[[HIGHLIGHT]]It was really peaceful and there was wifi and lots of seatings and bathrooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They had a wide selection of pastries and drinks. The staff was super friendly and the drinks came out fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is inside and outside seating :)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

What a pleasant surprise. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This coffee shop is located inside the Church! I pass Grace Community Church all the time but today I drove into the parking lot and boy is it pretty in there. It feels like an upscale university or lovely shopping center. It definitely gives 'community' vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went on a Monday late morning and there was plenty of parking and places to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The seasonal pumpkin pie latte was really good with a beautiful pour design. And the blueberry filled pastry was really good. I'm happy to have found this gem and support a local business and community building facility.

Just when I thought there are no more coffee shops around my house that I haven't been to I found Steeple House Coffee. It's located on the beautiful property of Grace Community Church. I have passed by this church many many times over the last thirty years and Im just finding out about this coffee shop. First I thought it might be just for the church members so I was hesitating, then I read some of the reviews on Yelp and found out it's open to everyone. I ordered a cold brew and loved it. It was so good, they have many drinks to choose from and some pastries. They sell coffee beans, mugs, shirts, tote bags etc. customer service was friendly, parking lot in the back, indoor and outdoor seating is available. I think I found my new favorite coffee place that's so close to my house.... Who would have thought.

Amazing coffee can be found in unexpected places! In the campus of Grace Community Church is the cities best coffee. It's a small place but they have some exquisite coffee from House Roots and Onyx Coffee. Prices are great and their outdoor seating is plentiful. Kinda feel out of place with all of the students from the seminary in suits but the slightly awkwardness was worth the wait and visit. The Americano was nice and I saw them making milk based drinks for other customers and the baristas are skilled here. Customer service was excellent as well. Def more visits to come, I might have to wear a suit and I'll look the part lol

The Steeple is a hidden gem with great coffee made from high-quality beans and clean ingredients. There's plenty of parking since you can park at the church and just walk over to the entrance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is quiet, very clean, and perfect for getting some work done--whether you sit inside or enjoy the outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend checking it

I never even knew this place existed. Tucked away in a plaza inside a church community on Roscoe Blvd. awaits delicious pastries and good coffee. I ordered a vanilla latte, so good. Strong enough and not too sweet. My son ordered a hot chocolate and a chorizo w/cheese croissant. He claims this was THEE BEST hot chocolate he's ever had and you can't help but love the crunchy cheese skirt coming out of the croissant. What an amazing hidden gem to add to my coffee shop tour 2023! I had a friend tell me it's one of the best coffee shops in the valley. Next time I'm in the area, I know where I'm getting my coffee.

Latte with oat milk. Extra hot.

Best coffee in Sun Valley. Period. Baristas are friendly and well trained. Lots of special flavors too. Only thing missing is Robusta coffee (more bitter and strong than sour and fruity of Arabica).

Dear Yelp Community, I visited for the first time this month, and loved this place! Great/friendly staff I could talk about Christianity with. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was great, too (and much outdoor seating, as well).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I enjoyed my cappuccino, and could really relax here. Continued well wishes. Sincerely, Anna

Ask the Community - Steeple House Coffee

Can anybody enjoy this coffee shop or it just for members of the church?

What are the hours on Sundays?

If you go to Grace Community, it would be after 2nd service. If you don’t, the hours are: 12:30 PM…

    Is this place still open?

    Yes!

    Is there parking?

Hi Jammy, there IS! We are located on the campus of Grace Community Church (right in the middle), so there is a large parking lot out in the back.

Do you serve Oatly's Barista edition oat milk?

Hi Daisy, yes we do. It’s quite tasty!

I came when it was not busy and got my drink in under two minutes. However, the person sitting next to me (with the cutest doggie! They're dog friendly, I think ) waited longer than 10 minutes for her drink. However, this was during a rush and when it was probably the busiest in the morning (?) AMBIANCE AND ENVIRONMENT: The music volume was pretty good. It was low level when the place got busy due to people chatting, machines, ice scooping etc., but when it wasn't so busy, the level was about medium due to the atmosphere being more quiet. The vibes were Mumford and sons, Oasis, Of Monsters and Men, the Head and the Heart, and some classical sprinkled here and there. It is smaller than a chain, but cozy with quite a few seats and table options. I think they did a great job at making the best of the space. The space also encourages community as half of the seating options are shared/shareable. All within an arms reach, which in my personal opinion, is plenty of space. Because of this, it encourages you to acknowledge your fellow human being sitting across, or beside you. The environment was clean, bright, and comfortable. The environment feedback I woukd give is perhaps a stronger sun shade in the windows that the bar and stools face. I first sat here but within minutes decide to move because the heat was a bit too much for me. Again! A personal preference. Coffee shops can also naturally get warm due to the energy being used for the machines and refrigerators, so something to consider. The air-conditioning kicked in a little later which helped make it more comfortable. Another thing I noticed is the outlet near the corner table and lounge chairs has a an outlet extender plugged into the wall outlet, but the wall outlet is extremely loose with no faceplate. This can cause electric shock, wiring damage and possible fires. I know from personal experience. It's a real easy and cheap fix that I highlyyy recommend they do ASAP. Just trying to be helpful because I really, really like this spot. FOOD AND DRINKS: I ordered a Hibiscus Berry Blend, as is, iced. It was $5.00 even. It is served in a14 Oz. cup. With ice, it's probably about 12-13 Oz. of drink you're getting. I think it was worth it. The flavor was equal and very nice. Not too fruity, not too watery. It wasn't sweet, due to me not asking for any additional sweetener. As I sat and worked, I heard a lot of other orders and some were very creative. So they do have all those fun drinks people love to indulge in occasionally. They also have classic drip coffee and loose leaf tea. THE REASON WHY I TRIED INICIO: The biggest thing I noticed, being an activist myself involved in many efforts for social justice through my work and personal life, was their mission to erase modern day slavery. Human trafficking is a horrible thing that unfortunately is haooening right before out very eyes. They donate a portion of all food, drink, and catering sales to Justice 180. That is honestly, the reason why I came. I would love to partner with them and invite them to come cater at my center. I plan to spread the word about this place and continue to support them.

From the moment I arrived, both baristas the RED HAIR young woman and the BRUNETTE demonstrated a level of professionalism, attentiveness, and interpersonal awareness that elevated what could have been an ordinary coffee stop into a genuinely memorable experience.
