It is so disappointing that we've lived here for almost 3 years now and can't get a decent cup of coffee or sandwich. We went in this morning because our sink is backed up in the kitchen and didn't want to deal with dirty dishes. My wife ordered a "large" cappuccino and was shown the small size cup normally a cappuccino is served in. She asked if they could just put both in one cup. Someone else described "the blank look with a what do you want?!" Look. Spot on. My sandwich was ready very quickly which was surprising as I have waited long after we've received our coffee on previous visits. We then waited for my wife's large cappuccino. The person who is making coffees took off her apron turned to another girl I walked off. My wife stepped up to check on her cappuccino as other people after her had gotten their coffees. The girl handed my wife a cup after pouring the almond milk in and my wife tried it and it was cold. The person then put it on the steamer to make it hot. I'm not a cappuccino expert, but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to steam the milk or cream before pouring it in. We took everything home as we're only about three minutes from coffee bizarre and I was disappointed in my sandwich egg cheddar cheese sausage on a English muffin everything other than the eggs seem to be microwaved what I thought when my sandwich was made so quickly. read more

Service was terrible and unorganized. It took 30 plus minutes for a croissant, cold brew, and smoothie. When I asked about the wait, the extremely soft spoken lady handing out the pastries had the nerve to say she called my name multiple times when I was standing in front of most of the time. The reason I was not the whole time was the wait at the coffee bar due to having no cream or straws. The coffee was strong. The croissant was pretty good. The smoothie could have use more ice. If you see a long line or a lot of people, it isn't worth the wait or the chaos of the inside. Probably be a good idea to turn down the music or designate a waiting area. read more

I was exploring this cute little town and came across this coffee shop. There's plenty of street parking. When you walk in it's nice and open. To the left there's a bookstore and to the right there's coffee and deli. The place has a good amount of seating. The menu is pretty big on a screen where you can see it. The prices are reasonable common to other shops. Service is pretty fast. The coffee was good. Definitely a cute spot if you're in the area. read more

I can't remember the last time I ate out and had such a terrible experience (and I eat out a lot)! If I could give this place zero stars for food and service, I would. Recently, my nephew and I went to the Coffee Bazaar to get some breakfast food (a breakfast burrito and a Hangover sandwich) for take out. It was around 10 am, so it was a bit busy, but we were about 6th in line, so we thought things would move pretty quickly. Boy, were we wrong... After a while, I went up to check on our order because it was taking longer than I thought it would. When I asked the staff member when they thought it would be done, she said, "It's only been 21 minutes..." in a very rude manner. I was stunned at her response and demeanor. About 20 minutes later, the staff called my nephew up to the counter to tell him that they didn't have the sourdough bread for the sandwich (as it was displayed on the menu). So not only did they sell us something they didn't have, it took them 40 minutes to figure out they didn't have what he ordered... Because they were not able to provide the sandwich they sold us, my nephew cancelled the sandwich order. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting, the staff finally called out my order. I went to pick it up and saw that it was the wrong order... Ugh! I went back to let them know I was handed the wrong order, and then they gave me the correct order. When we got home to share it, we found that the burrito was completely filled with over cooked fried eggs, and pretty much nothing else. It was supposed to have salsa, sour cream and avocado, and it had none. There was barely any cheese, and for some reason they added hash browns which weren't supposed to be there... It was positively gross; tasteless and overcooked. And that's a $14.00 burrito??!! The worst thing about the entire experience though was the staff! They either have no idea how to hustle, or just don't care to. The attitude of the staff we interacted with was so bad, I/we will never go back. Avoid this place! read more

Setting: Seating is both in and outdoors. Food: Husband got the breakfast burrito with sausage and egg and I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese. I got the Blended Carmella and the BLAT. Wood seating designed for a quick in and out experience (and likely more conducive to the river goers). Service was neither here nor there in terms of nothing that stood out as exceptionally good or noticeably bad. The BLAT was $16, so when it came out I was quite surprised at what I was getting for the price... it also ended up just being a BLT. My sandwich had no avocado on it or chipotle mayo, but due to the line staying fairly consistent and being alone unable to leave stuff at my table, I didn't ask for them to redo the order. (The difference between the BLT and BLAT was $2, and I can't imagine the sandwich being re-made any more appealing with avocado, so I just "ate" the $2 and kept it as is.) Not somewhere I'm likely to pop in for a meal again, but my Carmella was good- so there's that. read more

Went here while on a trip to Guerneville to grab some coffee and pastries. My partner and I got an almond danish (definitely the winner of the two) and a pumpkin pie bar (also good, but damn that almond pastry was delicious!). All of the pastries looked absolutely incredible, and I was impressed by their robust food menu! I feel like I ordered wrong in terms of the coffee, but I'd go back and try something else! My partner got one of the specials, the Dubai Mocha, which pretty much just tasted like a regular mocha, but it was good! I got the other special, Baklava Latte, which didn't have much of a flavor. I'm not sure if they put a syrup in there or something, but it had the aftertaste of a syrup type flavoring. I would definitely stop here next time I'm in the area and explore more of the food options as well! read more

