I dread going through the process of getting quotes etc. knowing that the price and time would be an inconvenience to my busy work schedule. I drove my car in, hoping they'd give me a quick estimate at best and an appointment for (an estimate) another time at worst. Eric came straight out, looked over what needed to be done (I also asked for some scratches to be buffed out) and gave me an estimate of time and price. The guys took my trim off whilst I waited, then I left to return a couple of weeks later to have the license plate and trim reattached, as well as scratches buffed out. Some of the scratches were pretty bad, but the staff warned me not to expect them to be perfectly removed, which was what I'd already suspected. For the price, they did a great job. Often times, I expect to be denigrated in one way or another (it's just my experience in life) when I seek service for my car, renovations to my house, etc... however, the staff at Mike's Auto Body have always been respectful toward me. Mike gave me the confidence to go back this time, so I assume the professional and respectful behaviour comes from the top down. I truly won't go anywhere else. The price, though excellent, was secondary to the professionalism and respect the staff show me.

Beyond grateful…read more Backstory: I have a permit to park in public parking lot and there are no curbs. Unfortunately on a Sunday I parked my car at the end and on Monday morning noticed my car was sideswiped in the middle of the night. No cameras and no note. My car would've been drivable if they did not blow a tire. After 2 weeks of my insurance sending appraisers and "accident reconstructionists" they finally believed it was not my fault and allowed me to change my tire to my spare and drive it to Marion St. I luckily have coverage for a rental, but they put my reservation on hour away from where I request. Once I brought my car to Marion St I had instant relief. Dave took care of changing the reservation to a location I could walk to and pick up a rental. I never had to talk to insurance again. He graciously gave me updates, suggestions, full solutions, and peace of mind after each step. In the end my sleepless nights turned into the occasional toss and turn, I didn't end up having to pay a dime, and my car came out looking better than it did before the hit and run accident.

I took my car to another transmission dealer, he should me what was not done old parts were never changed out they were painted over and used again. He had to put in another transmission which the warranty would not cover of course, he then told me he couldn't fix it he didn't know what was causing the problem, but I had to paid 4, 000 thousands for the 2 transmission if you want to call it , because he never put it in from the beginning. After all this grand total 10 thousands he still did not fix it. I'm now taking him to court GOOD LUCK IF YOU TRUST THIS GUY BEAWARE NO HONEST DOESN'T WANT TO RESOLVE ANYTHING JUST MONEY .

Once i found the part from Auto Zone for under 600. and someone elso to install it for 500.00 I went to get my truck and Ricardo to then said he would the do job for 1,500.00. I (my partner Dan and I). said no thanks. so he would give us the key with charging us 300.00 for Storage and Diagnosis. This was never disclosed to us before hand and we already new what was needed. Enjoy my hard earned 300.00 trying to rip us off.
