Everyone at this store is consistently friendly and kind, and I always have a great experience here. I ordered two drinks, and we accidentally grabbed each other's by mistake. When I went back to let Dom know, he didn't hesitate for a second--he immediately offered to remake my drink. On top of that, he also remade my supervisor's drink and even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a venti. This level of service is rare, and this visit reminded me why I've been a Gold member for so long. I will preface this by saying I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee. That being said, this store is a solid Starbucks. It's small but clean. The barristas are always busy but polite and welcoming. They get drinks out quickly and the quality is consistent. read more

This location isn't a drive thru...but because all the baristas there are awesome I get-up extra early so I could go in and order and chat with them!! Hailey is my girl there, she knows exactly how I like my drinks and to me that is going the extra mile to build rapport with a loyal customer and I love that!! I came today to grab a coffee while super-charging our car at this location, was so excited and expected above beyond customer service, especially because it is one of the Starbucks new locations, unfortunately cashier "DANI" gave me unwelcome attitude, since I entered the store and was arguing with me till I left the shop. that's definitely not the behavior towards frequent customer and attitude like that is totally unacceptable. Love the coffee but I won't coming back to this location for sure! I've tried to give this Starbucks location a chance two times now and each time the service is meh and so I'm done and will happily drive out of my way to go to the drive thru location where they provide better service. For starters, I ordered on the app and went to pick it up and the girl demanded to see my order on my phone screen, which has never happened before. I obliged and she pointed to my drink and went back to what she was doing. The second time, I came in, didn't see my drink and had to politely ask, which apparently irritated the two that were engaged in conversation before my drink was pushed toward me after they made it. A little customer service goes a long way. I'm glad I'm not the only one who notices the lack of courtesy. read more

The baristas are fast and welcoming. I usually place my order in their app while parking near the adjacent Stater Bros. market and it is ready within 2 to four minutes. Often it is already waiting for me after parking my car. This location is smaller than some with no drive thru, but is kept clean along with its restrooms. This Starbucks is right across the street from my community; conveniently close and is always well kept and stocked on utensils. The atmosphere was somewhat welcoming although I try and understand because a rush is never fun. Usually when it's busier per any location you wait way longer so I always order online now. I choose to order because I feel as though it's also less pressure not having to stand there waiting. I believed this would make my experience better but no, the drinks just aren't up to par. That said, I ordered a lavender latte the first time it was quite milky but since the lavender was prominent I decided to just drink it; but the coffee was no where to be found. I ordered again but this time a matcha latte with lavender foam, I hadn't drank any yet either just a sip I wanted to justify the way it looked, but I no it was just milk. I refused to wait to have it remade, so again disappointed. Most starbucks locations are okay this one is too but the quality in drinks just fluctuates too much. Maybe they may need more help or more training, but if you're stopping for a drink don't go during rush hours especially. The pricing is not that great for the quality they're offering. read more

This location is close to my house but I'm always disappointed with the drinks. They never taste as good as the other local locations. My husband gets a blended matcha and it tastes like they don't add enough matcha powder at this location and my Pink Drink always tastes like coconut milk with strawberries. It just doesn't feel worth the money if the drinks don't tastes right. The service has always been good and the staff have been friendly. The seating inside is kind of strange but they have a large outside area. I'll probably stop coming here and go to the location off Archibald instead unless they can fix this problem. read more

Stopped in with a few friends to get some tea and stay warm (it was very windy outside). Place looked nice and cozy but once inside the feeling was uninviting. We got our HOT tea and sat down for a bit. One of the employees seemed rush because she was making a lot of noise moving the chairs around (we couldn't hear ourselves talk, we thought maybe it was a hint to hurry up). It wasn't closing time but then another employee came over to us and said we're closing shortly. We were the only ones there. Ordered my Kid a Strawberry refresher 3-4 a week, on 9/10 @ 3:00 pm i received one that was 90% ice and 10% drink . Went i ask about it the response was" that's how we make it" i ended up getting a refund but all i wanted was to get it made properly the way we always do. Just horrible service in my eyes read more

What a spectacular location with some fast hard workers. I walked in and my food was INSTANTLY READY. I need my food quick cuz I eat breakfast last minute since I'm just like that and work down the street. But this local establishment is phenomenally wonderfully perfectly amazingly great. I went in for my birthday drink today around 12:40ish. The lady at the counter was super nice and wished my happy birthday and after ordering came over and asked if I had wanted sprinkles on my drink which I obviously said yes to. When they called my name to get my drink the other woman had told me happy birthday and that she loved my dress and said I was pretty. Honestly made my day!! If I could leave negative stars this establishment would be getting -5 stars. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with a staff member named Vanessa. I ordered a caramel frappuccino with extra caramel in a Trenta size. Not only did I receive a grande with no extra caramel, but Vanessa was incredibly rude throughout the entire interaction. She gave me snarky, unwelcoming looks that made me feel uncomfortable and completely unwelcome. When handing me the drink, she essentially tossed it at me with such attitude that I nearly spilled it all over my car. That level of disrespect is unacceptable from anyone in customer service. Frankly, I find it extremely unprofessional that Starbucks would hire someone with such a poor attitude toward customers. It's clear that better hiring interviews or training are desperately needed at this location. I'm walking away from this visit genuinely shocked and disappointed--you lost a customer today. I feel like I'm owed a formal apology from Starbucks, and from Vanessa specifically--one with actual sincerity for how poorly this was handled. At the very least, a gesture like a gift card would be appreciated to acknowledge how my experience was ruined at an establishment I used to enjoy. read more

Sooo I recently moved into this neighborhood and I have visited this Starbucks for the 3rd time and each time it has been something. The first time the female that took my order was rude as I was asking questions about the menu. The second time it was my order that wasn't right, now this time the person pronounced my name wrong I asked if she was saying Maurnie as I approached the counter she ignored me and said thanks for coming and said my name wrong again. On top of that my apple muffin was not warmed and hard. I returned was given a new one one for it to be hard and warmed on the outside, and cold on the inside. read more

I stopped at this location on the days that I work, because its closer to my job, and every time I come in I am met with the most rude, and unpleasant attitude from the manager, Cody. He is always giving the dirtiest looks, while he is preparing drinks. Once he made my drink incorrectly and got upset that I told him it was incorrect, as if I was going to still drink it, and that day, I let that slide. Today 02.16.25 when I walked in, he was assisting the customer in front of me and then walked away from the cashier when it was my turn to order and STAYED IN THE BACK, the entire time while I was inside store. Ordered on the app thinking I could walk in and grab however it wasn't even being made until I asked about it. I ended up getting my drinks 12 min later. Probably won't come back. Service was slow and they weren't apologetic. Save money and make a cold brew at home next time. read more

If putting 0 stars was an option I'd do it. I ordered an oat milk latte because im extremely allergic to dairy, the employee Vanessa was very snappy and smug when taking my order. Seemed like she didn't want to be there taking my order specifically but with other guests she was nice. While making my drink i seen that she was making it with whole milk instead of oat milk so i brought it up to her attention that I ordered oat milk. She got very upset when she had to remake the drink and gave me sever attitude. She basically tossed the drink in my hands when handing it to me, making me almost dropped it. I peeked in the cup and noticed a small curly hair floating on the top of my ice. I would've gone back inside to ask them to remake it but i was extremely in fear for my life because of how the employee Vanessa was acting towards me. It seemed as if she had an ulterior motive. She also smelt a little sour and a little funky and I didn't want someone with poor hygiene to make my drink again. This is my favorite Starbucks and it's so close to me so it's a shame that I have to commute to another location just to feel safe. read more
