The service is always quick, efficient, done with smooth style and a smile. They have tasty treats from scones, breads, and pastries. They also sever lunch, might I suggest the tomato basil panini!? Their coffee and baked goods are locally roasted and baked. The prices are way better than any Starbucks, and the coffee is too...sorry Starbucks. Writing this review is making me want an iced mocha. I'm a huge fan of this place. Even on busy days, they keep things moving. I'm no coffee connoisseur, so I really couldn't tell you how it rates to other places, but I really enjoy the coffee. They're a local business, in direct competition with two other nearby coffee shops (one a big national chain), and I'm proud to support them. I like to walk my dogs there and grab a frappe or hot latte (depending on the season), and they keep doggie biscuits on hand, so my boys get a treat, too. Even when I drive up and have them with me, they'll pass me a couple milk bones through the window. I love trying the new drink flavors when they come out. Chocolate covered cherry was a big win. A great little coffee purveyor in Midtown. Convenient, friendly and well priced. It has easy access for the drive up windows, or you can park to the side and use the walk up window. I like the white chocolate raspberry mocha - and in a hurry, their pre-wrapped and pre-cream cheesed (does that make sense?) bagels are convenient. My only wish is for some outdoor seating in order to chill a bit and to be able to read the paper without the fear of spilling everything all over the inside of my vehicle. I don't drink coffee so it's tea for me but they have a whole part of the menu for kids smoothies - which my little ones enjoy. I like that I can leave the house 20 minutes before my daughters high school begins and we can stop and grab drinks and snacks and she's still on time. Few other places can do that. I used to go to this place on a regular basis. I am super bummed that I don't feel like going back. I have ALWAYS asked for soy in my frappé drink. That was my ultimate reason for going so often besides the super nice baristas. I have a dietary restriction to avoid any dairy products. I was not notified that the base of the drink contains milk solids! Thanks to a very considerate and helpful barista I was informed to stay away from all of their frappé drinks because of my dietary restrictions. Being a true blood Seattle born and raised coffee lover and drinker, I'm saddened at the complete lack of customer support and service from this place. I work hard for my money, and being a small business I LOVE to support all small local businesses! This place was a total disgrace! My husband got a coffee here, and wrote in to tell them about it, thank them for the coffee and the experience and simply made a statement "hey if your looking for a great haircut, here is a local barber that would love the support right back" that barber would be me. Rather than politely asking that he not suggest supporting local business, and move on, they rudely BLOCKED all contact. As a small business owner in Tucson I know how valuable local support is, and how vital support from local business can be, I'm saddened to see that this shop doesn't care about either. I think they have ALOT of learning to do about how to grow, nurture, and run a small business! I will NEVER return, and I will also advise all friends, family, and local community to pass these people up! Starbucks for the win, unfortunately! YUM! I have been visiting this little spot for a long time and they have been consistently delicious and friendly. For the most part the staff has remained the same with a few additions here and there and that says something. I try to turn everyone on to this place which is way better than larger chain drive-thrus. Even when going out to eat we prefer to wait to get our coffee from here afterwards. The very reason I am writing this review is because this angel of a woman made me an iced latte and it is the first one I have EVER enjoyed. Not a trace of bitterness and all delicious caffeine. So I've been driving thru this joint since before I could drive. My mom and I would stop here for mochas and hot chocolate when I was in summer camp at Pima Desert Vista Campus when I was in middle school. The deals on that trusted sign always decided what we would be trying that day, and that's the reason I know what I like today. I regularly visited, as it was on my commute to high school and later to the U. I remember my favorite chem TA and I used to gush about how delicious their coffee was. However, with my new job keeping me on the east side, I rarely get a chance to visit anymore. One afternoon, I happened to find myself on that side of town and saw my little Coffee Times. It was later in the afternoon, and I questioned to myself whether they were open, but I looked at the front and the OPEN sign was lit up, so I pulled in. I got excited, pulled up, and asked for a hazelnut latte. The barista told me rather rudely that they were closed and gave me an elitist look, that said, "Obviously." I felt like I should have felt embarrassed to have thought they were open when the sign clearly said open. I drove away, tail between my legs. For an old regular, it was a heck of a way to be welcomed back. :( Hopefully that time was just an anomaly, or maybe that man was having a bad day. Hopefully nobody else has experienced that, because otherwise, this bunch brews a cup of delicious coffee and is usually delightful. read more

Sometimes the wait can be long when there are a lot of people, but the staff usually comes outside and takes your order. Another coffee shop that isn't really a coffee shop. No really espresso drinks and american style lattes'. For you who don't know that means they serve drinks that are huge and their 12oz lattes have one shot of espresso. They should be more like 8oz with 2 shots. Better than Starbucks of course by not a daily place to enjoy. read more

We love this place. LOVE. Been going here for years, and teenage son (the coffee snob) and I have tried many of the drinks. Here's the cool thing--they make excellent lattes and iced coffee for the purists, but also dabble in the more "candy bar" coffee drinks for those that like that sort of thing. They're fast, friendly, remember their regulars, and their prices can't be beat. Their beans are the ones we keep at home, and we're also here a few times a week. Hey, Coffee Time, I supported you through this Pandemic, via your drive thru. Today, I'm scolded, rather rudely, by the manager for not having a mask on. Honestly, as a woman, I did not like the interaction at all. I have my reasons for not wearing a mask. It isn't a law and yet I was told it didn't matter, they are a small business and they can do what they want basically. You've lost me forever. Rudeness, stressing me out, doesn't help my health I'm disgusted. When you then tell me that I could pre-order and pay and they will walk the drink to my car. What the heck is that.
