It has gone down hill so much in the last 9 months. The menu is limited, the pasta was undercooked, the meatballs were mushy, the chicken soup tasted canned & they barely put any seasoning on the olive oil plate for the bread. Amazing service and meal selection. First, Kelly (sp) our service professional, was so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She did not rush us and ordered our meal with amazing timing between courses. We had a wonderful experience. Mitch, the manager, and Kelly went above and beyond with our gift card challenge. Apparently one of our cards (5 of them total - husbands hobby I guess), was from 2016 and would not swipe for Kelly. Mitch called the company to see if there was a balance and got confirmation there was still the original balance on the card. Just the best!!! We know others would not take the time to do this for their customer. We could not have asked for better. Oh and the Johnnys Trio, a must try. The calamari felt like I was chewing on a rubber band! The scallops weren't washed first and had sand. Plus they were slightly overcooked. Very disappointing. I have been going for years for the happy hour they changed the times from 4-6pm and the price I order House White Wine which was charged last week $5.00 a 6 oz glass this week i went I order 3 glasses of 6 oz white wine and was charged $9.00 a glass which is the normal price my husband asked why it was so much he said they gave me Kendal Jackson which I asked for house wine she made a mistake so I had to eat $27.00 in wine that i usually paid $18.00 for many years. So now I will never step foot it this restaurant. BYE...There are many restaurants to go to and if you can't fix the mistake the server made then i not going back. They have made several mistakes, and I kept going because we knew the manager but this time, he had problem walking away from me, which I go every week. The server was fabulous. The food was terrible. It was so bad, that I knew it must have a new owner/management! It was way better year's ago! The crab cake appetizer was very fishy. It hardly had any crab meat! The lasagna was heated and reheated! It definitely wasn't made fresh and this was a Saturday! The sauce was bitter and definitely different! We'd just seen an afternoon movie so we went for a "linner". The ambiance was lovely, probably because it wasn't full. Soft music, no loud voices. The service was absolutely wonderful. The new recipe espresso martini is delicious! Husband had his usual Old Fashioned, and while they don't use proper Luxardo cherries, this wasn't a typical maraschino. He said it was nice but not quite Luxardo. I had the lobster ravioli and he had the chicken parm. Both were tasty, and really big portions for left overs, but not hot. His broccoli was the only thing steaming on our plates. But still tasty. And we brought home a dessert and two entrees for the $10 Take Home Special. Overall a very nice meal. read more

Four of us went to Carrabba's last night. We really enjoyed it. The service was excellent. Our server was top-notch. The police was clean and quiet. I got regular salmon with Angel hair pasta. They made a special garlic sauce for me. The meal was excellent everybody enjoyed we will be back my only suggestion they could have more seafood options they did not have the muscles. 10 of us went to Carrabba's to celebrate three ladies birthdays. We tried to make reservations but they don't take them so we gave them a heads up. We were seated at our table and after several minutes Amber, our server, came over. She took our drink orders and then was nowhere to be found. 20 minutes goes by and one of the ladies got up and went to the bar and asked if we were going to get our drinks. The bartender brought the drinks over. We waited another 20 minutes and no service. Finally, we asked another server if we were going to get served. She said she would get her notepad and take our orders. Several minutes later, Amber shows up. We ordered the lunch specials, which consisted of three courses. The proper way would be to serve one item at a time to allow you to enjoy it. Amber brings out all three items at once, sets the dishes in front of us and takes off. There was no room on the table. There were already drinks, bread, oil, butter, etc. Never saw her again until she brought the checks over. Had to wait for them also. On the positive note, they did bring out three pieces of chocolate cake for the birthday girls. The chicken soup was very salty and the dipping sauce for bread was also very salty. The food was OK. The lack of service and attention to our needs was unacceptable. She never asked us if we would like our drinks refreshed, if we would like another cocktail, if we would like more bread, or was everything satisfactory, etc. We all agreed this was a very bad experience and we will not go back there. read more

Went to Carrabba's for the first time this weekend and let me tell you they didn't upset at all. The moment we walked in I was greeted and got a table within minutes. Bread and water was given fairly quickly. I order a steak and it was made just how I wanted it middle rare and didn't have to wait much for my food as well. We didn't want the table by the kitchen, since it could get loud over there and we wanted to be able to hear each other and also have it be a bit more cozy. The Calamari app was over cooked like kettle cooked chips. Our fried mozzarella looked good but wasn't "cheesy". It was an undercooked block of cheese. The breading however was good lol. I ordered a meatball appetizer. Two small golf ball sized meatballs came out... No exaggeration. FOR $7. That was a waste of money. For dinner I ordered the muscles appetizer and a side of linguini. I love the sauce. However the chef decided to take the muscles out and just place them on a bed of dry linguine.... No sauce, no oil, no nothing. Not what I ordered. DON'T TAKE THE LIBERTY TO CHANGE WHAT I ORDERED. I've ordered that dish a dozen times at a handful of other Carrabba's restaurants. It comes out perfect every time. Food was delicious, but the service was very slow. There were not many customers, so they were not at full capacity - maybe 1/4 full. Staff standing around looking busy, and our server the same. Our salads came after a long wait, and our dinner 5 minutes later. Bad timing. Today we tried this place haven't been here in awhile ordered a appetizer very salty and over cooked then our main dish was 2 fish dinners my wife had 1 drink . The sever started off slow then she picked up her game. The place was pretty busy. But it's been a long time and the food wasn't worth what I paid $90. Dollars and I gave her a good tip .
