Such a cute coffee place walking distance right on the strip off where we stayed for the week. It's open early, has tables outside and it's nice and clean inside. When we went only one person was working and it got pretty busy. The worker kept it cool, kept smiling and also continued with a great attitude despite how long the line was getting. They served coffees, teas, breakfast sandwiches and a few baked items. Also some cookies and gf cookies( packaged) . Better than buying Starbucks on the hotel! read more

Wife and I stopped since it was close by. We are not coffee drinkers so don't know how to order or what to order. The woman at the register was very helpful in listening to what my wife was looking for as far as taste and "kick" and got her the right drink. Well done I got a peach smoothie. Only drawback was that the straws were so thin and pinched so easily it was almost impossible to drink my smoothie. The smoothie I was able to get thru the straw was good, but as stated, wasn't much before I got frustrated with it. We were driving so taking the lid off and drinking it wasn't much of an option. This is significant Because: I drink different coffee every day of the week, and went to her shop everyday for a week! They also have breakfast sandwiches (yummy!). We wanted coffee on the way out of OC, and the beanery has a drive through which allowed us to grab caffeine with our dogs in the car with us. For those of us who remember the 80s and 90s, this shop is a throwback to those days of flavored coffee beans. Stopped by here for a quick iced latte. I ordered online and unfortunately it wasn't as quick a pick up as I was hoping as they were out of the lavender syrup I requested but they informed me and made my drink promptly when I arrived. Due to ordering online there was also some miscommunication on the type of milk my friend wanted in her chai latte. My drink (iced mocha)was great albeit a bit expensive for the size. I would recommend going for a large and just ordering inside instead of online. The inside is cute with a lot of seating and a huge ground bean coffee selection for purchase including k cups! The kids and I decided to try something different Sunday morning - The Coffee Beanery. What drew us in was their road sign harking gluten free and vegan offerings as one of us has dietary issues. So, we gave CB a try. My daughter ordered coffee; forgive me if I don't know specifics. My son ordered and bacon egg and cheese Sammie on a Asiago cheese bagel and a smoothie. Yours truly ordered the same sammie as my son and I also had a "large" (they call it something fancy) cafe latte. Being first timers, the staff was very patient with us while we ordered. They had everything prepared for us quickly. And, everything was very good. The first draw from my latte had me wanting sugar. I decided to enjoy it as is. The bagel sammies were delicious. There are pastries available as well. The ambiance of the shop was nice and well worn. I thought the shop was local but it's a franchise. That said, I think the franchisee is a OC local. We enjoyed our treats amid a steady flow of Sunday customers. I'm a convenience store coffee kind of guy and do not care for Star*ucks, but could occasionally shell out nearly six bucks for a very good cafe latte. Great little coffee shop located conveniently close to my friend's condo on 90th and inside the same shopping center as Acme (grocery store). Decided to stop here instead of driving to Starbucks after a grocery store run. As usual, I ordered a cold brew. It was a bit too watered down for my liking but overall it wasn't a bad cup of Joe. We went to the coffee beanery on our way out. I never review but the entire experience was ridiculous. It was $40 for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches, which is a lot when nothing was correct. The front counter worker did not speak fluent English, no problem. BUT She was completely guessing people coffees orders. Our orders were completely botched and so were the 4 orders before us. Then when we opened our sandwiches they were also incorrect. We spent about 30 minutes there in total so just took the loss at that point. Do not recommend. read more

More expensive than Starbucks and drinks were not impressive. Extra 50 cents if you want less ice and extra 75 cents if you don't want any ice. That's a first! They do have a nice inside and outside seating area though so it could be a nice chance of pace for somebody studying or tryin to do work. We love coming here and supporting this shop usually. Yesterday, we came inside and service was quick but also very confused and charged me multiple times for things I did not buy, and then didn't charge me for what I had bought. So I went back up to pay for what I received and couldn't get the girl at the register to understand that the ticket she had and thought was mine was not and that I didn't order muffins. I needed up just going with it and laid it to make it easy. Last night, we looked up their hours and it said open till 8 so my family and I walked over at 7:20. The sign was on and lights as well but doors were locked. When we called, the lady told us she was closed. Disappointing! Spent the week in Ocean City, MD and this place was walking distance from my condo and beach. Good selection of coffees including medium and dark roasts and also specialty coffees like fraps and Americano (my fav). Friends said I had to try to Acai bowls (fruit, granola, sorbet, coconut and other add-ins). Pretty good but can be shared between two people. Coffee Beanery is a great spot to go to if you're looking for a quick coffee and breakfast. My friends and I stopped here one morning. We were there pretty early, and they were definitely having the morning rush. The line didn't take long and our coffee and food came out pretty quickly. I would not recommend this place for basic coffee drinks. The customer service was really great and they were super helpful but the coffee tastes like shit. Genuinely undrinkable but if you're constipated this is the place. I took two sips and had to poop ten minutes later. So basically we ordered two iced vanilla lattes and it was $12.68. Then waited a normal amount of time for them and when they put the order up the two drinks were significantly different colors. My friends was off white and mine was dark brown. My friends tasted like sugar milk and mine was water down shit coffee with no sugar. We went up to the counter genuinely laughing and told them the issue. They were super helpful and lighthearted. They added vanilla syrup to mine and tried to just add drip coffee to my friends. Mine was decent enough but they ended up having to remakes my friends. Cute and specious coffee shop next to the large Convention Center plaza. Love the smell of freshly grounded coffee as you enter it. Drive through and curb pick are available. Plenty of outdoor sitting on a front deck or inside. Very clean. Good choice of stones and muffins, including vegetarian and whole grain options. No gluten free baked goods. But there are rice crisps bars available. Good coffee choice. We went for basic Americano and it was very good ( I am anti-Starbucks over roasted coffee so this coffee was just right to my taste). read more

I tried this place for the first time and they charged me $6.27 for a large coffee with 2% milk. When I left I checked the price online, it was $2.99. The cup was also very small compared to other "large" coffees. Will not be going back. They also only give you an option to tip 15, 18, 20, or 25% on the machine. I always use drive through, it usually takes them a minute to acknowledge you. Sometimes I just drive away, as there's no timely response; even tho hours are saying otherwise and the red neon "open" sign is on. They charge the same amount for my coffee as Starbucks. However, they don't have the same service level, and they rarely get my cold-brew order right. I think they usually give me iced coffee instead. So much space for improvement, hopefully they step it up. read more

Must-stop-by spot in the morning in Ocean City. They have plenty of free parking spots and a lovely deck with grandpa chairs. Particularly it's a cool coffee house for families-- it has a large space and it was nice to start our day with here! I personally love their pistachio latte with oat milk. They also have couple of cookie options if that's what you like. Unfortunately this place has gone very downhill this summer (2024). I've been coming here for one week in the summer every day since they have been open. Seems to be under new ownership and struggling to keep it running well. Frozen coffees not made correctly (not very frozen) peach ice tea hasn't been peach all week (even after asking and they saying they don't know why). The line moved extremely slow. I have sat outside and watched multiple people come and leave when they see the line. I truly hope they can get it together as it's walkable and use to be the best place for coffee. I was so excited because I haven't had my cafe caramel since it left the Christiana mall years ago . Well it was so very disappointing. It tasted nothing like it used to. First I had to walk back in because they didn't put whipped cream or the chocolate shavings on it . Went back in there and he put a squirt of the whipped cream and then I had to ask the the chocolate. He said they do not put this on there unless requested even tho the picture of the cafe caramel plastered all over the shop shows it with the whipped cream and chocolate .
