Pork sisig is a pork dish made of chopped pork ( ear, belly and fat At least that's what the menu stated) in a soy citrus glaze. The pork had a slight sweetness. A container of vinegar was included which I didn't know could been used to pour over the sisig to add another depth of flavor, sourness. Sweet n sour.
