Note that as with any frozen yogurt/ice cream place, it's always way cheaper to get the take home option as it gives you way more of their product. But even the take home options are more expensive here than any other place. I got their largest size which is 42 oz. You have the option of having 6 mix-ins which are their candy add-ons. At first, she said I could only put two different ice cream flavors, but I let him know that other places allow for 3; he said it would count as a mix-in. It's odd that different Cold Stones in the greater Phoenix area have such different rules for their take home ice cream. This cost me $22.03. Note that a Breyer's ice cream of the same size in a grocery store costs around $6=. I tried out their chocolate, pistachio, and coffee flavors. Definitely chocolate and pistachio were my favorite; I'm not a fan of the nut but I love the flavor so I'm really glad they have the ice cream without the nuts itself. This is the second place I've ever placed a Too Good To Go order, and I am so glad I did! There was a bit of a wait because there were a bunch of customers and only 2 people working, but they got all the people using that app their orders fast! I've had no previous problems at this location so this review is specifically for this one incident. I've waited almost a year for the "at the end of the rainbow" flavor to come back and I was very disappointed. While the ice cream did have the Lucky Charms marshmallows and I believe marshmallow cream, it had absolutely no flavor other than that. Pregnant and craving some ice cream so I went into this location on a Saturday night at 9:13pm with my child and was told "sorry we can't serve you we're going on a break we've had too many door dashes tonight come back at 10pm (which is when they close..) Overall really closer to a 3.5. Ordered a cake online about 3 days in advance and was able to pick it up in store on the day that I needed it. Service was pleasant when I went to pick up the cake and the product itself tasted great! My only issue is that I requested that a "Happy Birthday" message be written on the cake and it was not as nice or as professional as I'd expected. I didn't really mind it because it was for a very small, intimate occasion, but I feel like employees need to be provided with more/better training so that cake inscriptions can look a bit more nice and presentable. FOLLOW-UP: The store has a new owner and they did refund my money and apologized to me. I am changing this review from 1 star to 3 and give new ownership a chance. Original Review: Just placed an order for over $60.00 for delivery on their web site. We ordered 2 ours size ice cream mixtures, 13 dog biscuits, 2 waffle bowls, and 2 peanut butter cup candy. When the order was delivered, there was 1 dog biscuit (for $9.99), no waffle bowls, and extremely few, if any, mix-ins for my wife's ice cream. I ordered the peanut butter perfection with extra peanut butter and fudge, no candy, and there also was not a lot in there. We called the store twice. There is nothing they can do to rectify the situation. It is now up to us to contact the store manager, Door Dash (which I guess does the delivery, though they don't tell you that), and they will NOT correct the situation. It is so nice that we have to do all the work!!!! They screw up and we have to do the additional work! They did tell us we can go to the store to pick it up, but then again, if I wanted to do that, why would I have paid for delivery? Beware with this location, if something is wrong, it will be up to you to correct, they do not have a qualified person on staff to take care of it. Good luck if you want to go there!!! FOLLOW UP: I asked to be contacted today, especially as they charged me for items I never received and their employee refused to do anything about it. I have NOT heard anything from anyone.
