When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days.
