Summer break for my son. What do we do ? Explore our surrounding neighborhoods during lunch hour. Today we came to Coffee & Co ... a fairly new coffee shop in Shadow Hills, a very quiet neighborhood. The coffee shop has parking in the back but you can park on the street too. It has a pleasant decor inside and outside, both indoor and outdoor seating is available. My son ordered the turkey pesto panini which was delicious. Came with a side of arugula. I had a bite and liked it. I ordered an iced shaken espresso with half the sugar. It was perfection. The coffee beans they use is really good. I enjoyed my drink to the last drop. My son ordered a coconut foam iced latte and loved it. I'm sure all their drinks are good. We will come back to try other things. Prices are on the higher side but I'm assuming they are using good quality products, so it's fair. I rather have one good coffee outing a week than a few bad ones. Customer service was ok, not friendly but not bad either. Very quiet .... We will definetly be back read more

Newish place near Sunland. It's very hard to find good coffee in this area so this was a great addition. I was visiting a friend and decided to take her some coffee. The place is clean, feels new, bright, very comforting. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It's not a big place but big enough. Parking in the back but it is limited. Prices are average (menu prices are pre-tax). The menu is straight forward with classic drinks and a few signature drinks. They also have a food menu and a display of pastries available on a first come first serve basis. I ordered an Iced Latte and a Coconut Cloud Cream Latte. -Iced Latte: classic drink. It was smooth. Really enjoyed the taste of the espresso. Just enough ice. Really loved this latte. Coconut Cloud Cream Latte: this is one of those pretty drinks. A latte with a blue cold foam and coconut topping. It didn't really do much for me. I did get little pieces of coconut here and there but I feel like it really diluted the overall taste of the espresso. It was a fun drink but would probably pick something else next time. Overall, a place to add to my rotation of coffee places. Glad that there's good coffee in the area. read more

Such a cute little coffee spot! I had their the mango passion fruit refresher and the burrata toast and both ended up being way better than I expected. The refresher was super refreshing without tasting overly sugary. It had that bright mango flavor with a little tang from the passion fruit that made it perfect for a hot day. I also loved that they topped it with real fruit instead of it just being syrup and ice like a lot of places do. The burrata toast was honestly the star for me though. The toast itself was crispy but still soft enough to bite into easily, and the burrata was super creamy and fresh. The tomatoes and basil made it taste really balanced and the balsamic drizzle tied everything together perfectly. It looked pretty and actually tasted just as good as it looked. I also appreciated how much they offer drink-wise. They have tea, coffee, refreshers, matcha, and even housemade hot chocolate, so it feels like there's something for everyone. They also serve Rocky's Matcha which was nice to see. For seating, they do have indoor seating but it's definitely more of a smaller café setup. Outdoors were about five smaller tables that fit around 2-3 people each and one larger table that could probably fit up to 4 if extra chairs are added. I personally like knowing this beforehand because it can fill up fast depending on the time of day. One thing to keep in mind is that it can get really noisy outside since it's right by a main road. Obviously not the cafes fault at all, but something to keep in mind if you're hoping for a super quiet area to sit outside and work or study. Inside would be your best bet. Visited: 4/4/26 Strawberry Matcha Latte ($8.50) = 10/10 Absolutely delicious! Both matcha drinks were great, but this one was my favorite. The matcha was smooth, high quality, and earthy. The strawberry added a rich flavor that paired perfectly and didn't overpower it. It tasted fresh and well made, not artificial or overly sugary (which I tend to have an issue with concerning strawberry drinks). This is honestly the best matcha I've had so far, and I've drank quite a lot. I would come back just for this! Vanilla Matcha Latte ($8) = 10/10 Another fantastic drink! A lot of places serve watered down or bad-quality matcha, but this one was creamy and full of flavor. The vanilla complemented it really well and added just the right amount of sweetness without taking away from the matcha. You can tell they use quality matcha. It also gave me the caffeine boost I needed! Turkey Panini ($16.50) = 6.5/10 Caprese Panini ($15.50) = 7/10 The portion sizes were generous, but the flavor didn't quite justify the price. The sandwiches felt a bit too bread heavy, and I would have liked more filling or better balance. The bread and fillings didn't fully come together as one cohesive bite. They were decent, just not my personal preference since I like bolder flavors. However, the side salad was a nice addition! Service: It had a friendly staff and quick service. Atmosphere: It was nicely decorated and had a welcoming, aesthetic vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating are available. The inside can feel a bit cramped when busy, and the outside has some street noise as it's next to the main road. Despite that, I believe it's a great study spot as it has outlets and lots of natural light. Bathroom: It was clean and well-maintained. Went here the second week they were opened. I got two Iced eispanner lattes. Each one costs about 8.50. The drink was small for the price But let's put the small size aside... The coffee was not good. Not much flavor. For the price that I'm paying if the coffee was good, I would not mind. Left severely disappointed. Not sure if you can call this an eispanner latte.. yes it has cold foam but traditional eispanner has cold foam is a lot more thick and creamy. read more

I found this spot on yelp and what immediately drew me to it was the ambiance and decor. I thought that would correlate with the food and drinks but unfortunately it did not meet the expectations. I tried the Salted Caramel Cold Brew , Salted Caramel Latte , and their Caprese Panini. The Salted Caramel Cold Brew was a little watered down and didn't have much of a salted caramel taste as much as I would have hoped. The Salted Caramel Latte didn't taste as watered down but that was cause it did have oat milk; salted caramel flavor wasn't as prominent either. Caprese Panini was standard; a good sandwich , but nothing over the top. Service was great! Orders were taken fast , food and drinks came out in a timely manner as well. my first time visiting coffee & co and wow this place sure was busy! which is a very good thing as a new coffee shop that recently opened. i actually heard about coffee & co on tik tok and was surprised i never seen it since i always drive down shadow hills to get to glenoaks. parking is in the back of the building, i really do appreciate when coffee shops have their own parking & not street parking. coffee & co is a really cute tiny shop with indoor & outdoor seating. when walking in i was immediately greeted by the lovely lady & took my order. i got their strawberry matcha w. oat milk & cream top. the cream top $1.50 extra charge so my total w. tax was $11.52 which was pretty much expected. i really didn't mind because the ladies made my matcha drink soo delicious!! the cup size was perfect for me. the cream top was so good! the strawberries in the bottom was fresh & tasted so good with the matcha! i loved that they added fresh cuts of strawberries on top. it was so cute! 10/10 ladies!! most definitely will be coming back to try their food & more drinks. read more

What was most frustrating was that no one acknowledged the mistake or apologized. Saw the construction of this place coming and was excited to have a new option in town. Unfortunately we tried it today and were severely disappointed and underwhelmed. To start, the parking lot entry is only wide enough for one car.... Exiting off a busy street this can be tough. Once we were in the lot there is only two designated parking spaces for the shop. I still thought that the shop may be great, but as we entered we were not greeted, the vibe was dull and the interior design was unsophisticated compared to the offerings and prices. It was very over-priced and the latte was unimpressive. The serving was small compared to the price you pay, the coffee itself tasted burnt (and not in a good way). Having seen the menu online, we were going to get multiple coffees and food - yet having arrived decided to just try a single coffee. I rarely give a bad review on anything but this experience was far less than good and we sadly would not return. Such a bummer because if it was good, being a local, they would have our business weekly, if not daily. read more

The coffee is very good! But the music they play is too loud and not good and there are ads in between the songs. Definitely should invest in ad-free streaming and play less pop vocal garbage. The space is nice and would be a pleasant place to hang out if the music weren't so unpleasant. read more
