Stopped in this afternoon for a quick bite and I'm so glad we did. This little place packs a punch! The sandwiches we ordered were so good; seriously I'll be making BBQ with peaches going forward! Previous reviews complained of the prices, however they're on point for what you are getting. This is a lovely boutique coffee shop in the mountains. Drink prices are the same as big box coffee shops. Food prices are a little higher, but the quality of the food is way over what you'd get at the 'bucks. Definitely worth a stop or becoming a regular locale. read more

This is a gem in the mountains!!! Wow, coffee is great and their bakery items are fresh, homemade and delicious!! By far the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had!! We came twice over the weekend and had lunch. The wraps are large and full of fresh veggies! My hubby loved his pesto chicken sandwich. We live in Hawaii but come to Bailey a few times a year. We love this shop and followed her from conifer to pine. Amy is the best. Her cold brew is delicious and the coffee ice cubes are genius. The caramel apple turnover is flaky and applelicious. Love this place. Always our first stop off the plane. read more

My friends and I are staying in the area for vacation and decided to try this place out due to the reviews! When walking in, the place was nice and had good options for seating, as well as nice decor up to set the atmosphere. The ladies behind the counter were extremely nice and eager to help us out. However, the coffee was not as great. My friends and I ordered iced lattes and they all did not taste good at all. It seemed like they used cold brew instead of actual espresso. My friend got a breve and it tasted overly sweetened with simple syrup, and seemed a bit sour. Our breakfast sandwiches were pretty okay, the croissant was nice and flaky! Overall, the service and place was amazing but the coffee, not so much. read more

So this bakery is amazing! Good for breakfast and lunch with pastries and sandwiches and other great food on the menu. However, as a coffee shop, I should warn you to steer clear. This is one of the BEST bakery/coffee shops I have seen in CO. Coffee is good. Good menu (breakfast and lunch). Very casual and cozy atmosphere and plenty of seating. I must emphasize that the pastries (a limited selection) are amazing. The crust is flaky and the dough they use for the danishes, cinnamon roles, and croissants is out of this world. Coffee is always great and if you order iced - the cubes are frozen coffee. I've ordered off the menu and it does not disappoint. Finally, service is good. The folks are always kind. Nasty old lady with white hair tried to make me feel small because I said something about a sandwich that I ordered. I simply asked if I could exchange my sandwich for something else because the bread/bun & meat tasted funny. The lady was super rude & was in my face, liked I tried to do something on purpose. I was so disgusted by her attitude, that I gave the cashier back my coffee punch card. I always try to give local businesses my business but this was just ridiculous. Excellent food. Prices are on the high end, but in par with what they serve. I love coffee but unfortunately don't like theirs, so I always get a non-coffee drink and they are always well made. I wish there was a different option of coffee roast and it would then be a perfect place. Their burritos and sandwiches are very good. The service is quick and everyone is very friendly. read more

I stopped into this wonderful little cafe for lunch while doing Census work in the Bailey area. The breakfast burrito I had (green chili) was outstanding, good enough that I'd drive up from Parker just to have it again. The service was great, and the baked goods looked delicious. Coffee is good but too expensive. I get a locals discount and it still cost more for a scone/muffin and coffee that it would for a complete breakfast somewhere else. They sell cinnamon rolls but they are not really cinnamon rolls they are made with pastry dough not bread dough. Their turnovers are good as long as they are cooked enough. They also use almond flavoring in their glaze, which I do not care for. The only ice tea they have comes in a bottle. No fresh cold tea. It's a good location and nice people but it is way too expensive for an everyday or every few days place to go. read more

The staff was very friendly, and service was good. Unfortunately they served us the worst breakfast burritos I and my husband have ever encountered: I had the green chili burrito and it tasted like they poured half a jar of chili powder in the mysterious sauce that was in it- not edible. My husband had the BLT burrito assuming is was more of a wrap, but no, they microwaved a tortilla full of grisly bacon/fresh tomato/fresh lettuce. Ever had microwaved lettuce? Not tasty. At all. I recommend they get back to basics with their burrito recipes; no weird sauces or microwaved lettuce, just egg/cheese/bacon/potato/green chili in a tortilla. It's not that hard. Their concoctions seem downright malicious, honestly. read more

We're glad a little place like this opened up on the mountain. Most of the pastries are made in-house, and the burritos are fantastic and also made in house. Yes they are a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. The ingredients they use are real, fresh ingredients, including fresh herbs! As for folks complaining about re-heating burritos; I don't see this as an issue. They are still made fresh there, refrigerated and heated up the same day in the toaster oven for quicker service. This makes perfect sense for most of us who are either grabbing breakfast on the way to work or are on a short lunch break. One thing that kind of bugs me is the use of throwaway plates and cups, even when dining in. I stopped at this coffee shop on my way home from a camping trip in Bailey. Everything was amazing! From the friendly service to the cute atmosphere, excellent coffee and even the food was amazing. I got the pine burrito and a peppermint iced latte. 5 star coffee shop, definitely recommend and would go back. They even sell locally made craft items, I bought the "happy chaps" which were little chapstick holders made by a staff members daughter. You should go here! read more

A perfect place for coffee, pastries (almost all made in-house), breakfast burritos, etc. Amy, the owner, is a real gem, courteous, generous and friendly. The coffee was fresh (light, medium or dark roast), the pastries were delicious (had the coffee cake muffin one morning, and the raspberry white chocolate scone the next), and the atmosphere was comfortable. Nice folks and the coffee is good but skip the food. The $9 breakfast burritos are bland and grossly overpriced. I got a focacia pesto chicken sandwich and iced coffee for lunch a few days ago. The pesto was bland, chicken was tough and the focacia was so salty as to be inedible. To top it off, the total was nearly $16 with the locals discount. Really glad we decided to stop in here on our drive back from camping. Got a cinnamon bun which was delicious. They also had some baked bread for sale. I picked up a garlic bread. I tried the breakfast sandwich when they first opened and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they had just opened because it wasn't something I'd go back for.
