They bagged and saved it for me, and the lady that helped me, Rebeca, was a sweetheart! The manager replied promptly to my texts and advised me to go see her when she got there. I had already considered the clothes a loss, and was pretty sad about it. It's great to have a nice surprise in life, my clothes being there definitely was! I decided to forget getting my money back, $6 and $4 are really not worth arguing for. But now on I prefer driving further and going to a different mat.

They also have some nice extras like a small arcade area in the back and vending machines for drinks, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's located right off the freeway, so it's super convenient, and they're open late, which is a big plus. Parking is a little limited in the front, but I think there's additional parking in the back. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. This place exceeded my expectations completely. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend. I'll definitely be coming back.

When I got the dress back, the sheer mesh that holds the leaf designs together was completely shredded and ripped. You can actually see the healthy mesh on one side of the dress, but on the other side, it's just gone or torn away. Now there are just frayed fibers sticking to the leaves like Velcro, which makes the dress unwearable. This was a collector's item and it was clearly not handled with the care a designer piece requires. I have photos of the damage and the 1stDibs valuation. Please reach out to me immediately so we can figure out how to resolve the cost of these damages. I am CRUSHED & DEVASTATED this dress has been in my collection for years and it is ruined now.

Then when it's correct, they give you an appointment to come back. It's all done very professionally and the quality of the work is very good. Although it ended up being much more expensive than I thought, we now have two dresses for me and one excellent suit for my guy. And all of them fit perfectly! When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

No need to shame anyone James there was nothing malicious about my post. I read your response and checked my account and you are correct. The machine initially charged $10 and later $4 was credited back, bringing the per load wash total to the posted $6. I can't recall a similar experience anywhere else. But the total is $6 folks for the one machine I used. Once the dust settles I'm sure this place will be 5 stars again. Thanks for the clarification James. read more

Although in a pandemic with multiple variants present currently, the staff member while I was there did not wear a mask and the customers did not wear masks while going in. There also was no enforcement of masks nor signage anywhere visible that said they were taking precautions or following any guidelines of the CDC. Myself and one other customer, out of five people that came in, were wearing masks. I'm not sure if other employees on other days may possibly wear their masks and follow proper guidelines, but today was definitely not the case. Laundry service is good and always has been but I definitely didn't feel too safe and/or assured that the employees and the establishment as a whole was doing their part to stop the spread of this ugly virus.
