It was absolutely out of this world--beautifully prepared, perfectly balanced, and incredibly delicious. Everything we ordered was wonderful, but that French toast alone is worth coming back for. The staff was also exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming, making each visit feel special. The ingredients were balanced and fresh, not just thrown together as filler. The hollandaise sauce was original, I couldn't find a lemon, cheese or any other overwhelming base, it stood out. Perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise that didn't feel heavy, and ham that actually tasted like ham instead of just salt delivery. Bidwell Perk absolutely nailed it. Everyone working there was genuinely friendly and provided excellent customer service. I also grabbed a ginger snap cookie, and it was everything I hoped for: perfectly gingery without being overpowering, soft, and wonderfully chewy. We were only there briefly (mostly due to the prompt service) since we were just passing through on our way home, but if we'd had more time, I would've happily lingered and enjoyed the space.
