Was craving a milkshake today for lunch, went to stop by at this coldstone after grabbing some chipotle next door and to my surprise this location was closed. No sign on the door other than the hours stating they would be open during that time. It seems like whoever runs this business doesn't care about customers or being punctual. We had a real young girl as our mixer. She definitely did not want to be there. Ordered a Gotta Have It size with cherries......I got 5 whole cherries. Wow, 5. If hate to see how many they put in a small. Plus once she "mixed" it l, all the cherries were in one spot. Literally squished my ice cream around maybe three times and called it quits. I miss the days when people actually cared about their job and the work they do. I mean, ya its ice cream, but still a little work ethic and pride would be nice. read more

We hate to show up late, however, my wife called 10 minutes earlier and were told place would stay open until 10:00pm. It was 9:55pm when we arrived and one of the girls hid and the door was already locked. It had just turned 10:00pm as I finished this review. I have debated writing in because our family loves Cold stone. But after today I will drive the extra miles to go to a different location. We go to Cold stone at least twice a week . This location is closest to our home but unfortunately they never have enough staff on hand. (especially since they started doing grub hub)They also do not have the variety of ice cream that the other locations have. So most the time we have to leave and go to the Bell location. They are out of almond pieces a lot of the time, then they substitute without asking different types. For example I requested almonds today and got whole pieces of almonds instead of almond pieces the last time they were out of almonds they substituted almond slivers. Neither of those are acceptable ice cream toppings . Do yourself a favor and drive to the location at 83rd and Bell rd. read more

Went to this cold stone at 1030 on Friday night 12/28 and the door was locked. The door said it was supposed to be open till 11.

Adjacent to Pei Wei in the AJ's shopping center on the SW corner of 67th Ave & the 101, and is always a nice follow up to a decent fast meal at Pei Wei. Coupons are always in the paper so I tend to be a cheapskate and hit this place for the buy one get one free special. Options are as good as any other location, and the teenage employees aren't punks like you find so often in retail spots these days. read more

Worst cold stone i've ever been to. The people who made my boyfriend and I's ice cream were sloppy, slow and didn't even cut up our add ins well enough to eat with the ice cream. There were huge chunks of the mix in left. My boyfriend also ordered a smoothie and it was horrible. It tasted like chemicals and sugar. The one guy working was working so slow! It's like he didn't even care for his job and there was a big line building up behind us. We will never go to this cold stone location again. read more

I drove over the other night to grab ice cream for the fam thinking they closed at 10pm. They closed at 9pm and I walked in at 856. I asked if I was too late, and they not only welcomed me in but face me such great service that I left a 50% tip. These girls are the best. read more

Usually visit Cold Stone for a "Gotta Have It", upon my first visit to this specific location today I ordered and received a horribly portioned cup of ice cream. Probably equivalent to the small cup they sell, possibly their medium. After bringing it to their attention was kind of blown off. Was such an easy fix for a customer, especially when all the customers behind me were getting the portions I'm accustomed to and pay for. read more

Walked into the store 25 minutes prior to closing (10pm according to their sign) and was told by the singular closing employee that he couldn't serve my 3 friends and I as he was serving another group that he appeared friendly with. After we left, we saw him walk from behind the counter and start goofing off with them. I am super upset by this incident, as should cold stone be. What a terrible representation of a place I normally love and to think of my lost business and who knows how many others got turned away by this carelessness and lack of effort. read more

Beware of your belongings! Employees are unhelpful. iPhone lost at this store on October 5 around 5 PM and an employee kept saying no one has returned it. I had to call the local PD, AT&T and Apple to track since I was certain that I left it at this location. The employees were unhelpful and clearly trying to hide it per their body language. When the employees realized I wasn't going to give up easily and I was following up with local PD, Destiny an employee suddenly told me now she has found it. First time coming to this cold stone location and it was extremely busy. Joshua took our order and was nice, patient, positive and kept conversation going with us. All the staff members kept a great positive attitude while assisting us and the customers after us. We will definitely be coming back to this location. read more

All of the employees didn't know what they were doing and one in particular, Josh, was leaning over the ice cream and responded with attitude when I ordered. He was very lazy and simply walked away after my second order, so I had to order from someone else. He then told me they don't have chocolate but one of the ladies went to the freezer and grabbed the chocolate that Josh was too lazy to go look for. I Love the ice cream and dogs, but not together. When I walked in tonight and saw a young dog running around behind the counter, that kinda bothered me being a food establishment. Even got a dirty look from a person behind the counter for asking why a dog would be behind the counter. read more
