I go to this laundromat weekly. I accidentally lost my card and brought it up to Monica that works there and the manager. Monica is a sweetheart always willing to help out the customers with whatever issues you are having with the machines and helps out. when Monica told me to tell the manager about my issue, I did and the manager went to the fullest extent to help me out that I was very impressed on how fast he took care of my issue. I will continue my business there because the staff and manager take care of the customers and will go way and beyond to help out as much as they can and as fast as they can. I've come to this laundromat a few times and I have to say it is not the best, especially for the area it is in. There is no one there to assist you with the machines, or to clean up. There are no bathrooms, and nothing stocked in the vending machines. I have been to others, where there is at least someone there to clean up or ask a question. The other day the washer machine broke while my blankets were in there. There is no phone number to contact anyone, and my blankets dripped water everywhere as I was trying to put them in another washer. The washer I paid with my phone because I wasn't prepared to pay to wash it again. Then I check my balance two days later and they charged me $10 instead of $6. That's a scam and I definitely will not be coming here again. I hope others see this and choose another place to wash. read more

I DO NOT recommend this laundry mat to anyone! The woman who cleans it at night is a nasty woman & closes down a half hour early. The place is supposed to close at 9:30 & she kicks you out wet clothes & all at 9:00. There's 2 signs on the door saying they close at 9:30 & she won't allow anyone to stay after 9:00. She claims they don't need our business if you point out to her she closing early. She called me vulgar names & raised her voice at me bc I told her it's only 9:00 & she drove away at 9:00 while I stood in the parking lot ( so they wouldn't get all wrinkled) folding my clothes in my car. I was happy to meet the NEW owner of this laundering facility today. In the past few years no one was ever there if I had a concern. The place is clean & the owner was there cleaning, etc. I was listening to the music playing, singing along & he asked if I liked the music. Don't let the name fool you. There is nothing SUPER about this place. Cheaper than some other coin laundrys in the area but you get what you pay for. Always problems with machines- credit card readers don't work majority of the time, dirty or rusted machines, and water/soap residues stained all my whites the other week. Stains don't come out even after rewashing them several times. No staff to help assist you with any problems. Several pf the large washers completely stopped working the other week and customers had to take their wet laubdry someplace else. Luckily I didn't use those machines. I still enjoy using Super Wash N' Dry. HOWEVER there seems to be a mosquito issue in front of the store and somewhat inside. I was sitting outside the benches for the last few minutes waiting for my cycle to end when a nice lady mentioned that I would be better waiting somewhere else. She must have seen me itching my legs. She was right. within the few minutes I now have 5 mosquito bites. I go inside and take a seat when another nice lady mentions to me that the mosquitoes are ALSO INSIDE. I have been coming to this laundromat for some time now. There is never staff available. I have only been coming here for so long because it's close to home, not the best place but it did its job until today. A couple weeks ago my clothes were stuck in the washer and there was no one available. Today I used one of the large 60lbs washes for 2 blankets and a sheet (as I always do) and when I opened the washer there was still detergent and water pooling at the bottom. Surprisingly there was a guy there sweeping so I told him about it. He was so rude and kept telling me I put too much stuff and soap inside. I told him that I didn't and that I put the same amount of stuff I normally do (not stuffed or nearly 60lbs) and he kept saying "how do I know that you're not lying" I told him I wanted my $6 back and he said why would I get it back if I already washed my stuff. I don't know how soaked soapy blankets are considered washed. I had no choice but to put my stuff in another washer and told him to come back once it was done so I can show him. He disappeared after. I go to this laundry mat all the time and have never had any issues and would have given it a 5 star review however there had recently been a very strong sewer smell. The smell is coming from inside the facility, not outside. It is HORRIBLE and unbearable. It literally smells like raw sewage. Please management handle this issue. DON'T COME HERE. The bigger dryers are unreliable. I've seen people lose their quarters because the machine just eats it and doesn't add time to your dryer. The washer machines eats your coins and doesn't even process as a quarter you have to keep pressing the button to get your quarter back. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Also if you wanted to use your card they actually charge you more then the listed price. The workers here are rarely here and to make matters worse if you wanted to get your money back there's no way to contact them. Don't let the brightly colored paint and tiles fool you. This has to be one of the dirtiest laundry facilities i have ever set foot in. For starters, The machines, floors, and folding tables were filthy. Soap dripping all around the machines, floors riddled with dryer sheets, and worst of all the folding tables were covered with hair (and other questionable substances). Another thing I cannot forget to mention is a cockroach sighting...not a waterbug but and actual German cockroach. Needless to say i didn't fold my laundry here and will never return. The cherry on top of the cupcake is that the owner of this "establishment" was sitting in his car watching from the outside. if you are going to waste time sitting in your car, why not pick up a broom and some disinfecting wipes and clean you business? Very small, cramped facility. Very limited seating. Maybe will accommodate three patrons.... As mentioned by other reviewers, there is a two tier price structure for drying. A top dryer is more expensive to use. Washers are priced about 25 cents per load more than comparable laundromats in the area. I am very hard pressed to find anything positive enough about this place to warrant a return visit. read more
