The man working the kiosk referred to the place as a wine bar for coffee as the coffee is prepared, discussed and poured the same way fine wine is. If you love Starbucks, do not go here! Ideally, the coffee should be ordered, prepared and consumed without dairy products so that you truly taste, experience and enjoy all the flavors. All in all, Revolution Roasters ground its way into our good graces. Between the smooth service, the cool market atmosphere, and food that hits the spot, I could definitely see us filtering back in here again soon.
