Walked inside the store and I wear glasses, they fogged up. The temperature outside is about 71, why is it the inside of the store is even hotter than outside.....its an icecream store....Non the less yes the icecream was melted. In addition I ordered a Birthday Cake Remix my go to in a Ours size, the server didn't measure out correctly and decided to just add a glob of melted vanilla to top off the cup. Do they couldn't find my order but luckily when I pulled up my bank statement that states time and place of where money was taking out. They still choice to do nothing. I like Cold Stone mostly because you get to order your ice cream and you can pick from a huge assortment of items to include in your ice cream. You can literally make your own creation with all the ingredients they have. My personal favorite happens to be the Founders Favorite. It ha French vanilla ice cream, caramel, hot fudge, almonds and a brownie. The person mixes it all up and no two licks are the same. Everything is mixed up perfectly and you just have all those ingredients working with each other to provide such a great taste. The reason why I did not review it as a perfect 5star is because as we sat at the shop you could tell that the place needs some sprucing up. The walls need some paint and in general the could stand to do some renovations or at least a facelift. It was a bit dark and dreary. If you are going to compete then you should be paying attention to the little things to continue to entice customers. read more

I came here yesterday with my niece and brother. The girl taking our order clearly had a attitude, she looked like she didn't want to be there. It's odd because before we walked up she wasn't acting like that. Also when it was time to pay she started doing a "FAKE COUGH"!!! I assume because we had on masks and she didn't. I took it as her trying to be funny about us wearing masks. This is so unprofessional! She is so RUDE! Let's see how she feels about the masks coming back since she thinks it's a joke. I went into Coldstone after having a long and difficult week at work. I ordered a "gotta have it" size of my favorite ice cream and I was greeted with an incredibly inappropriate response from a female employee who said "are you sure?! It's 400 calories?! I would wouldn't eat dinner if I were you..." I have struggled for years with body image problems and this was enough to trigger a breakdown. I'm lucky enough to have had my best friend with me otherwise I don't know what would have happened. I am disappointed and mildly enraged by the inappropriate, hurtful and disturbing nature of the employees comment. Please fire this woman. read more

Love this place!!!!!!! Ice cream is awesome, they have a large selection of ice cream and toppings. Every time I come here I get something different because of the create your own thing, not sure what it's called. There customer service was amazing. Eh it was ok. Honestly I wanted frozen yogurt but was on a bit of a time crunch. The man there was nice enough but not overly friendly and VERY chincy with the toppings. I paid $12 for two tiny ice creams. My son and I were the only two customers (mid day 40 degrees out in February) you would think the place would be sparkling since it's probably slow and they have time to spare and to clean. Wrong. This star rating is generous if I'm just reviewing the ice cream. Ice cream alone would be maybe a two star rating. The three stars is merited because of the cakes. Service is warm and friendly. These folks make a decent ice cream cake. If you need an ice cream cake on the quick, you can order online and pick up the next day. It's convenient but not gourmet. They have a larger variety of cakes than Dairy Queen or whatever that other one is called. The staff will write anything you want on the cakes and that's all you can really ask for. If you want a hoidy toity, frufru pretty cake, find a nice bakery or maybe even Whole Foods. read more
