Have been dying to try this place for a couple months now. I have kept seeing them all over Instagram and I live up the road so I am disappointed I haven't tried them sooner. I love a good fun latte. This place definitely delivered. I got the s'mores iced latte. It was absolutely delicious. They covered it was graham cracker and marshmallows; coffee tasted perfect. Ok I don't even know where to start, LOVE THIS PLACE! Customer service 10/10, drink options 10/10, actually great tasting lattes even with the extras 10/10 plus it's locally owned and not some big corporation which I fully support, heard about this from some friends and decided to take the drive (35 mins) and totally worth it! I got a iced s'mores latte and a hot chocolate dunked pretzel latte, both 10/10. Completely recommend this place to anyone. read more

The place has a real "laid back" vibe inside. I could tell a lot of people were regulars there (a frequent customer suggested it to me). They offer dairy free options for coffee (almond). So many coffee places don't know how to pull a shot of espresso. I constantly find myself tortured by under extracted pulls at other places. The fallacy of sunk costs -- not going to throw out something I paid for, even if it tastes bad! Right? The espresso here was great. Perfect extraction, perfect temp. In my coffee I had almond milk. The coffee was pretty low in acid, nice and smooth. They are cash only. I know some people complain... but card companies take a lot of money from vendors who already have tight margins. Just pay cash, guys. Parking here... Looks a little tight. I'd imagine you could just park along New Lane (road next to it) and walk up. read more

Such a unique coffee shop! I am always cautious with restaurants or cafes that look "instagram-perfect" because I have had experiences where the food looked better than it actually tasted but I must say - that is not the case with Coffee Booths! I had the cinnamon Bun iced coffee and it was awesome. I asked for half the amount of syrup (because I'm not a huge fan of overly sweet coffee) and also a double shot of espresso -- it was perfect. You have to get the whipped cream though, hah! Also - the owner mentioned that they make their own syrups which I think is pretty cool. Highly recommend! **The only negative is that they are cash only and I hardly ever carry cash. I hope they can accept cards one day! Still worth going to an ATM for though!! read more

Super friendly staff and a great breakfast. I came by with my 2 daughters. Two of us got iced Americano coffee, and a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. The egg and cheese are actually baked right in the biscuit. My other daughter had a banana chocolate chip muffin which they warmed up for her. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. We will be back for lunch. They also have homemade 'hot pockets' that sound delicious. One is stuffed with kielbasa and sauerkraut, another has chicken and spinach. There are others on the menu as well. Be aware the are CASH only! read more

Omg best place for coffee! My kids and I love it here! Picking up Becky-Lin from cheer practice and coming here is so convenient! Or even simply taking Jakey from ice hockey practice is great ! I had such high hopes for this place. The hours alone are a big put-off for me. The coffee is average. The flavors are creative. But, the pasta straw is gross. I was disappointed by the experience, but would try again because I like the concept. Hopefully they'll open on Sundays because that's the day I go off my weekday routine and explore. read more

Super cool little local spot. This cozy coffee shop is a hidden gem in Selden. Each coffee, latte, espresso or specialty drink is made with tender love and care. They have a large variety of drink options and food as well. We tried the Samoas Iced Latte and a regular cappuccino. Both were delicious. If you love the Samoa Girl Scout cookie and coffee, this is your go to! It won't disappoint. The staff here was also extremely friendly and polite - they make you feel right at home. Came in early Saturday morning. Staff was friendly. Ordered the black and white cookie latte and it was okay- I also ordered the chicken pesto stuff pocket- only problem was lacked chicken. Not sure if they are made ahead and heated in the microwave but the ends were too tough to eat. Seems like a lot of regulars come in and knew a lot of people by their name. They were raving about a banana foster latte and were excited about it. I may pop in another time to give another drink a try. They have a card to punch and earn free drinks which I thought was cool. read more

