As you walk up to order, both of them greet you with energy and make an effort to get to know as an individual customer by name. If you are lucky, their Momager may even be helping them out taking orders. They really encapsulate what a small town, family owned business should be. Second off... their coffee is awesome! I really wanted to support this local coffee shop. The first time I visited, my experience was decent. The coffee was okay, so I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing because of the customer service. A good attitude and treating customers fairly are so important when running a business, and this experience was a dealbreaker for me. The staff was rude, unfriendly, and made me feel unwelcome. While I was standing in line, I heard the employee taking orders mention that customers who purchased a Guerrero Latte would receive either a cookie or a slice of banana bread. However, I noticed that this offer was only being applied to certain customers, and it seemed very selective. On top of that, I had also ordered conchas. I received my drinks, but my bread was never brought out. I stood there waiting, and no one acknowledged me or asked if I was still waiting for something. Instead, I felt completely ignored and had to go out of my way to ask about the conchas I had already purchased. I left feeling genuinely disappointed. The coffee was average but the customer service completely ruined the experience. Being treated with kindness and respect is just as important as serving coffee, and unfortunately, that was missing. I won't be returning, but I hope this feedback encourages the business to improve the way they treat every customer. A friendly, welcoming attitude goes a long way and can make all the difference. read more

I LOVE THIS COFFEE TRUCK. Definitely for the coffee lovers! My ONLY complaint is that they're only open on weekends, but the wait only makes it better. The coffee is delicious! They introduced me to espresso whip cream and always give me chocolate covered espresso beans with my drinks. I always bring new people every time I go because it's too good of a place not to share it with someone. For the people who aren't fans of coffee, they have energy drinks/ spritzes that taste like candy! My honey always gets the "mean girls" and I can never tell if he's excited for the drink or the gummy worms/life savers that come with it! Addicting! The ladies who run the truck are so sweet and help you navigate the menu if you're having trouble picking between items. And don't forget to get a punch card from them!
