These guys do great work unfortunately my car has been in several accidents and they have done all of the body work. Most recently I was hit from behind and then pushed into another vehicle and they again were the place to go... However, the front bumper was after market and did not fit correctly they took care of it. They worked with the insurance company and got approval for an original Honda part and did a great job!!! When I picked up my 2009 Honda Accord today the car looked brand new. Thank you Lenny and crew for all that you did for this 110% satisfied customer! Great customer service by Dave and Lenny! Quality repair of passenger rear quarter panel and bumper. Worded directly with my insurance company. Lenny called me about a scratch on the replacement bumper and explained it's not really noticeable but to order another bumper could take a while awaiting manufacture. I hate to give negative reviews but I would not recommend this place. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice but I had multiple issues with my car being fixed. I used this place because it was recommended by insurance. I should've gone with my gut and gone to dealership or somewhere else but they were willing to get my car in and fixed quicker so I gave it a shot. The repair was done incorrectly. They did not fix or attach the rear bumper correctly on to my car and the shade of paint they used on my front bumper was a different color. Lazy work and when I tried to get it fixed they were rude and not helpful. I went to the dealership who confirmed the bumper wasn't attached properly. My main reason for this review was how disrespectful and dismissive I was treated when I brought up the issue. read more

Great service, excellent work with my vehicle. The bumper was pristine. However, they earned only a 3 stars because they left off my bumper clips. My bumper was left rattling for years after they fixed this issue. I expect an organization to do 100% and fully follow through with their work. They failed there. However, the work is good. This isn't my first time visiting Saugus Auto-Craft and every single time I give them a visit the staff is always pleasant and personal! I unfortunately got into an accident last week that left me with a cracked rear-bumper. Dave quickly gave me a run down on how much everything would cost and when I should be expecting to get back my vehicle. The work they did came out wonderful. With my car being over 20,000 miles I was told insurance would want me to use aftermarket parts however, Dave was able to get me the original parts instead! Upon retrieving my vehicle I've noticed they've cleaned my car inside out! If that doesn't scream great customer service i don't know what will! read more

I recently used Saugus Auto Craft to replace my car door after my neighbor backed into it. The service was fast, good, and to the point. I wish I had used them for previous body work that ended up taking more than 6 weeks., Auto craft got my car finished ahead of schedule and then sent my a coupon in the mail. I appreciate their work ethic and good customer service, though I hope I don't need them again, I would definitely go back. So, I had a little run in with a cement highway divider. Totally my fault. (Different story for a different day :/ ) Basically, I needed a new driver's side front and rear bumper, front quarter panel, and some repairs to the front driver's side door. Big job. Liberty mutual recommended Saugus Auto Craft for the repairs. I didn't have high expectations, because insurance companies usually want to take the cheap way out. But let me tell you, they did an AMAZING job! My car looks BRAND NEW (it's a 2013 Civic). I'm so happy with the job they did, and I dealt with the owner personally, and he is SUCH a nice guy! Also, not related to the car repair, but my husband and I had a funny experience when picking up our car. We went at about 8:30pm to pick up the car (They close at 5, and we work til 5, then had plans) and they kindly left our car in the driveway for us. We had my father-in-laws old jaloppy, and my husband and I got out to see what our sparkly fixed car looked like, and my husband accidentally locked the keys in the car with it still running! We didn't know what to do! (our AAA membership ran out a few months ago, and we hadn't renewed yet) So, we're standing in the cold, trying to figure out what to do, when the owner's son walks up! He was actually waiting for someone to come help him because his truck ran out of gas. He offered to get (well, I can't remember what the thing is actually called) one of those bars that helps open locks. So he got it and easily unlocked our car. As a thank you, we took him to get gas. Mutually beneficial situation! He, also, was SO nice. So really, the point of that story was to say that these guys are professional, and incredibly NICE! Highly recommend this place! I will definitely come back if (God forbid) I get too close to something that wants to hurt my pretty car! read more

The folks over at Saugus Auto Craft were kind, helpful, patient and produced the best craftsmanship I've ever seen in auto body repair. I had such a negative experience for my first claim with my auto insurance that my hopes weren't very high. These folks dealt with my insurance company and made my originally stressful experience the best experience I've ever had. I can't thank them enough for giving my 10 year old gal a face lift. I had my car repaired here after it was involved in an accident which I was at fault. My insurance company recommended them and I was very impressed. The work was done 1 day before the estimated date and the car actually looked better than it was before I had the accident if you can beleive it. The staff was friendly and the shop looked nice and clean compared to the other shops on the same street. I would definitely come back here for my future auto repairs. read more

Took my car in for a simple repair got it back looking no better but to add insult to injury they returned my car to me with white chemical all around the steering wheel and on the carpet, complimenting the grease spots on the front driver and passenger seats. This is why I will not be doing any business in Lynn or the North Shore. I'd rather give my money to people who aren't going to damage my property and send me on my merry way:) Insurance company wants them to redo work, let's see how long it takes for them to get to it? I have had my car repaired here twice in the last two months. I have had two accident and both times they were fabulous! Talk about no hassle and effecient. I never felt like I had to worry about ehat they were doing. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. which I appreciated. They interacted directly with the insurance comapnies leaving me out of it. I mean who wants to deal with thqat? its bad enough having to deal with the initial accident and they make everything so painless. Not only is their customer service impecable but they al so did an outstanding job on my car both times. I am have a brand new not even a year old honda. You would never even be able to tell what I had done they repair the part back to its original condition without a trace of the impact. They also have a relastionship with the enterprise dealership around the corner making it easy to get a rental car..
