Been disappointed in Culver's last couple months. Before tables were clean and floor. Now you have to walk around to find a clean one. I live nearby so I do regularly eat here there's often some little problem but not one worth writing a review about . However this time not only did they give me a double cheeseburger with bacon and a whole bunch of crap on it when I ordered a plain double cheeseburger the real kicker was the literally raw in the center fish . Well they did replace it when returned they offered no compensation even though I had to come home find out that everything was bad and bring it back . I'm sick to death of companies acting like they don't owe you anything for how your time when you have to run back and forth also never any manager handling issues just some kid smugly looking at you and going no we don't offer compensation when we replace the food . read more

I used curbside pick up and when I got home realized half my order was missing. Mistakes happen, I understand that. Sadly the worst customer and food experience ever! 4/13/2026 and without any solution it took between 7pm-almost 8pm! Uber did deliver the order in time to the right place because I provided full info. Order in amount above $25! Fries tired, cold, not fresh. And I was 1 min. from the branch!! Burger had horribly looking salad, also not warm, GF bun partially warm, salty caramel shake melted and it is not humid at the time. Worker picked up and asking manager, me on hold 15 min., then my call not picked up at all. Manager told the worker it is Uber fault and to microwave my meal - what a quality - of food and kitchen skills... Some worker singing not answering my request... Give the jobs those who need it and will work, I know cooking, franchise model, global business, etc. Unreal. HQ should rethink customer experience training and hiring. Holy Delicious Walleye!!! Wow! That was so darn good. Ordered the Walleye Sandwich (added pickles), the Walleye Platter with Fries& Curds and a Butterfinger Concrete. It was my crust time ordering or eating here so I had no clue what to expect- prices included. Somehow a sandwich, a platter and a Concrete was $28!! Since the Walleye is new or a seasonal special they didn't have their prices listed, nor could I find them online, nor was I provided a receipt. $5 for a concrete, I'm guessing $16 for a platter and $7 for a sandwich? That's the only reason the star is missing in my review. The staff was courteous and kind - I think I had a trainee because she wasn't as knowledgeable in the menu but it was fine since I knew what I wanted. Let's talk sandwich... the bun is perfectly grilled and has a light sweetness to it that really makes the sandwich exceptional. Lettuce, tarter, added pickles all good BUT the star of the show is the Walleye! It was buttery, flaky, juicy and the (not beer) batter outside is rival to the fish in a London Pub, crispy while being thick enough but not over bearing to the delightful fish encased inside. Man that fish is what dreams Are what dreams are made of. Now for the platter- opted for 3 pieces/filets of Walleye to split with the kids. Same beautiful filet as on the sandwich. My mouth is watering thinking about it. So golden, so crispy, so fantastic! With sides of Cheese curds that were decent and fries that were good. Also a little dinner roll and butter but I didn't eat those. Dessert was the Concrete with Butterfinger that I did not share with my kids. It was too good. The custard is so decadent. So creamy. Had a need for a quick lunch and the people I was working with suggested Culver's. I went there for a burger but noticed they had a Cod sandwich on the menu. The sandwich was excellent. It came with crinkle cut fries and they were great as well. I ordered the shake and it was very good. I prefer to be able to drink my shake. The restaurant appears to make shakes for people who want them so thick you have eat them with spoon. It was okay, I left it in my warm car long enough for it to melt enough for me to drink it. Worst customer experience service I've ever had at a Culvers. They didn't include my pint of custard that I ordered and paid for at the drive up. I immediately phoned them. The manager said they would mail me coupons. I'm not holding my breath. Also, they were out of tarter sauce. How does a place who serves fish run out of tarter sauce? I'm from Wisconsin. Several weeks ago, stopped here after a sports demonstration and we need to get lunch. First time in this Culver's at Estero, the facility is clean and staff is friendly and pleasant. We ordered double Butterburgers, crinkle cut fries and soft drinks. After we got the order number sign, it was delivered to our table by a smiling young lady! The buttered bun is soft, burger is juicy and came with fresh condiments like tomato, lettuce and onions. Crinkle cut fries were crunchy. We were not disappointed! This Culver's has two fairly large outside seating area where they can accommodate another 40-50 customers. We spotted a water bowl underneath one of the tables so this facility is dog friendly! The staff was active and constant monitor, cleaning tables and pickup trays. We were impressed! On subsequent visits, we have the Pot Roast and Atlantic Cod Filet sandwich as well. The fish sandwich was long, thick and juicy! The Pot Roast sandwich is flavorful! The cheese curds has that slight rubbery texture to give that distinctive bite! Obviously, We did not forgot the creamy and smooth frozen custard. The price in Culver's is slightly higher than other National known fast food chains, but we love this Culver's at Estero! We'll try their Pork tenderloin and crispy chicken sandwich on our future visits! This location is well managed. Burgers were hot & fresh; the chicken & fries were not hot but still tasty. Kinda pricey, but quality food. Better than Wendy's. Try Culver's Signature sauce.... The store is ultra clean and the employees are pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I simply ordered a crispy chicken basket. We love Culver's frozen custard and tried almost all of their "Flavor Of the Day". Last week we came for the new flavor - blackberry cobbler. It was vanilla custard with blackberries and cinnamon granola pieces. We haven't been disappointed from any of their flavors. So when you order the FOD, you get 2 more toppings for free (candies, fruits, except nuts). Load up your custard with more goodies. We like this location the best because it is always clean and under very good management. We signed up the eClub and receive emails on specials and a free treat on birthday. They celebrate Father's Day by treating dads a scoop of sundae. How sweet is that. read more

I'm a Culver's fan -- newly converted since going to their stores in several locations. We went through the drive through here -- looking for a bit of dessert. Their system was down so we had to place our order again at the pick up window, but that wasn't a problem. We'd seen that the flavor of the day (it's posted on their sign out front) was chocolate caramel swirl. We decided to get a small cup and share. 2 spoons please. It was very good -- and more than enough for us. We'd expected chocolate ice cream with caramel topping -- or caramel mixed into the custard ice cream. Instead it was vanilla ice cream topped with chopped chocolate pieces and caramel sauce. We didn't complain! I've had their burgers at one other location...and like their Swiss, Mushroom hamburger. We didn't get a chance to try anything more than the ice cream here -- as we'd just had a big lunch earlier. So you know it's crazy when you go to a regular sit down restaurant that's pricey and you realize Culver's has better fish. I feel like it's really good fast food. The burgers, the fish, great ice cream , it's just good food without the wait. That's probably why when I want fast food it's only Culvers or Chick Fil A. I love Culver's and this is a good one. My husband and I have to split the Butter Burger Deluxe because it is huge. We pair it with the best onion rings I have had in the area. Their fries are good too, but their onion rings are what we crave when we come here. Get the family size and take some home as an accompaniment for another meal. Of course, the custards are delicious; any flavor, it doesn't matter. I DO wish they had peanuts! They do not. Pecans and Walnuts are the only choices, so I don't get any at all most of the time. Really good! It's sort of fast food but like a step up! Cheeseburger was great! I think the only thing that was a problem was that the fries weren't seasoned properly with salt because they tasted like nothing. This happens all the time at other fast food places so I'm sure if I go again the fries will be perfect. Bathrooms were clean! My friend had left her water bottle and we called to ask if they could hold it for a couple of hours. They did and were great when we went back to get it. Wished they had these in Miami! read more
