Slowest people! It took them 18 min to make 2 tall drinks and there was no body in the place.

The girl there was very rude and had major attitude. Not sure what her deal was. But daughter's drink wasn't even correct and tasted like it was a completely different drink. Oh and when we went back to tell them the drink was wrong. Someone asked if we wanted it remade. All the while the same girl throwing dirty looks towards us. Daughter told the other girl that the other girl was rude and giving her dirty looks. That girl blew my daughter off and said she was brining a "bad vibe" to the place. Disgusting drinks that aren't made properly like at other franchises. I ordered a regular caramel macchiato and the caramel was not added. But there were random crunchy bits at the bottom of the drink. I wanted to throw up. The person who served me the drink had nail polish coming off of their nails. The service isn't spectacular or anything. No great experiences here, more bad than good ones. The environment is awful too because the wifi you'll get here is dog. read more

This starbucks is in the middle of no where...Let's forget about that who cares. I ordered my drink and had an offer on my Starbucks card for $2.00 off any drink. The cashier asked me for the code. I said, it's on my card. She says it won't come up. Ok, let me go to the car and grab my phone so I can show it to you on the App. I run back in....Ok, here it is *I show her*, she puts int he code. It doesn't work. At this point I'm over the $2.00. She calls over the headphone wearing manager that can't hear anything due to her headphones. She takes them off and says it doesn't work cause you ordered a Venti. Um, ok, I showed her the pic and the description of the (REALLY OVER THE -$2.00 OFF A HOLIDAY DRINK COUPON) coupons and says, You're right it doesn't specify. uuuuh, yeah I know. She marks -$2.00 off and I walk away thinking, Why did I do that for 2 Bucks... I still don't know. read more

Who ever the new girl is with braided pig tails, needs to learn to smile. She also needs to not walk away when being spoken to. My husband and I had a mobile order. She asked what we ordered and as my husband was telling her, she just walked away. I couldn't see her name because her pony tail was covering her name badge. But if management knows who this is, please talk to her. I've been coming to this Starbucks for YEARS because I've always had the best experience with smiles and greetings. But because of this one person, I may rethink my Starbucks location which I'd hate to do because so many of the employees here are great such as Lizzette. Second worst customer service of any Starbucks I have ever visited. They served me coffee that wasn't even warm enough to call "warm." When I told the barista the coffee was cold, he told the supervisor, who said it was my fault because I asked for extra cream, and that made the coffee cold. I ALWAYS get coffee from Starbucks with extra cream, and I know what temperature the coffee is supposed to be. This cup was (I guarantee) less than 105 degrees--barely warmer than the temperature of my skin. But the manager wasn't having it. Really? You'll lose a customer rather than refill a cup with fresh coffee that doesn't have the taste and feel of day-old Folgers? I'll drive to Castaic next time. I do love Starbucks and have had many great experiences with their service, but today was the second time at this location that my request for a non-dairy option was heard, repeated back to me, but ultimately not delivered. After taking a swig of my requested coconut flat white, I realized that it was definitely made with whole milk, and the sticker, that I didn't think to check, confirmed it. I turned around to let them know what happened and request a new one. When I got to the window I let them know that my nursing newborn has a dairy allergy, and although his is not incredibly severe, there are many who do suffer with life-threatening dairy allergies and it is so important to be especially cautious when someone requests a non-dairy substitute. The manager on duty responded very defensively towards me and said that I should've told them that it was an allergy so they could've sanitized the machine and prevented cross-contamination. The consumer should have no obligation to share personal information in an exchange setting. It is the consumers job to decide what they want and the corporation's to listen and deliver that exact thing, if it is within their power. When the corporation fails to do so it is incredibly inappropriate for a person of leadership in that business to blame the consumer. Although this is a large corporation, I have much respect for Starbucks as a whole and would expect more integrity from those put in a position of leadership within their locations. read more

