This place is a Sh!7 show. Really 0 stars. From the moment you call - scheduling is a COMPLETE disaster. Then we move to the appointment day. Whoever Bradley is... this person is clueless about HVAC. Not only that, his communication is so bad. He says one thing, gives the wrong prices, constantly confused. The ladies in the office that answer the phones are so uncharismatic almost like they're doing YOU a favor to simply answer a call when I'm the one that's going to pay. The appointment was set and no one showed up, no one called to tell me if the tech was running late. Nothing. I call back and then now there's some "confusion" about my appointment. How hard is it to get an appointment scheduled correctly? How hard is it to make sure whatever is needed for the day of appointment? I spoke with the general manager I think it was Joe/ Joey there and he seemed to be the only one that knew what was going on and how things should be working and managed to get it sorted out for me completely without anymore added stress. But why do I even have to get to the point where I need to speak to a general manager? The issue I'm having is why do you keep these people that make it impossible for me and all the other customers?!? The cherry on top is when the "techs" come out, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING! Breaking tiles, breaking through the ceiling, leaving trash everywhere. Just a complete DISASTER. It's the only word I can choose. It's that bad. Run from this place. You people really need to get it together. Or move over and let the real companies and techs take over. I have no idea how they're still in business and I don't understand how they are. Super overpriced. Maybe 2x the price you would get from another company and they back it with "well they know what they're doing and they'll get it right the first time". They don't. I should've known before, just read all the bad reviews and everything I'm saying, everyone else is saying. Will NEVER EVER use this company again. Good luck with this company. The technician Daryle was very punctual & nice, he explained everything, he took his time, not rush, very thorough, he didn't try to upsale anything ( no pressure) just explained what he would recommended to keep our AC unit working for more years. I called them at 1230, they told me they moved my appointment to 4-6 pm. electrician showed up un announced at 645 pm. he was turned away due to lateness of the day. I had thousands of dollars of A/C installed. I have constant humidity issues with 3 mini splits and one stand up unit. It's been at least five years of on going BS. Mitsubishi has been to my home at least three times. Spoke with MS a few weeks ago to remind them again of my unresolved issues. I just get lip service. We called for service in June 2023. Tech came and said he would return the next day to do repair. NO SHOW. Aug 3, we called again, tech came out at the end of the day, and said the same thing, and as of Monday and two calls to the company, still NO SHOW. We have used MS Air for several years, being a long time friend of D. Toombs, who used to be a employee of the company. (Left to become a Pastor) In the past they have been very good in the service of our unit, but lately they say "we will be back tomorrow to finish" then don't show. They are leaving an 85 year old father and 56 year old son (with a heart condition) with a unit they know needs repair, but they don't show or call. read more

They fraudulently told me they could no longer install air handler in attic and sold me the only alternative was to install unsightly wall hung units. Subsequently I found that attic installation was possible . . They agreed to remove the new units and return my deposit. Also the damage to my walls in three rooms had to be repaired and they broke the attic phone wiring which had to be replaced. They agreed to reimburse me for all these costs including rewiring amounting to over $7000.Even though I have a record of management accepting these costs and even sending these costs to their insurance company for reimbursement, the owner refuses to pay me for these expenses even though his son and g.m. has approved these expenses. I've been forced to take M&S to small claims court. This is a company with serious management problems and I would stay away from using them for the near term until these problems are solved. With over 60 years as a homeowner, this is the worst experience I have had with any service company. read more

Update review: this company installed more than $38k worth of Mitsubishi mini split and ducted HVAC equipment about 7 years ago. Within the first year I started having problems and it never stopped until a week ago when I had them remove the units and had another company fix the problems. M and S dragged me along for years with nonsense and never fixed the high humidity issues I was having. They oversized my equipment, I had 5 1/2 tons for less than 1500 sq ft bedroom area! I had another 3 to 1 18000 btu mini split system in small bedrooms totaling 400 sq ft. that was also oversized and never removed the humidity. They had me under rock because no other company wanted to touch the system because they knew it was wrong. I finally found a company that would do it and this because the owner is friends with my brother. I'm in the process of fixing everything and of course along the way there are more issues and things they did wrong. I am speaking with an attorney. read more

We have been using M and S for over 15 years . They installed a new AC unit and serviced it for the past 10 years. When we noticed a mildew odor we called for service and was told the unit was in good shape, no issues and they recommended we have the ducts cleaned which we did with a duct company. A few months later the odor was back. We called again for service and asked about the moisture in the house. All checked out well according to the service technician. After many not the we contacted a restoration company who discovered moisture and mold in an adjacent wall and in the air. We were breathing the take air for several months now and had remediation done. My kids had to move out due to the odor. We then developed a leak from the inside handler and we called for service. They checked the unit and replaced the the inside pump. During this period the odor increased so I contacted another air vendor who discovered mold throughout the handler and plenum. I called Mike and asked him to personally check my unit. All he offered was to sell me a device that he said would take care of the problem. We had to replace the AC unit but with a different vendor because I did not feel Mike the owner was supportive and I lost confidence with his company. The mold was visible the 3 times that his technicians were checking my system and no one mentioned mold not once. We are mold free after 13 months of living in disarray, fear and breathing in dangerous air. I wrote two letters to Mike to let him know what happened. Months later he called me and insisted if he installed the Halo device it would have removed all the mold. I told him no device would eradicate the amount of mold throughout the system and I send photos of the mold. He did not accept any responsibility, he asked what I wanted from him. I said an apology to start and some financial reimbursement for his company's gross negligence frustration, chaos in my home and most important the potential health issues he caused my family. He said do what I have to do. We are so disappointed with Mike and his company whom we trusted for so many years. I hope Mike has a conscience and makes the right decision. I'm sorry but I don't buy your response, it is a cop out. When black mold is prevalent throughout the air handler and on the wires it is your service peoples responsibility to notify the customer even if you are not equipped to rectify the problem. We had service 3 times that year specifically for an odor and a mold check. It was blatant and obvious their was a visible issue which your company ignored. read more

Thanks for your exceptional customer service. We got the service plan with the installation of a new unit a few years ago. Of course the AC fails at the most inconvenient of times. Yesterday's temperature was 96 with a heat index over 100. It was a Saturday evening and we had houseguests . The tech was there within a few hours and had my guests sleeping comfortably by bedtime.
