He was kind, made a wonderful matcha latte and when I dropped it on the floor he promptly cleaned it and even offered to make me a new one!! Brought my kids in to have a bite to eat. Ordered 2 Chicken Caesar wraps they were fine. Asked for a cup of tap water and the employee Asad refused the request. Her words were 'we don't have water for that'....what the actual F?!? Save your money and support another business. How heartless to refuse a request for tap water. I have been asked to pay for a cup before, I get it, supplies aren't free...but to outright refuse to give tap water is beyond ridiculous. Love their power up breakfast bagel! The Asiago bagel which is used in this sandwich is amazing!

First visit to this coffee shop. The lattes were extra hot as requested and really tasty. The interior is quite large with plenty of seating. Nice, clean washrooms. Service was very friendly and quick. We will definitely return and probably try one of their salads next time. Only one complaint was that the wi-fi wasn't working. read more

I was looking for a quick coffee stop in Burlington and a place to grab a fast bite. I wasn't overly impressed with the menu but I thought I would give it a try because it was close to where I was walking! I stopped in and grabbed an iced latte with a breakfast sandwich. My coffee was actually pretty tasty, I usually get syrup but decided against it today and the coffee flavour was tasty. In terms of my sandwich, it was not horrible. It was pressed and it was piping hot when it came to my table! The bagel it was made on was a cheese bagel which was good, but nothing special about the whole sandwich. It was also a little bit small - I could have probably eaten another! I would likely go back to try other types of food (maybe not the pastries, they didn't look very appetizing) and for a quick coffee - it was a good stop. Not my favourite spot in Burlington but I can see why it's a decent place to come for a lot of people. There is parking close by (across the street basically) and it's in a popular street corner area. read more

The service was perfectly cordial and friendly. We received our hot chocolates in good time and they were hot and delicious unlike a prior experience at a different establishment that charges nearly half again the amount we paid here. The only real complaint is that it is a bit cramped with the number of tables they have squeezed in... otherwise very good. read more

They also have a bunch of luncheon special at reasonable prices. The owners are involved, and 'cruise' the establishment talking to their clientele. I liked that very much. Not sure what everyone is raving about. The service was very slow and unorganized. The staff seemed tired, sloppy and unmotivated making it an uncomfortable atmosphere. Noticed a bin of open or exposed bagels laying on the floor and after our 20min wait in line left with our food/beverages only to find the order was wrong. Stopped in because my g/f wanted an ice coffee. The place was packed so it seemed like it'd be a decent place to grab a drink. We quickly realized it was disorganised and unable to handle the volume of customers it had. With 8 people ahead of us it took 15 minutes before we could place an order. Once our order was placed the ice coffee arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was not worth the wait. It was watery and relatively tasteless, and the taste it did have was that of folders coffee gone bad. Given the amount of satisfied customers I'm guessing they didn't have the ice coffee. Coffee Culture has never had decent food but there was a time when we could get a good coffee. Since this cafeteria was bought by some guy from India nothing is edible in this place. Coffee tastes mold and chemicals ( I was told that it's a "house-blend' coffee). Moreover, It's been probably heavily diluted with tap water. The coffee taste is so horrible! Hard rock radio that wasn't tuned in properly so that a static buzz played constantly. Very displeasing in terms of atmosphere. I come here occasionally for tea/coffee (I'm obsessed with the Numi rooibos chai they carry), but this weekend was my first time actually having their food. My friend and I ordered the chicken caesar wrap and the prosciutto and bocconcini sandwich to split. We loved the caesar wrap, but the prosciutto sandwich was disappointing. The bun it was served on was hard as a rock, making it impossible to eat. It also had almost no flavour to it because there was only about a half teaspoon of the pesto and sun dried tomato spread on it. read more