We discovered this lovely coffee shop about a year ago and we get out there every chance we get (which admittedly isn't as often as we really want!) and the people there are always incredibly friendly and the coffee is nothing but amazing every time. Customer service was spectacular. Coffee looks great! Beautifully crafted. However, it does not taste great. Espresso tastes burned or old. Like the machine hasn't been cleaned. It's also takeout only. There's no where to sit and enjoy your coffee, which was a bit disappointing. read more

Love is place! My second visit and I'm a certified regular. If you are a real espresso drink fan and you're anywhere near here you need to visit and skip the big green monster. Never disappoints- Coffee Booths is a gem in the rough on Middle Country Road I discovered this place with a friend back in June and we have both in turn kept going back and brought other friends here. Forgetting about the food itself the people who run this place are amazing! Always very kind and is a very family oriented atmosphere. Part of the experience going here is the conversation to be had. But now to the good stuff. The first thing I had here was in the summer and it was a nutella frap- to die for. The coffee is just as amazing and you dont have to be a coffee drinker! (I have long been convinced I'm in a 22 year long prank where people try to convince me coffee is good) but here it actually is! Ths flavors themselves are worth it- nutella, Snickers, cinnabon (all flavors which I have had) If you really want to be wowed have their breakfast biscuit's! As I was looking for a new coffee place, I was lucky to stumble upon this place. As we arrived the place looked nice and small, the interior was welcoming and it felt homey. On my way to work on a rainy Saturday morning when I had a craving for some eggs. Yelped the options for the area. Closest place that showed up was Coffee Booths. I was so close that I almost passed it! That's easy to do because they are set back off Middle Country Rd. But I pulled in and walked into what is a charming little spot that is just as inviting as it is small. The folks are friendly and the menu for coffee is long. As I mentioned I was in the mood for eggs. I saw that they had "stuffed biscuits " on the menu and ordered one with eggs, bacon and cheddar. Then I looked at the board. The big board of options for coffee! I'm no barista but I do enjoy coffee so I asked about the options. After an quick lesson in latte vs cappuccino vs coffee I opted for a Nutella cappuccino. The wait was short and the stuffed biscuit was delicious. Almost too hot to eat quickly which is preferable to being not hot enough. The cappuccino was great as well but without being a cappuccino aficionado I can't say to what degree. But the people and decor and atmosphere is also another draw here. Down to earth people working there along wIth a cozy intimate atmosphere with local artists artwork for sale and a map for people to leave notes on where they came from it reminded me of a spot you might find in rural New England. All in all I enjoyed the breakfast and my only regret is that my wife wasn't with me to enjoy it too. Next time she will be. read more

Really small and cute. The lady that helped us was really nice. Anything on the menu can be made hot or iced, which was nice. They also have pumpkin all year round, which is amazing. The chocolate chip banana muffin was good too. Just keep in mind that it is cash only, which is why I gave it 4 stars. read more

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!! The staff is incredibly friendly and the coffee is unmatched. My coffee was already being made when I realized it was a cash only business and I was blown away when the man at the counter told me to come back later and pay and gave me an "I owe you" card. In this day and age things like that don't happen anymore and that's what makes businesses like this stand out. If you're just passing by, or even if you're not this place is a MUST visit!! Literally a booth on the side of the road selling hand made specialty coffee, tea, and lattes out of a window, but i've never had a better iced latte in my life. 1,000/10 recommend!! read more

