Coffee Bean N' Bakery was a much-needed stop when my little girl urgently needed a bathroom and our truck broke down. Unlike some small shops that can be weirdly snarky about restroom use, they were kind and welcoming right away. After that, we grabbed coffee and some sweet treats. The cinnamon roll absolutely did not disappoint, and the "special pastry" that day--a peach roll--was delicious. They had so many other tempting pastries that choosing was the hardest part. It is a great little place to stop whenever it is convenient, especially for a coffee, something sweet, or a delicious breakfast burrito. We will definitely be back. read more

Great food, everything was hot and tasted great! We didn't arrive until after noon and unfortunately missed out on cinnamon rolls because of it, so go earlier if wanting to snag one of those. Menus posted on yelp are out of date, don't try ordering the crispy crescent unless you want the employee to be put out by the request. Well, this was a very pleasant surprise. From the outside, it looks very small, but the store is nice and big and has all kinds of burritos and sandwiches. We walked into this coffee shop and there was a long line! The service was slow, but craft coffee takes a little longer to make. The baristas were very friendly and made a pretty decent Americano. The coffee leans dark. Like, borderline burnt. Might work for you if you like your roast intense. If not, skip it. What is surprisingly impressive: the level of care put into the gluten-free options. Great focaccia-style GF bread--chewy, structured, doesn't feel like an afterthought. Respect. The food overall? Coffee shop standard. Eggs are microwave-warmed, cheese is sparse. Feels more "assembly" than "crafted." But again: you're not at a brunch bistro. You're fueling up, not dining out. This place doesn't pretend to be what it's not. I stopped in today to try Coffee Bean N Bakery as a repeat customer. I've been before and last time I tried one of their cinnamon roles and my father in-law had a blueberry scone. Both were delicious! We were fortunate enough to meet the delightful owner Amy and she explained that EVERYTHING is homemade. I thought I'd try one of their warm wraps on this visit. I had the Pine and wow it was fantastic. The perfect mix of ingredients with the rosemary mushrooms highlighting each bite. I did add a dab of hot sauce which I was pleasantly surprised to find several choices. I travel all over the world and it's pretty cool to find a place in little Pine Colorado that cares so much about bringing great service and food to folks lucky enough to stop in for breakfast or lunch. On our way to the mountains we stumbled upon this place and decided to grab a coffee. It is kind of tucked away to the side so when you see the "gran and go" & "coffee" signs just pull in there and go all the way to the left side of the building. The service was great. The place was empty and the girl helped me right away. I got a plain croissant and an iced white mocha. The white mocha had coffee cubes in it which made it different from my usual and delicious! My favorite part was definitely the price. Living in Denver these two items easily cost me $11 at least but I spend about $6 at this spot. I def recommend! read more

This place has a great vibe and relaxing atmosphere. The croissant was actually crispy and flaky. The service was friendly and we enjoyed sipping coffee and eating on their little sofa nook in the back. Incredibly clean bathroom too. Such a cute little coffee shop! We frequented this shop a few times during our stay. It is a pretty small shop, but somehow they manage to make it feel spacious with a couch area and plenty of seating. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! I ordered the PBNB smoothie and HIGHLY recommend it if you love peanut butter, like I do! The coffees are delicious as well. They offer hot, iced, or blender for all of their coffees. They also have oat milk, which is a huge plus! The danishes are to die for! I had the cream cheese and cherry turnover and wanted to order 20 for my ride home because they were so good! Happened upon this unsuspecting bakery as we were meandering through Colorado. We ordered a couple baked goods to go and went on our way. Little did we realize they'd be the very best pastries we'd ever had! Thankfully our aimless adventures brought us past the shop again so we ordered several things to enjoy on our trip home to Oklahoma. Stopped here after cutting down our Christmas tree. The staff behind the counter was very friendly and helpful with the menu. They have breakfast and lunch items.
