    Matcha latte
    Andreya P.

On vacation I came to this cute little coffee shop. I ordered the Matcha latte with whole milk and it was delicious. The service was very fast and welcoming. The inside kind of felt like somebody's home. It was very cozy prices are reasonable for a Matcha. I think it was under $8 which is good definitely would recommend this spot

Friendly staff, great coffee, fun vibe! Our kids recommended this spot, and they were on point! The Salt of Earth was amazing!

Such a cute aesthetically pleasing coffee shop!! Love how it's located in the beginning of Haleiwa. We ordered the strawberry matcha and nut coffee drink (sorry I forgot the name) and it was truly truly made for a true lover of coffee and matcha. The traffic during the time I was there was busy, people coming and going, some regulars, some tourists. The Bird's Nest really outdid themselves and thought about every little detail in their shop. The workers are always so smiley, calming, and quick to caffeinate their customers. The playlist was definitely my vibe and made me want to hang out longer. The Bird's Nest is definitely a must when in Haleiwa.

Clean, aesthetic café conveniently located next to a Pilates studio. The service was friendly, and the drinks came out fairly quickly, which I appreciated. I ordered the Matcha Latte with macadamia nut sweetener, but unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. The flavor was pretty mild, and I couldn't really taste the macadamia nut. I'm glad I got to try it, and I'd be open to coming back to sample some of their more popular menu items next time.

Adorable lil coffee shop with a creative menu and delicious baked goods. It seems to keep a steady stream of customers, which can make parking in the small lot difficult, but it's worth the potential 7-point-turn you'll need to make. Our favorites were the nuts n' hugs latte and spring cold brew with orange cold foam!

Cute lil coffee spot near the beach. "I know a spot" ahh coffee spot. Cool interior with some cool vendor goods, I lowk should've copped a ring, that was a fumble by me for sure. Coffee was good, the homemade oat milk was super fly. Just a bit pricey, 7-8 bones for some joe hurts me a bit inside.

Came here for breakfast on Labor Day. The parking situation here is not the greatest but we were lucky enough to get a stall that was easy to leave from. It's a super cute shop with limited seating but we were able to get a table outside. I got a chai latte, Foccacia bites, and veggie burrito. I'm not a latte connoisseur, so I'm not sure how to judge a chai latte. It had flavor and wasn't super milky, so I enjoyed it. The Foccacia bites were my favorite. I loved how sour they were, and it had a good amount of chew to it. The breakfast burrito was nothing special and the tortilla to filling ratio was quite high. Overall, cute shop to check out on the north shore to grab a quick bite and drink.

Bird's Nest is a gem on the North Shore. Great location with lots of parking. It has a unique vibe from the outside which used to be a gas station turned coffee shop and Pilates studio next door. The inside was inviting and cozy. I got an iced earl grey matcha and cardamom bun. The matcha paired surprisingly well with the earl grey flavor!

    Matcha lavender, and hojicha

Oh no, i try different cafes 3-4x a week as a lil hobby, and this one was highly reviewed but i was so disappointed. I got the lavender matcha and the hojicha special but both of them had a gritty/powdery feeling and aftertaste that I've only experience once before with a trader joe matcha latte mix (and that's because i prepared it wrong). The taste was so mild and i didn't taste any lavender in the matcha. I got two because i was so excited to try these cool flavors, and this is the first time i threw away a drink after a few sips. I'm giving it 2 stars because the staff was nice and the place was vibey. Maybe it was just a dud the day i tried it, but with both drinks?? Update: i went on may 18, around 11am!

Cute coffee shop, a little small and vibe were weird. But ask the food to go. Lady apologetic for the delay even when I didn't wait a lot. Didn't understood my accent and ask me to recheck the order a couple of times.

    Hello ... and good morning
    LeaDan Y.

Just happened to be in the area, supporting another local business, Mean Wahine flowers for those looking for naturally made leipo'o, haku, and string lei. Go find them on Instagram. Anyway, as I said,I was in the area and of course wanted to check out another cafe. I feel like Haleiwa and Kailua's cafe scenes have blown up recently. The Bird's Nest Coffee is a worthwhile spot but you need to pay attention because you could blink and miss it. I accidentally wound up in thw wrong parking lot because one side of yhe lot belongs to a shrimp truck, the other side to the cafe. I tried the "Hello and good morning", which is oddly even more entertaining when the barista calls out your order ... anyway, this drinks has notes of dark chocolate and cayenne pepper. Its SO good. I'll definitely get it again after I try all of their other drinks. Limited seating area.

    Nut's N Hug
    Darice L.

Stumbled upon this spot while eating at Jenny's and were pleasantly surprised. It's air-conditioned with a warm, welcoming vibe. I ordered the Nuts n Hug and appreciated the variety of milk options--oat, almond, and whole. The entrance can feel a bit crowded when there's a line, but overall it's a cute place to get some work done or relax with a book. I'd definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

    Cortado (Milky Cake)
    Kristina C.

I was recommend to come here from a coworker and I'm so glad I visited. Super cute interior and amazing drinks! ***What I ordered ~ **Oat Milk Cortado (10/10) ~ I asked what was on espresso and they told me DAK - Milky Cake and it tasted delicious!! The texture of the milk was silky and the espresso was just easy to drink!! It was so good I ended up getting another to go! Overall, If you're a coffee nerd I highly suggest coming here to try their drinks! Their staff is pretty knowledgeable. I also recommend trying their Matcha! I took a sip of my boyfriend's earl grey matcha and it was delicious!!! I would come back if I'm ever back on this side again :)
