The tech was…read morefriendly and business-like and said that yes they could install it and it would be about 3-4 hours. I decided to wait in the shop. While waiting a father/son duo came in to get two phones to be repaired. The tech listened to the issues, offered suggestions so that the one phone would be repaired by end of day and the other in 2 business days. They both seemed pleased with the options and I believe reflect the company's commitment to provide excellent customer service. In 90 minutes the battery on my phone was installed and my order complete. the phone is working fine. Under-promise and over-deliver. Very satisfied with their service. Will use them again.

After holding the power and volume down button for about 20 seconds the phone would come on and go right back off. I took it here to get it repaired. I found this repair location on google with a different name (ESM cell phone repair). I was charged $41.60 to have my phone inspected to see what the problem was and get it repaired. I was told I would get a call in an hour or two after the technician checked my phone. After waiting over 3 hours, I called to get the status on my phone. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched. I guess this was an easy way to make money off people without providing any service. I advised to steer clear of this place unless you have money to give them just because. One would think they would at least refund the money for the wasted trip.

Friendly, professional, and did a great job. I even qualified for a free screen protector, which was a huge bonus. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and everything was completed on time. My phone works perfectly now and has a brand-new screen protector as well. Quick tip: liquid screen protectors are not worth it. I had one, my screen still shattered, and the company didn't truly stand behind their warranty. Definitely use a physical screen protector on top of your screen--even if you have a liquid one. I highly recommend this place for phone and electronic repairs. Just note that if you don't have insurance on your device, repairs can be a bit pricey.

They got straight to work and had everything fixed in under an hour while I sat in the store, connected to their Wi-Fi, and knocked out work on my laptop like I was at a coffee shop. I had to be the one to call and follow up to find out what was going on. Communication was the biggest issue. It was very difficult to speak directly with the technician working on the console, and I received different information depending on who I spoke with. It seemed like the staff wasn't on the same page, which made the process frustrating and confusing. I understand that repairs can take time, but I was specific in only requesting a cleaning so there was no need to keep my console for days on end for "diagnostics". Keeping customers informed and having consistent communication would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.