This place had phenomenal reviews so me and my boyfriend decided to check it out, it really is a hidden gem-hole in the wall- type of place, very "mom and pops vibe" Pros: *The stuffed biscuits and stuffed pockets were fantastic, truly out of this world, home made taste! *the coffee drinks were delicious, my cinnamon late was alittle bit sweet but the quality was there and I was deff "wow'd" *great customer service from these two gentlemen that were there, so sweet! Cons: *The place is very small- and not in a cozy way. Chairs were 7/10 pretty dirty (not surprised says 52/100 on health score) *they don't have the ability to keep up with the demand on weekends- very long wait times and for customers who want to stay, there seats are being taken up by people who won't leave. People who buy a late then stay for 3 hours is a waste of a seat and seats are how you get good buisness. You want a constant flow of people waking in and out and that is not what goes down there. *The women, I'm assuming owner, was just rude. We ordered food to go and it took about 45 minutes so we drank our coffees there but persisted to ask if we were sure we wanted to leave. We tipped her anyway even though we did not stay and have the food brought out to us but I was very displeased. On top of that, it was a "big deal" to get our free muffins that come with the purchase of a coffee! Her own coupon that they made for yelp to bring in customers. Safe to say- I will absolutely be getting food here again because of the quality but unless you're a regular who is a favorite of this small buisness I would recommend calling in- waiting- and taking out. read more

Came here for breakfast today and loved it! Coffee is perfect...I had a decaf cappuccino. The owner was very friendly and chatted with us. I had a couple of their stuffed breakfast biscuits which are delicious. I had the corned beef hash biscuit and their egg white spinach and feta biscuit. Really fun and creative coffees. The workers (I think owners) are also really friendly! I always forget about this place because I am not near the location often. I get so happy when I remember to go there because the coffee is a nice treat. Fair prices too. The place is a bit small and from what I remember there are not too many food options. But it is definitely worth going in for a specialty coffee! I will have to go back soon and update this review to be more specific :). read more

Specialties

The best coffee on Long Island. We use coffee beans hand roasted in Greenport. We don't use any commercial syrups. Our flavored coffee is made with real ingredients like melted Belgium chocolate, melted caramel, or homemade pumpkin syrup. All our muffins are baked on premise and using original recipes. We serve our own unique breakfast biscuit, a buttermilk biscuit stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and real bacon.

Established in 2015.

Started by a husband of wife who have lived on Long Island their whole lives and love coffee. We bring in Aldo's coffee beans hand roasted right out in Greenport and baked muffins and biscuits using our own family recipes. The same we've been eating since we were kids.

Meet the Business Owner: Ronnie B.

Born in Coram. Now living in selden. Graduated from Newfield high school in 1997. Met wife and co owner, Melissa, in senior year. Earned a business management degree from CW Post. Spent time working in restaurants now decided to open a coffee shop minutes from where I grew up and down road from where currently living. Local boy using local products.

Are there outlets and wifi available for customers?

They do have wifi and outlets inside. However, they are currently only doing orders that are picked up at their window. Their indoor service is closed due to COVID.

Yes

Do they have any vegan options?

No, sadly there weren't any besides the almond milk. And as for the food, there was only one biscuit that was vegetarian. Their biscuits look so yummy, so I hope they decide to add some vegan options!!

They can all be made to go!

Not food, but we do offer some drinks are. Some of the specialty lattes that are gluten free are be cinnamon bun, snickers, pumpkin, ghirardelli classic white, mocha, and Nutella! Hope that helps!

I live off coffee especially espresso & quality cappuccino . Coffee Booths is family owned operated by Ronnie & Melissa & they create flavors that nobody could even comprehend . I've been coming here for as long as they opened and since Ive been coming back I noticed the patrons who are very social are coming from as far as Brooklyn which is an hour. The atmosphere is perfect. Coffee lovers this is the real place if you want real coffee no gimmicky names to a made up style which the big corporations use . Stoped in to grab myself a s'mores latte and this place is amazing! Stuffed biscuits will be you're new favorite thing!! The lattes come with a little spoon so I can gracefully eat all the mallows on my coffee without looking too much like a crazy lady. The French onion provolone soup stuffed biscuit was so delicious! Same for the sausage gravy biscuit!!! My fiancé had 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and a corned beef hash biscuit! The Kit Kat latte is definitely his new go to coffee. This place feels like your own kitchen. The lattes are delicious and don't use junk syrup. The muffins are homemade..really..as if you were making a small batch yourself. It is a new place and needs to hide some unsightly things such as the giant air conditioner. If the place has more than a few customers at a time it will feel crowded and slow though. read more
