Highly recommend this place. They are honest, highly skilled and great with communication. My MacBook Air wasn't turning on and the Apple Store was going to charge me an arm and a leg with no guarantee. Alex and his team were able to repair my logic board for such an affordable price. I brought my older iMac into Fast Apple Repair after it suddenly stopped starting up. I was pretty sure I had lost years of photos and music. After taking a look, they found the logic board had failed, and the hard drive was in rough shape too (clicking and overheating), so there were no guarantees on recovering anything. They walked me through different options without any pressure, including buying a used Mac from them or just using an external drive. At one point, I found the affordable MacBook Neo and asked if it would work for my situation. They gave me honest feedback that it would, which I appreciated. In the end, they were able to move all of my data over to the new MacBook. Huge relief. They were easy to work with, communicated well, and clearly know what they're doing. Alex and Oscar are really solid dudes. Transparent and clear about the pricing/estimate for the repair on my 2019 MacBook Pro that just wouldn't turn on anymore. After a $85 diagnosis fee, they found out that it was a logic board issue and they were able to fix it. Keep in mind that if you proceed with repairing it, that diagnostic fee will be included!
