Amazing! We got here just in time to have the sticky buns that are made fresh daily. The sticky buns are so good, you won't regret trying it. We had the lilikoi, they change flavors everyday. I also had a macadamia nut matcha latte and it was tasty. My husband got a Carmel latte and said it was good just had a lot of milk. Best coffee shop on the north shore!! Both our coffee and matcha lattes were amazing and made with local ingredients. However, the pastries really stood center stage!! We ordered the mac nut cookie and the sourdough chocolate chip cookie, and I could never decide between the two! The sourdough cookie was an amazing twist on a classic, perfectly topped with flaked salt. Hawaii also got me addicted to macadamia nuts, though, and the mac nut cookie was quite incredible too! Made a pit stop here for some snacks and food to carry us over after a long day at the beach, but with still some time before dinner. Mostly we stopped by because we heard that the purple sweet potato haupia bar was a must try. It did not disappoint. It was a gerbils slice so we shared it between four of us girls... which worked out to allow us to try even more sweets and cookies. We also left with a few coffees to keep us awake and alert on the drive home. The service was incredible kind and friendly... as per usual for everyone on this slice of paradise island. Stumbled upon Coffee Gallery while exploring Haleiwa. It's a cute coffee shop that offers a wide variety of beverages, baked goods and pastries, coffee beans, and souvenirs. The husband and I got the Coconator (coconut & dark chocolate mocha) and a Lilikoi Lemon Bar to share, which both were delish! Located at North Shore Marketplace, there are several other businesses to explore after grabbing something to drink. It wasn't busy when we were there on a weekday, but I can definitely see this place becoming crowded on the weekends. So, plan accordingly! read more

The entrance is a bit assuming at first, since there's a lot of surrounding shops in the plaza, but do yourself a favor and check out this quaint little spot!!! The interior is so eclectic - lots of various coffee products, mugs, and paraphernalia on sale. The menu offers lots of specialty lattes, such as Gingerbread Latte, Honey Matcha Latte, Cinnamon Honey Latte, Lavendar Latte, Orange Cardamom, Coffee Freeze, etc etc. I love that they have such unique seasonal options! They also sell a bunch of fun pastries, as well as ice cream sandwiches. We got one of their Glorious Morning Muffin and Maple Bacon Scones, and they were delicious!! Definitely grab one to go! Decided to drop by since this place was highly rated. I got the sea salt latte and it did not disappoint! It had bits of savory taste in it and then the latte hits you. Although it wasn't as sweet, I was able to adjust it myself with some stevia. The drinks here all seemed pretty unique, so I would definitely drop by to try different drinks if I was in the area. TL:DR - The coffee was great and super worth the price. Tucked in the back of a cul de sac of shops, Coffee Gallery serves up some great coffee and interesting flavored drinks. Just take a look at their menu, seriously. I wasn't feeling adventurous that day and went with a classic hot americano. To my surprise, the coffee was rich and flavor and completely blew my socks off. I'm not sure what they got going on there, but that was probably the best americano I've had in months. Deep flavor, not burnt at all, super smooth with a nice mouth finish. I've only gone once, but I'll have to be back to see if it holds up. read more

I can never get photos because we consume our coffee too quickly it's that good. The first few times I came to coffee gallery they were sold out of the mocha freeze so finally I was able to try it! It is as yummy as promised! I'm not a large chocolate fan but it's still delicious and not overly consumed by a chocolate flavor. The crown jewel has been my previous alternative and I think it's the perfect balance between coffee and mocha. Since it's a white mocha it's not as strong of a flavoring but the raspberry compliments it nicely. It's a sweet treat! My boyfriend loves the bullet coffee and always orders it. I'm not as large of a fan as it tastes too bitter to me. If you like a strong/dark coffee this would probably be great! read more

