10/10! I couldn't recommend this place enough. Unfortunately, I was hit head on by another car and had some damage. This was the first body shop recommended by the insurance. Upon my arrival, they had a rental car ready for me within 30 minutes and had me picked up to be brought to the rental car company. My 12 year old car practically looks brand new and super clean. I couldn't be happier with the service here and the staff was also super kind and friendly. Marioly was extremely helpful throughout this whole process. They also cleaned the interior of my car and left one of the best smelling air fresheners ive ever had in it. Highly recommend!! read more

Getting hit by someone is never fun. It typically always involves stress and unnecessary time for you, because you now need to fix what someone else broke by their carelessness. I was recommended to Willy V Motorsports by a friend of a friend and to be quite honest had mediocre expectations, but when I tell you I am so happy I decided to get my car repaired by THEM I mean it! They made all the arrangements for me via my insurance and took so much stress off my plate. I got towed for free to them which was the first most appealing part and it just got better from there. I was able to focus on work, my children, husband, and home, along with other more important things in my daily life instead of making calls to here and there and being left frustrated and stressed. Not to mention they had some beautiful vehicles being serviced while mine was in. I was very impressed that they are familiar with super high-end, foreign, luxury vehicles like my own. I can't say enough good things about this business. My experience with Jim (and Tony) was fantastic. They went above and beyond what I would even consider above and beyond. First of all, they communicate directly with the insurance company and the car rental company. All I had to do was show up with my car. When there was any part received which was below their standard, they didn't settle for that. They found another, dealt with the insurance company, car rental, and let me know what was happening. My car looked 5 years younger than it did when I dropped it off. These guys are the real deal. They are friendly, courteous, professional, communicative, are very knowledgeable in their field and have excellent customer service. Just the best. I would highly recommend them. read more

Unfortunately I have been to this body shop more than I would like. They are the real deal, they contact my insurance company, Liberty Mutual, they call Enterprise Car Rental to come get me into a car , the whole package. Their work is A-1 , these guys, Tony and Jim , know their stuff, they are the pros. When there is a problem finding parts these people just know who to call and get what they need. I have referred many other people to them and everyone has felt the same way. When your car gets hit in an accident it is very upsetting and these guys understand that and handle you with kid gloves. I guess that is the reason Liberty Mutual, my insurance company sends their customers to Col-Craft as their preferred body shop. Actually I hope I never see these guys again but if my car needs body work I know where to go. read more

Tony and Jim were very fair and reasonable. They went above and beyond. My car was clean and shiney when I went to pick it up. It didn't take long to fix. They called me with updates as to how it was going. They delt directly with the insurance for me for suppliments. This is the "best" bodyshop by far that I've ever been to. I've had to fix my car "many" times. My car is an absolute target! They even gave me a bottle of touch up paint...in case I scratch it later. The paint was matched so perfectly, it looked like a new car I had just bought! Definately take your car here! read more

I went to Col-Craft to have some body work done on my BMW, I have to say they were great. Jim was very informative and helpful. The team there kept me updated on the repair progress, answered any questions I had, and worked with my insurance company directly. They delivered my car much sooner then they estimated and when I picked up my car early in the morning, there was a small issue with parts reversed, They guys in the garage quickly took my car in the garage and fixed the issue in minutes, while driving to work, Jim (one of the owners) called to apologize for the error, which he didn't need to do. These guys are great, very friendly, did a great job on my car (and I am very particular) and seamlessly easy to work with. I would definitely work with them again (hopefully I wont have too :) but if I do, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them.
