The owner dismissed me and said, "why don't you take a picture or video and email it to me". I explained to him that I know the exact piece and size and just need to know if they have it in stock. He then handed me off to his associate for further help. The associate got me what I needed and I paid. As I was paying I asked the owner a question about recommended assembly technique and he looks up at me and rudely says "listen, I have a crap load of work to do. I don't have time for this". The phone then rings and he answers it and was sweet as pie to the lady on the phone. He then started discussing politics and how much he doesn't like the "other side of the aisle". Thats what happened to me. They made me pre pay $500 for a service then they showed up and were afraid to drive down my driveway with half an inch of snow , so instead of rescheduling, they decide to not do the service and keep my deposit. Keep in mind they never called me to explain anything or tried to reschedule and the owner Chris and his receptionist Gabriela instead were rude and disrespectful over the phone. There are a lot of glass companies out there that will give you a better service and not steal your money. I've contacted Better business bureau and Attorney General on this matter , they can't simply get away with this practice.

Then I took a 30 year hiatus while I was raising a family and building my career. Now that I am retired, I want to rediscover this wonderful craft. I recently visited (Dec 2021) to replenish some colors & effects I was missing.
