If you're looking for authentic East Coast-style pizza in Denver, this is it. The crust has that perfect balance of crispy on the outside and chewy inside, the The Money Ball is sooooo good. It's one of those pizzas where you immediately start planning your next visit before you've even finished your first slice. The biggest surprise, though, was the South Loop Double Burger. I've had burgers all over Denver, and I genuinely think this one belongs at the top of the list. The beef was incredibly flavorful, the cheese was perfectly melted, the toppings were balanced, and the bun held everything together without getting soggy. It was simple in all the right ways and absolutely packed with flavor. Should I boldy say, the best burger I've had in Denver recently. The new menu feels thoughtful from top to bottom. It's obvious that a lot of care went into creating dishes that aren't just trendy but are genuinely delicious. Whether you're stopping in for pizza, burgers, coffee, or browsing the market afterward, there's something that makes you want to stay a little longer. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly without being overbearing, and the whole place has that neighborhood feel that keeps you coming back.
