Anytime I have an issue, Elijah is the only one who actually takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure the problem is fully resolved. The level of customer service he provides truly stands out especially compared to others who barely seem interested in helping at all. Elijah consistently goes above and beyond, and it honestly shows that he cares about his job and the customers. I got in touch with my bank to try to go after them they couldn't handle the case but I get this letter from T-Mobile he couldn't even give me his name whoever wrote this letter and wrote me a check for $1.33. I cannot believe the disrespect of this company and it was almost kind of a smart-ass letter for $1.33 which should have been $100 refunded back to me where do you even get the amount of $1.33 you scumbags. read more

Recently moved away from T-Mobile. Canceled the account but little did I know there were 3 ghost lines attached to the account that were still active and being charged to my account. Costed me an extra couple hundred dollars and they said it was a "promotional deal" when I signed up but they continued to charge me for them when I canceled my account. Love this store.. Great and helpful staff. Recently was helped by ELIJAH with questions regarding the new Starlink service for my phones. Still a new program so information was new. He helped me decide to upgrade our Samsung S21 & S21+ phones. Made appointment for exchange but because the "colors" we wanted for the Samsung S25+ phones weren't available in his store I would have to order for home delivery. He is so helpful like Judy, who 1st helped us at this store with our Samsung S21 phones 3 year earlier. He was so patient and understanding with my questions and even checked my account. He even invited me back once we received the phones to do the transfers from phone to phone. He also helped me with my internet modem question as we have the "original" model and wanted to update the unit. He said just bring it in for the exchange. Worst costumer service by Dan! I walked into this establishment at 6:40 PM. I waited very patiently for assistance since the two closing employees were attending other costumers. After patiently waiting for my turn I asked Dan for assistance. I needed help transferring my information from one iPhone to another. I understand it is a simple task, however in the past I have done this incorrectly and have deleted all my information. Hence, why I was there asking for help. I was met with a cold attitude and told that they were simple steps and I could do them in a few minutes at home. If it takes a few minutes why not just help me? I was told to come back "tomorow" since they were closing in a couple minutes. Again, I was standing there waiting since 6:40 PM! I understand i walked in 20 minutes before closing time but the store still had another costumer being attended. Maybe if I were purchasing a new iphone and getting Dan some commission he would have been willing to help. It is very disappointing. My husband died on August 14. On August 22, I went to this T-Mobile location (Ximeno and Pacific Coast Highway) and the manager Manny assisted me with managing the account, coaching me on how to make changes and set up a different pay account and contacted the team that will call me and help me close/change our current plan. I have been a wreck and Manny spent almost an hour assisting me and he was extremely empathetic, compassionate and kind. This T-mobile store is full of scammers enter at your own risk. The assistant store manager there is Manny and he is as useless as his employee. If you see a "mobile expert" name Ernie run the other way. This guy is a scammer! He is far from being an "expert" at his job because every time I asked a question he would have to go and ask someone else. A simple phone trade in took over an hour. He said I would be paying the same bill after the trade, but I ended paying almost $50 dollars more a month because he never told me I would lose my promotional credit after the trade. They refuse to void the bait and switch transaction they pull off. Never trusting anyone at this store again! If I could I would minus stars rating. read more

This location messed up my account. I was on a legacy phone plan (T-Mobile One) in which I paid $65/month for service for myself. This week, I requested to add an additional line and to buy a new phone for my partner at this store. The person who "helped" us at this location said that there's a promotion to get $800 off certain Android phones if you add a line. Sounded good to us, so my partner paid taxes and activation fee on a new phone we purchased in store and she gets a new phone line. 4 days later...got my bill. I'm expecting it to come out to $130. It came out to $180. It included a monthly equipment charge. We were never told that the credit would be applied in monthly installments over two years, not all at once like we were led to believe. The worst sin was the employee NEVER telling us that in order to get the new lines and get the $800 promo - they needed to upgrade my plan. Which I NEVER CONSENTED TO BECAUSE I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT IT. I'm now trying to fix things with T-Mobile corporate because even if I were to cancel the new line and return the phone, they can't put me back on the T-Mobile One plan. Thanks to this location for irrevocably f*cking up my T-Mobile account. Unscrupulous beyond belief. read more