The drinks are really good but it seems like the service the drive thru with a higher priority than the customers in line. I ordered a simple drink and was the only customer in the store. There were 3 employees and it took 9 mins. During that time I saw 5 drive thru orders processed. I love Starbucks and I only drink Starbucks coffee but this wasn't my best experience. This place us very clean. There isn't a lot of traffic which is great and there's also a drive thru. Its very nice. The 2 problem i have is they are only open until 9. I'm used to starbucks that are open until midnight or later. Also if you come one hour before closing you're getting the old batches of tea. Their in a cups looks like the employee are ready to take home or something. To leave on a good note, the place is very clean and peaceful since there isn't a lot of customers. read more

Honestly the most professional Starbucks I've ever worked with. I called in a big order the night before and when I showed up half asleep they were more prepared for life than I was lol usually when I do big orders at other stores they take way longer and make it quite difficult to get everything together for me. I am not disappointed - they started my morning off great and made my green tea latte just right! Everyone had a positive attitude! And they remembered all their regulars! This Starbucks has some of the nicest and best baristas around! Really welcoming environment, more of a locals hangout than a commuter stop, especially when the school-next-door (SCVi) is in session and it turns into a defacto hangout for students. Runs a little over-chilled so bring a sweater no matter the weather outside, but otherwise, perfect! read more

Absolutely disgusted by this Starbucks. One of the girls here was standing on the counter with dirty shoes. When I brought it up her co workers responded "yeah she does it all the time". Next the girl standing on the counter replied "he's not a health inspector he can't take points off of us". I felt so disrespected and disgusted I had to walk out. There's no sense that they want you to hurry up and turn over your table - this is a Starbucks that doesn't mind if you linger. Sincere smiles are at the ready and the vibe is very warm and relaxed. I went through the drive through to get a quick coffee and my order was taken very well and polite. Then when I drove forward, the person in front of me got their drink, but then the Starbucks window guy started having a full on conversation with the person in the vehicle in front of me. The whole point of a drive through is to get what you want quick. If you want to have full on conversations, go inside. Other people have places to go. And the Starbucks associate didn't even address the fact of his error. Common courtesy to those in drive-line burning gas with time constraints would be appreciated. read more

Sometimes the team is super busy with taking drive thru orders so they will be more so attentive to their headphone input than those who walk thru the door. This Starbucks seems to have a large number of negative reviews but I personally have never had a poor experience. This is my local Starbucks and being a biology major lets just say I've spent some serious time here. There's a school and industrial center right next door so there is a huge morning and lunch rush, be prepared for that, if crowdedness will annoy you avoid the store at these hours. Aside from that both the drive through and inside the store will complete your order in reasonable time. Wifi is fast and store is always clean. read more

It's located in a plaza with several other businesses so there's plenty of parking here. It's also pretty spacious inside, so if you wanted to pop in for a study session, you can usually find a seat. I was glad this Starbucks opened around the corner from my job. I'm not a huge fan of their coffee but it's coffee I can get 2 mins away that isn't completely craptastic. With that being said, I'm thinking I may just take the extra 10mins to drive up to Castaic location, It's a Grind or Coffee Bean for coffee instead because, though at first they were all great and new, there's now a few new people that are dampening my parade to this Starbucks. There's especially this baby-faced fella who is never friendly. He's there almost every weekday morning and I have to remind him to give me my $0.10 off on my coffee because of my reusable starbucks cup. Today, he failed again and I forgot to mention, again, and I was charged. I said kinda playfully, "oh! you didn't give me my discount" but not really thinking I should get a refund of any sorts. He proceeded to roll his eyes annoyingly and dig into the lil tip box for my whopping TEN cents. I said, "no, it's okay..." and walked off. There are a few who forget to give the discount but they're never so rude. He could've just apologized or "oh..." something. Yea, it's ONLY a dime but, hey, I bought the damn reusable cup from them so I should get that perk. It adds up to a cup of coffee really quick. I usually get a cup of Pike but it's not been that good, pretty watery/weak. So, I'm thinking the drive up to Castaic location or going to It's a Grind will be my coffee stop moving forward. The convenience isn't worth me giving my business to a location in which staff when I go isn't that pleasant. They need to train their staff better.
