On my most recent visit, they locked the doors around 8:40 PM even though the business hours state they are open until 10:00 PM. They also removed all the trash cans before closing time, making it difficult for customers who were still using the facility. If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to use the laundromat until then without feeling rushed or treated disrespectfully. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on publicly listed information, Coin OP Laundry Lavanderia in La Mirada⁠ advertises hours until 10:00 PM daily.

I took some wipes with me to clean up before washing & drying in their machines here and upon inspection I was relieved to see they were very clean (I still cleaned just to be safe) The big washed is $6 & the medium sized is $4.50 (not sure on the small since I didn't use those) & the dryers are free as long as you wash here. My only complaint is that it's small compared to other laundromats I've been too, but it's definitely well kept. I'll be back to wash big items here in the future. Sometimes it's easier to just drive all the way back to your old city because you already know who you can trust. Thankfully, Holiday 1 Hour Cleaners has become one of those places for us. This is a small family owned business run by Maria, her daughter Sylvia, and their family, and you can feel that difference when you walk through the door. You're greeted, acknowledged, and treated with respect. That sounds like such a simple thing, but unfortunately common courtesy, manners, and making a customer feel welcomed seem to be disappearing from a lot of businesses nowadays. We've brought them everything from dress shirts and dress pants to suits, dresses, and other pieces we actually care about, and they've consistently done excellent work. When you hand someone clothing that was expensive, has sentimental value, or that you need for an important occasion, there's a certain amount of trust involved. Holiday has earned ours. Their prices are fair, the quality of their work has been consistent, and there's ample parking, which makes dropping off and picking up very easy. We used to own a restaurant, so we understand the other side of the counter too. We know how much a compliment, a good review, or simply hearing "thank you, you did a great job" can mean to a small business. People are understandably quick to speak up when something goes wrong, but when someone does their job exceptionally well, sometimes we forget to say anything because we think, "Well, that's their job." It may be their job, but that doesn't mean their effort should go unnoticed. There are real people behind these businesses. People working long hours, dealing with deadlines, caring for other people's belongings, and trying to make every customer happy. A little patience, kindness, and respect goes a long way. Treat people well and, in our experience, Maria and her family will give that same respect right back to you. So when you find a small family owned business that treats you well, charges fair prices, takes care of your belongings, and consistently does good work, support them. Tell them. Leave the review. Recommend them to someone else. Those little things can mean more to a family business than most people realize. Thank you Maria, Sylvia, and the rest of the family for always taking care of us and for making one less part of moving to a new city something we have to worry about. This is my local laundromat, and I've overall never had a problem.. but today I noticed the 90…read morepound machine was accepting quarters and not counting them. I can't prove it other times, but I've always had a feeling because there's times where I show up with a certain amount of money and at the end I have to go get more money to dry my clothes.. but once I realized today, it was happening again. I pulled out my phone and recorded the machine doing it twice! So essentially you put a quarter in I can hear it hit the bottom of the coin catcher but it's still asking for the same amount of money prior to putting the cord in.. I went and knocked on the maintenance door to tell someone no answer and there was also no one in the office. Altogether, I think this happened four times today and I know that sounds like it's only a Buck. But imagine how many other people do many load loads that Buck heads up quick! Not sure if this is being done maliciously obviously I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely should be looked into!

There is no need to have all of your kids in the laundrymat, no reason! You only need yourself and maybe another adult doing laundry. The location is extremely crammed and the aisle are narrow, wide enough for the laundry cart.