I do not enjoy visits to the phone store. I was particularly displeased with Sprint in the past, I ALWAYS felt like the phone technicians were out to grift me. I just got a strange vibe from them. Anyway, I searched for a T-mobile store between where I work and my home, a good 20 mile stretch. I ended up at this store based on the solid ratings, and what a great experience. Andrew was AMAZING, super thorough and it felt like we were working together to get me into the best phone and plan possible for my situation. Im literally just trying to order a screen protector and I've gotten conflicting information multiple times. Store telling me to call 611 to replace screen, 611 telling me I can't do it over phone even tho I did before and I have to go in store. This whole company needs to be re-trained as everyone is inept. How difficult is it to replace a screen protector ? I guess it's a 30+ minute fiasco. Edit - after a 40 min phone conversation with corporate I filed a complaint and T-Mobile retail store hung up on the rep and turned off the phones. I don't recommend this location, go elsewhere with adults. And after walking in, which they claim is the only way to order a replacement they claim they can't do it. Apparently the iPads freeze and you can't type in orders for the last two weeks. Guess they are too lazy to fix this. So if you try to buy a screen replacement from here good luck, ain't gonna happen. Brooke who I spoke to in-person was rude and didn't care. I was not looking forward to parting with my iPhone 6S, but it's battery was going and ...it was time. After a short wait, Jessica welcomed me and helped me begin the process of buying a new phone. I didn't want to spend money and wasn't in the best mood, but fed off of her positive energy and felt a little better as we discussed my options. She patiently answered all 1,241 of my questions and got me everything that I needed: phone, charger, case (OtterBox FTW) and screen protector. She never tried to upsell me, or coax me into buying something I didn't want. I left excited to play with my new phone and in a much better mood :). I saw interactions between the other sales reps and customers, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The entire experience was so great, I can't thank Jessica enough! So I had to go in to T-Mobile twice. The 1st time for some reason my card would not read , The female employee made me feel like my money was no good they're. A little offensive since I am a nurse and dressed in full scrubs. After going outside and calling the bank who said there were no issues with my card I then had to use another card and a gentleman named Manny was very polite and very easy to deal with. I can chalk my experience up at T-Mobile as pleasant. Keep doing a good job Manny !! The employees of the store choose certain customers that they want to mess with. If they don't like your appearance or if you're upset about a problem, they calculate how much fun they can have messing up your account and causing unnecessary delays, all while being overly fake friendly ...on camera. I was supposed to be getting help changing my security pin --but she deleted it, instead. They pretended to be helping me leave T-Mobile, but all they did was run me around in circles - wrong helpline phone #, not looking up what they said they were looking up, "I have to get something from the back".. and never returning. I am now free of SIM cards. I havet's a pain, but I never have to deal with crooked phone store employees ever again. Go VOIP people!!! read more

Don't come here. They seem to be interested in helping you only if you're getting a new phone. I came in to help my mom with an issue on a new plan and they directed her to the help-line phone number. The guy who "helped us" left immediately and didn't care to stop by and see if all was going well. Ignored is the best description. They all turned on their personal music loud in the store (while we were sitting in store on the phone with customer service making it hard to hear). They're more concerned meeting their sales quota or earning commission on people buying new phones than helping customers. I get it they want to make money but the people not buying new phones are your customers too. It goes in a circle. Potentially they'll be back. They make up your customer base. Note, my girlfriend and I months later bought brand new iPhone 15 Pro and Max. We didn't go to this location because of the experience. If you're a Costco member skip this store and get a great deal at the Costco tmobile stand in Lakewood. Eva helped us out and had great customer service! read more

This is, by far, the best and nicest T mobile store I've been to! Cool that Marsha came to this store from DTLB. She was awesome at that 5th Street store too! But since I've moved away from DTLB, I've been coming here. It's so convenient too, since I come here to get Robeks juice next door too! I don't know why I haven't written a review for them before, but I just wanted to say that I received exceptional service from them Saturday night and Sunday afternoon! (Bought 2 Apple Watch 6 series and got the promotion.) The guy who helped me, Saturday before close, was very professional and kind! Forgot his name but when I find out, I'll update review. Jeanette is the manager here and she is awesome! Had to come back Sunday to return the black one and get a blue one for my man. It worked out because the Apple manufacturers gave us a faulty Apple Watch so we didn't have to pay restocking fee! Yay! They also gave me a pink scarf for the T mobile Tuesdays. I LOVE pink! Yay! Staff is professional but they lied about a promotion. Said the phone would be half off and I was charged for it on my bill. Called T-Mobile and they said I had to settle with the store. I went into the store and they said oops we were wrong, it's not part of the promotion with the plan you have. I don't understand how they didn't check to see if the promotion applied? Very bad business practices. I asked what they could do to fix it and they said I could return the phone but there would be a restocking fee despite it being their error. Please avoid this location staff will sell you on promos that do not apply. read more

Judy has been a wealth of knowledge and has walked me through every step of my upgrades. She always takes care of all my phone needs.
