What was surprising is that again, I found only one girl to be working there. Does this place really only hire girls all around?! Really not a good look. i worked here for about a year... the boss only hires blonde females. which is disgusting to say the least. he would tell the girls i worked with that i was gay- to start drama- and he would disregard the girls who actually did their job. the girls who worked with me were disrespectful.. they would bully me, and i have seen them bully past girls who have quit for that exact reason. they also bully customers! Ask for vanilla with strawberries and they will scoop out some vanilla ice cream onto a board, then spoon out some whole strawberries, and finally chop and mix it all up for your serving. Other toppings of course can be added, This place is not cheap, but what ice cream place is now? A small cup of coffee ice cream, and a medium cup of vanilla with strawberries and hot fudge set us back about $7.50 Servings are in 3 sizes of cups or a variety of cones (waffle, sugar, etc). This particular place is in a strip mall. The one thing that was weird was we walked in and no one was behind the counter and we waited about 5 minutes before I practically had to walk around the counter to get someone to help us. Came in here on some random night with the family after dinner. The staff were friendly enough, and the ice cream tasted ok. The reason for the low rating is because of a miscommunication over their prices. Pretty much, two small standard ice creams and one large speciality ended up costing over $17. The culprit: a charge for "additional mixes" of Oreos. Every two Oreos is another .69 cents, so be careful how much of their "additional mixes" you get. One would think that only Oreos would count as one mix, and with extras justifiably being only one additional mix, but the counter appears to be true. Just as bad as the nickel and diming attitude of the business was that the staff did not even mention that it would be extra, nor clarify that it would count as two or even three "additional mixes." When I asked as politely as I could for some clarification of the bill and made it clear that I just wanted to know, we were treated a little brusquely, as if I had asked for a refund or had somehow said something rude. While the ice cream tasted fine, I can't see myself justifying paying $17 for such a small amount of just O.K. ice cream. Long story short: find yourself a different ice cream chain, or a local mom and pop. You'll probably get better prices, and maybe even better ice cream and service. read more

I have passed this place a say a thousand times and never stopped. I finally went in for some ice cream and I am bummed I did not go sooner. This place knows ice cream. My favorite is the cheese cake flavor with fruit in a waffle cup. YUMMY! You have to go in and try them. There Smoothies are amazing they can make them with any flavor of ice cream they have. They have a lot of flavors and they actual taste like they suppose to. Great place to have a cold treat. MUST TRY! Specifically ordered that it say "Congratulations Jon" on it because of the occasion. When I arrived to pick up the cake, the cake said "Congratulation Jon." I guess he only gets one. One congratulation to you... from the one of us out of many that will be at this occasion and eating this cake that serves 20! The man asked what I thought and when I pointed out the error he said "Oh well I didn't do it... the girls did." Well ok then. Never mind my complaint. Since you didn't do it who cares.
