The toppings also weren't mixed well as the candy bar pieces were left in super large uneven chunks instead of being properly mixed in. I don't know why my experiences here are so different than others. I have been here many times and always had a positive experience. The staff are quick (even when they are in the back when I step in), do a great job and get me to keep coming back. I only recently started coming back to Cold Stone and now I can't stop. Haha. The ice cream tastes great, the portions are a good size and the pricing is what you would expect in today's economy. I placed a cake order through DoorDash, and it was substituted because the original cake was out of stock, which I completely understood and had no issue with. The problem was that the replacement cake was missing all the ingredients that are supposed to be inside. It was basically just a plain chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake. I went to the store and showed photos of the inside of the cake from multiple angles. The employee I spoke with, Sachin, who said he was the one who made the cakes, insisted that the cake was built correctly. Despite the clear photos showing otherwise, he continued to tell me that nothing was wrong with it. If I wanted a basic ice cream cake like the one I received, I could have gone to a grocery store and paid half the price. Maybe next time, I'll bring an apron and walk the employee through the ingredients step by step and we can build the cake together. read more

I understand some of the potential growing pains when they first opened but I'm honestly shocked this establishment has less than a 4.5 star rating. I came in late on a Friday night, and of course there was a bit of a line, as to be expected. However, the workers were working extremely fast and provided excellent service. My order was made correctly and stuffed to the max in the container! The employees were very polite and honor military discounts. Wow! Where to begin...we were so excited to have a Cold Stone opening so close to our house, but....would have been better to do the longer drive. We came on Saturday night about 7:45 pm. Line out the door. 3 people behind the counter and for the first 10 minutes only one person was helping people in line. One gal behind the counter took what must have been 10 minutes to make 2 of the smallest size containers for an online order...meanwhile, one other guy was busy filling already full containers in the case with more ice cream. 20 minutes in and we occasionally get 2 of the 3 to help customers IN the store. This place is HORRIBLY managed! Help your customers who are in front of you! Don't ignore them to fill containers that don't need to be filled yet! Horrible customer service! Finally after 25 minutes ice cream dude started helping people. Not sure that we will be back to this location. It took 35 minutes to help the 5 parties in front of us. read more

I understand that this place is new, but good customer service should never be optional. Being busy is no excuse for being rude--especially when customers are paying over $8 for a single scoop of ice cream and waiting 20 minutes to get it. When I politely mentioned that my ice cream wasn't up to standard, the employee argued with me instead of simply making it right. I also pointed out that my daughter's seasonal ice cream didn't look anything like the advertised photos, and instead of offering a simple fix (like adding the correct toppings), she chose to argue again. It's clear that the staff is either inexperienced or overwhelmed, and unfortunately, that frustration is being taken out on customers. I'd rather take my business down the street to Baskin-Robbins, where I know I'll get better service. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place. Use to like coming here but not anymore. This is literally the only cold stone I've been to in my life that charges extra if you want a little bit extra of ONE TOPPING!!! Yes one topping! they charge for an extra topping just for asking" can you put a little more?" Even we don't ask for a little extra and they short the one topping and still charge us. And when we say something they just argue. This place is stealing money from people for sure. Even other people are saying the same. Very sad to see. read more

Can't take away from their Customer Service. Clean Establishment! One of the Best ice cream ! No will intention towards the young man on duty, because I know he was just telling me the store rules. But I can't understand as a paying customer, why we can't use the restroom. Their Restroom is only for Employees! I had just got back from a long trip and needed to use their restroom, and was told no! So I went next door to Starbucks and wasn't buying anything, and they let me use their restroom. So I went back and grabbed my family and went to the Cold Stone on Limonite and got ice cream and checked with them about using their restroom and no problem. Just wanted to make sure that I wasn't overreacting! You can take My Money but no restroom for the Customer so that tells me to go to Eastvale for better Costumer service. The Young Man Was Polite but following store policy shifted my money to the next city. So I hope you don't have to use their restroom because you need to go in Starbucks first. read more