I always take friends when they visit, or go when going to the beach with friends! We all love them! Coffee Gallery is so cute in the North Shore Marketplace. There's lots of parking in the front. They have an area to order where they sell lots of cute cups, bags, jewelry, and other things too. They have a ton of amazing looking pastries to choose from and a small menu of food including açaí bowls or some other savory items. They have all kinds of coffee as well. I'm not an expert, but it seems like a lot of options. However, what I love the most is the cappuccino freeze. Two shots of espresso, coffee flavoring, and vanilla ice cream. It is sooooo good. They are pet friendly too. They even gave our pup a puppachino! (A tiny cup of whipped cream, and she looooved it, haha.) That was so nice of them. The absolute WORST part is that the cashier (girl with short hair and glasses) while taking my order was wiping the inside of my fingers with her bare fingers!!!!! THAT IS AN OSHA VIOLATION AND THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! THATS NASTY!!! AFTER SHE TOUCHES MONEY AND THE SCREEN AND WHO ELSE KNOWS WHAT. Since my initial review in 2019, this is still my favorite coffee-shop. I live all the way near Kapolei now (sigh) so coming on this side of the island is very seldom. My husband and I decided to take a trip out to Haleiwa this weekend and my only motivation for coming to Haleiwa so early was to 1) go to Coffee Gallery and 2) buy two of their quiches to bring home. (We obviously had no self control and my husband and I downed one quiche there in 5 minutes LOL) They can get rather busy. Their sun room is still not open. That was my highlight of coming here before. My husband and I would buy coffee and then read in their little sun room. Hopefully they open it up soon now that Hawaii lifted most of their mandates. Anyway, daily they have fresh pastries you can buy and the coffee is just always to my preference when we come here. I'll definitely stop by again my next stop to Haleiwa!!! read more

I absolutely love this place!! I usually come with my kids, grab them a lil breakfast pastry and a coffee for myself and we chill in the back where they can run around!! All their pastries are AMAZING, soooo yummy!! And my absolute favorite is their açaí cause the granola is housemade and incredible! The staff is super sweet and friendly and even when they have a line out the door it goes by quick and the drinks come out fast!! This store has a wonderful aroma when you enter and has a great selection of merchandise for sale such as coffee beans, cups and coffee related accessories and luscious looking baked goods. I tried the gluten free aloha bar which was fantastic with a rustic oat crust that had a custard like topping which was sprinkled with chunks of crystallized ginger. It's been awhile since I've been in old Hale'iwa Town and while it has changed, different shops and tons of tourists, many "old" historical sites remain. Change is inevitable and can be positive. Second time at the Coffee Gallery in the North Shore Marketplace. Good experience on both occasions. There is a large selection of coffee beverages on their menu board, which is usually a cause for concern. On my initial visit, requested a Cappuccino Freeze. Today, I got a Coffee Float. It is Summer...hot & humid...I sweat like a pig...am having ice blended drinks. Both good. There isnt much seating inside but there are tables outside. Lots of coffee products to buy...even if you're not a tourist. Paper straws are available...err, they're the only option, which is a good thing. Parking is usually available - even on a Saturday afternoon - as this coffee shop is situated in the middle of North Shore Marketplace. read more

Love this place for their açaí bowls. It has a great ice cream texture and it's topped with their homemade granola, which is my favorite part. I took my mom here while she was visiting the island, and she is a huge coffee fanatic. Of course the coffee is wonderful, but she also tried this chocolate banana bread and she wanted to come back every single morning for breakfast. I then took my dad here when he visited and he just had to come try it for himself. It did not disappoint. This was also one of my favorite places to come and read on their back patio. It's a beautiful and wonderful environment on the island to relax and enjoy nature. The service is wonderful and they are very helpful with deciding on what to get. 8/25/19 Last time I visited this place was over 2 years ago. My rating was 2 stars. Upon my recent visit it's still 2 stars. Customer service was friendly and we were greeted with a smile. The girl working was patient when we asked questions and took a little longer to order. Product quality- I ordered an iced macadamia nut latte. There was a subtle nutty flavor to it which I liked. But I could not taste/smell any espresso at all. The overall taste was very watered down. My friend ordered their mocha frappe which he enjoyed. The decor of the store is rustic and beach which matches the area. But it could definitely use more seating. 2 stars because their coffee was too weak. read more
