The staff here is very friendly and it seems like a great town hangout but Im giving three stars because I think the food is mediocre. The bagels are meh and the cream cheese seems like a cheaper brand. Nearly half the morning menu is bagels but they only offer two bagel types (everything, plain) Also, I ordered a good-looking croissant from there once and asked for it to be warmed up. It came back soggy and with no texture, when I asked if they microwaved it, they said yes. You don't microwave pastries, you toast them. This is a great place to stop if you're passing through or staying in Guernville! We came in on a Monday so the wait was pretty short. The oat milk latte was pretty good! We also order breakfast sandwiches which were delicious and very filling. The almond croissant was also really good, the service was friendly and nice when I came in. This review is long overdue! We had a small party at our house this summer and had Coffee Bazaar cater the food. Everyone was blown away by the variety and quality of mediterranean dishes served. Hummus and warm pita, baba ghanoush, tabbouleh, kefta, chicken and beef kabobs, a giant Greek salad and amazing baklava for dessert. Everything was freshly made and delivered on time. Service from both Ibrahim, the owner, and Lisa, the catering manager, was excellent. We would definitely recommend Coffee Bazaar if hosting an event. After witnessing the day before rude behavior from an employee to other customer, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, assumed they were just having a bad day, tipped them twice my bill and returned today. I ordered a croissant, coffee, and quiche. The pasties are clearly 2-3 days or more old. It was inedible but that happens, maybe overlooked in the refresh but two days in a row - no they clearly don't change our old pasties. I waited 10 minutes for my quiche. I inquired about it because I saw they were busy and things can get overlooked. The lady who took my order was clearly annoyed and told me I had to wait until they called my name, period. I waited for 30 minutes and reluctantly asked her again, she sighed and said she will check it I wanted her too, of course I said yes. She proceeded to make four more coffee drinks before checking. She then told me It would be 15 more minutes. So 45 minutes to warm up a piece of pre-made quiche? I asked for a refund and explain to them that I saw people before and after my orders get their food eat their food and leave and I still was waiting patiently. And I told her I'm sorry if I'm being annoying but I just wanted my quiche. She decided to turn around and talk to the other employees about how unreasonable I was being. I asked for my refund again. They said if I would just wait I can get my keys. So I waited another five minutes and no one helped me and no one would give me a refund. A full 50 minutes from ordering and still nothing and no one would refund me either. So I left, quiche-less and poorer for the experience since the only thing I consumed was my coffee. They are not customer focused and don't care. The red head actually started to yell at me over it. What exactly did I do wrong here? Don't go here, there are plenty of other places in Guerneville for coffee. These people do not deserve decent customers. Stay away, or at least don't pay cash - use a credit card so you can charge it back to them. read more

Staying here for a week and found this gem. Fantastic place for a quick, simple delicious breakfast. I have been here three days in a row for my made-to-order breakfast burrito (eggs, potatoes, cheese, and sausage and once bacon). I had both including the veggie option. Absolutely delicious and cooked right in front of you. Pair this with a delicious coffee and you have comfort food heaven. Because of COVID, there is no seating so everything is to go which is unfortunate because the cafe is warm and cozy. Cool place to stop in for tea, a dessert, or a beer. We stopped in for a few while exploring the region and the nearby beach and I was impressed by the size of their menu and how friendly the workers were. I had a local draft beer that could have been tastier (not the coffee shop's fault) but it was cold and the right temperature. The desserts looked amazing although the macaroons looked better than they tasted. Prices were reasonable and the space itself was pretty cool so there was a lot to take in and enjoy while there. I love going to this indie spot since every other establishment in town seems to be owned by the same hipster lady's miniature empire. Coffee Bazaar has a hometown laid-back independent mom-n-pop feel with affordable prices, unlike the hipsterification and soaring prices at the uber cutesy other spots in town. I like it here. It reminds me of the OG coffee shops in the '90s. You can get a cup of coffee for $3 and the tuna melt ($11) is huge. We watched an employee open a bottle of Cooks () then proceed to grab a jug of store bought nasty OJ to create our beverage.
