He hands my son a form to fill out saying that it would be $65. Luckily we pressed him on what we got for $65. FOR $65 he turns the laptop over pulls the back off (screws already removed BTW) looks at the port. Which needs to be soldered back on. Instead of trying to upsell me or charge me an arm and a leg to fix it, he immediately advised me that it would not be worth my time or money to try to fix it.
