I like Cold Stone mostly because you get to order your ice cream and you can pick from a huge assortment of items to include in your ice cream. You can literally make your own creation with all the ingredients they have. My personal favorite happens to be the Founders Favorite. It ha French vanilla ice cream, caramel, hot fudge, almonds and a brownie. The person mixes it all up and no two licks are the same. Everything is mixed up perfectly and you just have all those ingredients working with each other to provide such a great taste. The reason why I did not review it as a perfect 5star is because as we sat at the shop you could tell that the place needs some sprucing up. The walls need some paint and in general the could stand to do some renovations or at least a facelift. It was a bit dark and dreary. If you are going to compete then you should be paying attention to the little things to continue to entice customers.

Pretty overpriced and characterless chain. Sunny Daes is a much better and more affordable option.

I grabbed a 6-pack to try, and it was definitely a sugar-filled adventure. The store is bright, clean, and smells amazing the second you walk in. Ordering was smooth--using the app made things even easier--and though there was a small line, it moved quickly. Staff were upbeat and helpful. Here's what I tried: Pink Sugar (2x) - Classic frosted sugar cookie. Soft, buttery, and nostalgic, though a bit sweet for my taste. That signature almond-pink frosting is either love or leave. Fruity Pebbles Cookie (2x) - Surprisingly good! The crunchy cereal added a fun texture, and the cookie itself had a mellow vanilla vibe that balanced the sweetness. Chocolate Chunk - Thick, chewy, and loaded with big chocolate pieces. A solid go-to, though not as adventurous as the others. Lucky Charms Cookie - This one looked super fun with marshmallows on top. Flavor-wise it was more novelty than standout, but still enjoyable for the experience. Biscoff (I think - top left?) - Soft, spiced, and packed with that cookie butter flavor. A standout if you like warm, cinnamon-y notes. Double Chocolate or Chocolate Raspberry? (middle row) - Hard to tell, but it had a rich flavor and a nice texture. Would eat again. Overall, Crumbl is a great treat spot. Cookies are massive, rich, and best shared or saved for later (pro tip: refrigerate and reheat!). The rotating weekly menu keeps it interesting, and it's perfect for gifting or indulging once in a while. Not something I'd grab weekly--my blood sugar says no thanks --but definitely worth the hype for special occasions.

I know, it's not rocket science and I am quite sure I could have figured it out, but it's nice when a staff person takes the time to explain how things work. I decided to get a six pack of the special of the week, peanut butter brownie minis. I ordered with ease at the kiosk in the store. The staff told me this was a test item, only currently available at this and another store. Lucky me! The brownie was moist and chewy and addictingly delicious. The store was clean and available items are on display so you can get a visual. There are no tables or eating areas and parking in shared lot with other businesses.