After a morning of exploring the beach and redwoods, we were walking around the small downtown of Guerneville. We wanted to get a quick drink so we popped into Coffee Bazaar. It was a nice little cafe attached to a book store. Morning sunshine (4/5): This smoothie had mango, pineapple, berry blend, yogurt, and orange juice. I love any drink with mango in it so it was good. It was a good consistency. Service was quick. The price was pretty steep though especially for a small town. I suppose it is because a lot of tourist come through. read more

Fantastic local spot to sit down to eat or grab and go. Clearly well liked with the line we witnessed both days. We loved their smoothies. They also have other treats to grab near the register. Staff were friendly and the bathroom clean. Saw families, a work meeting, people reading a newspaper or a book, and a variety of other customers. We will be back on our next roadtrip. read more

Coffee Bazaar is the epitome of just ok. The past few times I've stopped by, it's been uncomfortably smoky indoors, so I never opt to eat inside. I usually order the iced white mocha which is reliably decent and lately I've been ordering the sausage breakfast burrito. Usually when I order the burrito, the cashier asks if sour cream and salsa are okay. I always answer yes and I expect it to be in the burrito. However, last time I visited and we went through these motions, I opened my bag to find the smallest, most pitiful amount of sour cream in what can only be described as a church communion sized cup and no salsa. I opened the burrito and both were nowhere to be found. Not sure if it was oversight or if this is a new change. If it's a new change, please revert back! This place certainly isn't the cheapest option but it gets the job done when it's prepared correctly. One thing I would not recommend however is the quiche. I ordered it once and it was quite soggy. The food here is pretty horrible. It's often stale, or it's been sitting in the display for days. My friends want me to meet here for coffee and whenever I order food, I always get sick and regret. Today is the final straw. I ordered a deviled egg as I thought... how can you screw that up? But lo and behold they did. They solid me food that was clearly 3-4 days old and I took a few bites and stopped eating. I have had food poisoning for the last 2 hours. To be honest, I was loving coming here, but the last few times I was there, the people making the food were really grumpy and wouldn't even talk when I asked a question, more or less grunting and pointing. The person at the register was friendly, as was the barista, but I very nearly had my food pushed into my hands as if to say "There, get out!" Because I am wearing a mask? Because I am trans? Because they aren't friendly to repeat, non-tourist customers? No clue. The food I got the last two times were also poorly made and relatively tasteless. The Sunny Side Up sandwich had half the cheese slid off the bread and the eggs were terrible and overcooked to plasticity. No spices or sauce or anything. The firebird chicken sandwich is AMAZING!!! The perfect sandwich after a day out in the sun at the Russian River! The chai tea is also very flavorful! My family and I visit the coffee bazaar often before heading to the Russian River and the service has always been quick and efficient, even if there is always a line! I will say the seating area gets packed quickly but there's more options outside. read more

More Bizarre Than Buzzed Stopped into Coffee Bizarre hoping for a caffeine kick but left mostly just mildly entertained. The coffee itself? Sadly, more blah than buzz--weak, flat, and forgettable. If you're hoping for bold or expertly crafted, you'll need to lower your expectations or bring your own beans. Now, to be fair, the pastries were the real stars here--flaky, fresh, and clearly made with some love (or at least more effort than the espresso machine). The quiche, however, was a bit of a letdown--more sponge than savory. All in all, it was okay. Not terrible, not fantastic--just exactly what you'd expect from a quirky small-town tourist stop trying to be artsy with limited resources and possibly distracted staff. Would I go back? My father and I went to the coffee bazaar to grab lunch. Our timing was good and it wasn't too crowded when we walked in. Unfortunately, they had someone playing music very loud and the cashier did not hear my order clearly. Although she repeated it back to me, it was not placed properly and I ended up being shorted a sandwich. When I figured out that they missed the sandwich, they were able to give me one quickly. The restaurant is popular. It took about 30 minutes for our sandwiches to be ready. They were very tasty and neither my father nor I could finish them. Good spot and I think the only coffee shop nearby guernville in the area. Pricing is similar to the Bay Area - $5 for basic latte and add ons like syrup were $1. The carrot cake here was SOO good. The spiced and flavors in the cake with the perfectly sweet cream cheese frosting was so so good. My iced latte wasn't super cold and not as flavorful with the vanilla that I had expected. We ate here every morning of our vacation here. The coffee is great and we loved the big breakfast burrito. So many pastries and snack options to choose from. It was very busy and they seemed low on staff but they were hustling and doing their best to get orders out, I would keep that in mind and be patient when ordering here. The staff were nice and hard working. I love that they are open later in the summer, not many coffee shops stay open that late, we appreciated it! We ordered the burrito with added jalapeños, my husband realized they forgot the jalapeños and when he said that the worker came over to us and apologized that she forgot the jalapeños. Normally a fine experience but today was chaos. From the time we arrived to the time we got our order was over an hour. Orders were mixed up because they use only first names and there is no labeling or verification at the pickup point. Not only did we have to ask repeatedly for our order, but when they "expedited" it after many mistakes, the order was still wrong. No idea if we got milk in our drinks, allergens in our food, or whose orders went home with anyone else. I get the busy weekend, but operations and on-the-spot management are supposed to smooth out the rush, but we got both a long wait and incorrect orders for a $100 order.
