    Eggs & rosemary potatoes.

Mother's Day breakfast was perfectly Delicious! The family loves this spot in Chico, stating with Mexican coffee and Coco. Unique takes on Mexican and American breakfast, I had the Roast beef Hash. Big chunks of roast beef, so tender and perfect, with rosemary potatoes, and an artisan toast.Blew my socks off! Other great dishes were the Paleo breakfast, Blueberry pancakes, and the breakfast sandwich. Go there when you're hungry!

First time here, wow the food is so good! Service was great, everybody is super kind. Full of regulars which is always a good sign to me. The dragon potatoes were delicious, the carnitas quesadilla was AMAZING! Only thing is we did not realize they're cash only, but they do have an atm!

One of my new favorite DDD inspired visits. I always try to have the food that featured on the show as I feel that's what led Food Network there in the first place. While many DDD locations fall a bit short, this is not the case here. The food here was spectacular. We tried the Dragon potatoes and their house made cinnamon bread French toast. The Dragon potatoes were full of great flavors especially when combined with other items on the plate. You could almost scramble them all together and call it The Mess of Cortez. A nice piece of toast and this a meal for the day. The portions size was very shareable. The highlight was the French Toast. This was hands down the best French toast I've ever eaten. The flavors explode without being overwhelming. The bread was firm and not made soggy by the egg wash as is usually the case with French toast. Although firm, it was easily cut with just the edge of the your fork. While I did put a little maple syrup on the toast, it was not necessary. The Strawberry and raspberry puree lining the plate was all of the sweetness I needed. It was so good I asked for a little more, just because. This is a very cozy and welcoming restaurant with helpful friendly staff. One word of warning is they only take cash. I'm usually ready for this, as I find this more and more because credit card fees are outrageous and I'd rather pay cash than a 2-4% surcharge. BE PREPARED! They do have an ATM, but those are costly too. I'll be back!

Came here for brunch while visiting with a friend and they suggested this spot. There's lots of parking and from the outside the place did not look super busy but stepping inside almost all spots were full! We were sat quickly and took a few minutes to look over the menu. I ordered the breakfast sandwich. The bread was crispy and airy and the avocado and bacon were delicious. We loved the potatoes and how crunchy they were. Overall, I really enjoyed our meal and the restaurant was clean. I thought it was so cute that they sold their own t-shirts and mugs.

So good, so fresh, so fast! I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Today I had lunch. I chose the Lettuce Wrap and it was perfect! Tender seasoned chicken, delicious brown rice and the peanut sauce.... So good!

    Are they still cash only?

Cash or check. A sign on the cash register reads: "Cash or check only; sorry, no plastic." There is an ATM, just inside of the entrance, so you can withdraw cash.

Are they having to go orders?

They have a great drive-through that's the 1st thing I noticed when I arrived. Yes they are taking to go orders and always have. Wonderful place to eat great food.

It was pretty darned good! I thought I would be getting cheddar chive biscuits, but really it was biscuits with chives dry on top and cheddar melted over that. It was still good, though. I wish there were an option for a smaller version of the sweet dishes so you can get both! The staff members were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot!

We started with drinks I got a chai latte and my friend got the watermelon refresher, both enjoyable. Next time I'll get it without the sprinkled cinnamon on top. I got the roasted potatoes with carnitas and eggs. The eggs were perfectly cooked over medium which is my favorite. The potatoes were beautifully roasted while soft on the inside. The pico de gallo also seemed fresh and flavorful. My friend got the chicken and waffles and felt the chicken was well seasoned and crunchy while still tender. We shared the bam bam waffle, it was very sweet, the black berry sauce was a good tart taste to balance out all the sugar. I will say that although the food was delicious and fresh, the price was a little higher than expected. An extra side of syrup was $2 more. A side of eggs(2) was $5. I shared the receipt. All and all I'm glad we stopped here on our way back to Sacramento. Great food.

I scoured the menu and was excited to find so many hash choices. I was moved by the Irish Burrito, but ordered Linda's omelette; while my daughter went with the eggs Benedict. In a town that takes its breakfast seriously, and where I've probably worked my way through more menus and reviews than I should admit, this one quietly climbed right to the top of my list. My omelette was exactly what you want when you order one. Fluffy without being dry, full of flavor without trying too hard, and cooked like someone in the kitchen actually cares about eggs. The ingredients were balanced and fresh, not just thrown together as filler. The hollandaise sauce was original, I couldn't find a lemon, cheese or any other overwhelming base, it stood out. The hash was perfect. My daughter's eggs Benedict looked like a postcard version of what that dish should be. Perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise that didn't feel heavy, and ham that actually tasted like ham instead of just salt delivery. One of those plates where you steal a bite "just to try it" and immediately understand the decision. The real surprise for me was the potato pancake I picked instead of the usual hashbrowns. Light, airy inside, crispy outside, and seasoned just right. Honestly one of the better breakfast potatoes I've had anywhere. If potatoes had a hall of fame, this one would at least get a nomination. The place itself has a warm, comfortable feel. Wood tones, rooster themes everywhere, a relaxed local energy where people look like regulars and first-timers feel welcome anyway. Service was friendly and efficient without feeling rushed. In a city full of strong breakfast spots, this might actually be my current favorite. That's not something I say lightly.
