My wife and I had dinner here early Thurs. evening, 12/07/2023. Joy was our waitress, and I can not say enough of how pleased we were with this dinning experience. We sat outside in the patio area under one of the overhead heaters. It was a little chilly outside, but under the heater, we were not at all uncomfortable. Inside seemed pretty crowded to me, and we would have had to wait for a table, but there was only one other table that had customers outside, and we did not have to wait to be seated. I had the 12 oz. prime rib and my wife had the blackened Haddock. We had the tostada chips with the three dipping sauces as an appetizer. Everything was awesome, the food, the service, the ambiance, and the entire staff which I realize it takes to make this happen. This was our 2nd time coming here, and I don't know why it took us so long to come back a second time, but I do know, it will not be long before we go back again. We love this Cody's restaurant and bar on Commercial Way in Spring Hill! The food is always amazing (greatest chicken wings on earth), and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The service is fabulous as there is never an error in our order (we go there often), everyone working there has a smile, is constantly on the move and are so kind and personable. We have had many servers there but two that really stand out are Joy (who is the greatest ever) and the amazing Kellie. This establishment is a "well-oiled machine" often managed by Teresa who is exceptional in very way! Even Angel (who cleans and resets the table) and Amanda in the bar are so nice and efficient. All of these people are assets to this wonderful place. Dining at this Cody's provides us with a superb experience every time we go! read more

We had a wonderful Memorial Day lunch experience at this Cody's restaurant. The service was great, and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich with its amazing mojo flavor and fresh tomatoes. My boyfriend tried the cheese 'logs' which were tasty but quite thick for mozzarella sticks. The fresh veggies were also a good choice. However, the carrot cake we took to go was just okay for its price of $10.99. One downside was a slight smell in the dining area, possibly due to the aging building. Despite that, we had a comfortable dining experience in a clean environment. The bar area was bustling, but we enjoyed our booth in the dining area. Overall, a great lunch spot with room for improvement. read more

Friday night with the gang was awesome at this location. Yes, there was about a 30 minute wait time but well worth it to get the perfect table setup and a fantastic server by the name of Courtney. Drink orders were taken immediately, questions about menu items answered courteously and wait time for dishes ordered was reasonable. Courtney was delightfully entertaining. She brought refills on drinks without being asked. Everyone was very pleased and satisfied with the meals which were served promptly and accurately. The GM of Cody's came to the table to check on our service and satisfaction. We will happily be returning and highly recommend this amazing eatery for a great night out. read more

We love Cody's but the last visit we had was exceptional thanks to outstanding service! Robin was our server and from the moment she sat us from the hostess stand she made it the best experience we've had so far. She didn't know it but the day before we lost my mother in law and this was the first time in 3 weeks we had gone out and had time to just breathe together. Couldn't believe how good the service and food was. When we arrived, they were packed with 40 min wait time. The kitchen was slammed and my expectations for getting a nice prime rib dwindled. We had already endured a 20 min wait at the local down under steak joint only to find out they were out of prime rib. When we got seated our server Joy took our order promptly and made sure we got some before they ran out. The food was delicious and my server was outstanding!! I was pleasantly surprised. read more

This evening I ordered curbside take out from the Cody's location in Spring Hill. This was actually my very first time ordering from them. My servers name was Kaleb, he was super friendly and knowledgeable, and was very patient with me as I didn't have a menu in front of me, lol It was a very last minute order. My food was ready in under 15 minutes! I was also pleasantly surprised the meal was excellent! We will definitely be dinning again at Cody's in the future. read more

My dad suggested Cody's when I asked where he wanted to go for his birthday. What a great suggestion! There were 4 of us and we all had a great meal. My dad and I both enjoyed the bacon-wrapped filet and lobster tail special for $19.95. I haven't had such a good steak in quite a while. In fact I was recently at Longhorn and it just couldn't compare. The atmosphere was fun and the wait staff very friendly. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit. read more

tonight, my sister and i went to Cody's for dinner. we had roughly a 20 min wait, which was ok. when seated we were greeted by Dorothy, a new server there. She had the most pleasant personality, and very attentive to all our needs!! She was super friendly, and always smiling. made our dinner very enjoyable!! we will defnitley ask to be seated in her section again!!!! she is going to be a great addition to the Cody's family!!! Love to sit at the bar but don't bother. The bar is loaded with ignorant arrogant seniors from Timber Pines across the street. truth be told... a bunch of drunks. Ordered a burger that arrived so overcooked and without cheese that was inedible. I sent it back and they slapped a slice of cold cheese on it and returned it to me. It didn't matter that it was over cooked to them. I will never go back. You have a choice. Choose wisely! read more

Lori and Cat at Cody's in Spring Hill absolutely made our night! Even though they were incredibly busy, they never missed a beat. Their efficiency, friendliness, and attention to every customer was honestly impressive. They made us feel like VIPs, and from what we saw, they treated everyone else the exact same way. We arrived to a very busy restaurant, I was worried that it would take a long time to get waited on but we were seated quickly. Our server Scott took our drink orders within a couple minutes of us sitting down and he was just as quick taking our food orders and bringing out salad and rolls. He was very attentive to our needs and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Cody's and Scott for your next night out. read more

We went last night as a family of 8 to celebrate my son's and my birthdays! Our waitress Joy was a, well, JOY! She was on time with everything we needed, paid attention to detail, and was very sweet throughout the entire meal. The rolls and onion rings were delightful, as usual. No complaints anywhere! Fantastic visit, we visit this location regularly and it's always a great experience, occasionally it's better than usual because the service is that much more memorable, in this particular visit, Robin was taking care of us a couple of days after hurricane Milton and she was very tuned into the emotional state of the guests. My husband and I dined at Cody's last evening and had a wonderful meal. It was the "buy one get one free" fajitas and they were amazing. Chicken was so tender, peppers and onions delicious the and cheese and tomato, onion side was perfect. Our server, Cheryl was terrific!
