It was obvious that the previous front desk person who scheduled me didn't do so successfully, but the front desk didn't care and simply said they couldn't do anything, as if I just showed up randomly at a time never scheduled for me. They did not try to check if I could still see the doctor today or try to schedule me for another day. I immediately cancelled my future cleaning appointments and will not come back again. My wife will do the same. It isn't the first time they messed up things. For at least 2-3 times, they had to charge extra than they initially claimed. They once charged my wife extra for my previous visit but I already paid what they claimed the cost would be during that visit. For another time they didn't file claim to my insurance correctly and I found it after 6 months and notified them. I mean I only started visiting them since like 2 years ago and their error rate was so high. I don't recommend to any one.

First off, Beau and Andrew are extremely knowledgeable in the field of cosmetic dentistry. They are extremely professional and the office staff and ambience in general is very welcoming. They stand by you in every step of the process to ensure you're having the smoothest experience possible. As an attorney, my schedule is very busy and it was somewhat difficult for me to take days off to appear for the procedure I wanted to get done. When putting in my temporary veneers, Beau was extremely accommodating, much more so than I ever expected. Due to my busy schedule, I was only available on a Friday, a day in which the clinic is usually closed, but Beau agreed to do the work for me on a Friday after I was off from work to make it so that there's less issues with my schedule. I arrived after work and Beau was able to place all of my temporary veneers on that same day. After doing so, he provided me with his phone number and told me to text or call him at any time if I have any questions or concerns, or issues. This level of care and service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am extremely thankful for the accommodating service, professionalism, and high quality of work that I received from Da Vinci Dental. I admit, I was cheating on my normal dentist I'd had for years due to some special offers they had so it's not like I wasn't 'in the know' about the condition of my teeth. But, according to them, I was in danger of losing many of them and needed thousands of dollars of work done ASAP. Their style is more like a used car sales office, you go into a 'consultation room' before and after your appointment and there are some high pressure sales techniques being used to get you to agree to schedule appointments for massive amounts of work on your teeth as well as return for a 'deep cleaning' as their normal cleaning really isn't much of one as other reviewers have stated. In the end, I didn't succumb to the pressure and crawled back to my original dentist, apologizing for the brief affair- he offered to give me a similar deal as they offered and didn't even reprimand me for cheating. He confirmed, none of the work was needed they had said were emergencies, and when I called back to let them know that, they said they always recommended an aggressive stance on dental work as they aren't set up to deal with emergencies. Uh, that's just wrong on both fronts, why would I want a dentist who would refuse me in an emergency and who basically does all the work that MIGHT need to be done and have me pay out of pocket instead of spread it over years of insurance coverage?

When I brought this up, the office manager insisted this is their standard practice, and that patients are responsible for charges insurance doesn't fully pay--even if the procedure wasn't clearly explained or authorized.
