The options are really good, but the service sucks so hard. My boyfriend asked for a small waffle cone and he got a large ass cup. I asked to try a flavor the the employee gave me the stank eye and I asked for a waffle cone and I got a cup. What? I'm scared to come back here and order an ice cream and get a meatball sub. read more

Don't let the same price for all sizes gimmick fool you. All three sizes are expensive even when considering mix ins. Worst of all, they skimp horrendously on their "gotta have it" portions. The ice cream doesn't even come close to filling the cup. This is the only coldstone I have seen that weighs the ice cream after scooping it out. They use the same scale for all ice cream, which is not very hygienic to me. Every other coldstone I have been to gives generous portions... Except this one. The waiting time is very long. They have one person who does nothing but give spoons to try out flavors and refuses to take orders. While someone is trying every single flavor the people in back are waiting forever. This is my favorite ice cream place. My go to is the sweet cream with just raspberries added in. All 3 cups size cost the same price, so go for the large! Decent selection of flavors and add ins. Also a fan of the coffee ice cream. read more

I love coldstone, my favorite is Birthday Cake Remix. Great location, small but nice size shop. On the one occasion I ordered an icecream cake (birthday) the employee helping me was very patient and nice. They recently stopped giving military discounts, which is understandable since a 50% discount is ALOT. But as a military member myself it would be really nice to have maybe a 15% discount. The ice cream is delicious here but our order gets messed up every time we go somehow! Not to mention the sometimes cranky employees, so honestly we've stopped going. The way they do things just seems chaotic. One person will take your order and scoop the ice cream, they place it for mixing then start on someone else's order. My problem is they don't communicate well with the other employees actually doing the mixing of the ingredients! There is a constant back and forth like who had this and what is this and it never fails that we get the wrong order. It's just a aggravating situation that we avoid now. I loove Coldstone ice cream but this location is very strange. Unlike other coldstone locations, all sizes of ice cream here (Like it, Love it, Gotta have it) are $7. The ice cream comes with 3 free mix-ins. I received a brownie mix-in and it was very obvious that the brownie was old. If you are going to charge $7 for ice cream make sure the mix-ins are fresh! Every time I come here I'm always super impressed. The options are endless, it is a chain so this should be expected, and the staff is so friendly. Once I mentioned I always get a second cup for my puppy, who loves ice cream, and the girl has never forgotten! She always gives me a cup with the same flavor for him and asks about him which really impressed me. The cakes are delicious! I highly recommend them! Way over priced and the employees could care less about the place or the people. We went in today and it was busy. The employees walked around like no one was there. They were out of half the things my kids wanted but didnt tell anyone till we were in line. Like maybe a note or something would help. Came in for the first time with my family, I told a crew member it was the first time and we wanted to know how to order . The Crew were awesome they took the time to explain the different flavors and the wonderful combinations we can order, also we had the opportunity to taste the flavors of our choice before we purchased them. Not speaking of the store as a whole, but had a couple unfriendly staff members verbally and nonverbally (a couple of eye rolls) express how unhappy they were when we mentioned having a peanut allergy especially right after the customer right before us had a complete peanut butter order. I have been here a few times and after the behavior of the employees last night, I won't be returning. Their ice cream usually seems a little melty, but it tastes really good. The sugar cookie batter is my favorite...but wouldn't that be dough? Batter usually means cake...runny. That's beside the point because I'm solely reviewing on this location. Last night my husband and I walked in at 9:30. The place was set to close at 10. I checked the hours before we went there. When I got there, there were 4 employees (2 men, 1 younger teenager/college age woman, 1 adult woman). The younger of the two women asked me what kind of ice cream I wanted and I asked politely for the sugar cookie dough in the "gotta have it" size since all sizes are currently the same price. I saw her almost do a half eye roll, but I thought maybe she was just tired and ready to go home. Then, I saw her walk over to put the ice cream on the table where they do the toppings and she said something to the 2 men over there, because they both looked up at my husband and I. I kept getting super, super obvious rude vibes and I normally am super passive and don't say anything, but enough was enough after a minute of this. I said, "Is something wrong?" They all said no and acted puzzled. Then I tried to diffuse it because it just got really awkward and I said, "You guys aren't closed or anything are you? If so, I didn't know. Sorry." I said it in a way that seemed innocent and polite...but let them know I didn't appreciate the rude stares/looks/ and whatever comments they were saying. Then the adult woman who truly had no idea what was going on because she had nothing to do with the rudeness asked me why I would think something was wrong. I just shrugged it off. Then the man who was doing my toppings was very friendly and smiley. I just didn't appreciate the younger girl's behavior and honestly came close to just walking out. She was so rude. You can't act like that. Managers, if you're reading this...I'd appreciate if you would look to see who was closing on 8/11/2016 and talk with them, especially the younger girl, and explain that this is ridiculous. I won't return to this location. I just couldn't believe I was treated like this at a food establishment. I am no princess, but don't expect to be treated rudely undeserved. And I wouldn't have said something unless I was absolutely sure I wasn't imagining their behavior. read more

This is the best Cold Stone I've ever been to! Mainly because their ice cream bowl creations all cost the same. That is, the small & medium cost the same as the large so you get a lot. The workers have always been nice over the 3 years I've been coming here. read more

I really should give this location 1 star but I will be generous. Having worked at Cold Stone for 4 years at a different location, I know a thing or two about the way the operation is ran. I use to LOVE going to Cold Stone (a few times a month) but not anymore. This location has almost certainly ruined my desire for Cold Stone to the point that I go elsewhere or make my creation at home. The main reason that I am so disappointed in this location is the poor ratio of mix-ins to ice cream. If I order a Like It size, I should not receive the same amount of mix-ins that I do in the Gotta Have It size. I have gone to this location three times and had the same conversation with the employees about the ratio or mix-ins to ice cream. Definitely not at the top of my "Must Go" list anymore... read more

I think they must've gotten rid of some people recently. They had one man on duty today (probably 30-35 or so, dark skinned, a little heavy set) who was absolutely rocking the place. He was insanely friendly and put up with all of my requests for tastes of so many different flavors. And what flavors! Holy wow. I've never been to a cold stone with two whole freezes jampacked with flavors. I'm really happy. They've got sweet little benches to hang out outside and watch the thunderstorms roll in. I will say it's a little hard to find if you aren't aware of where it is. Drive all the way around the strip mall. You'll find it. read more
