Okay, the last two times I've came here for the chicken tenders there was something wrong about the order. They only gave me 5 instead of 6 chicken tenders for the first issue. Second they tasted as if they had been sitting already cooked and then they warmed them up for 30 seconds in a microwave. The temp was basically not even room temperature or cold like an in between temperature for both times I got the chicken tenders. The second time around for getting my meal however, the onion rings were warm but felt as if I was eating glass. My entire mouth is cut up from eating the 6-7 onion rings that were in my meal. By the time I got to the chicken tenders the bbq sauce basically physically hurt/burned my mouth because of the cuts from the onion rings. They need better training. Every single person there seems like they do not know how to make a royal New York cheesecake blizzard. They over blend it where the cheesecake is just mushed into the vanilla ice cream and then under blend the strawberries so it's literally like mushy vanilla ice cream with big strawberry chunks in it. We went on the evening of 6/14 to get blizzards. When we got to the window we remembered to ask if they still have pup cups. The boy that was helping us was great, but the girl with the longer pony tail totally rolled her eyes and gave us attitude. She also didn't tip our blizzards over like they're supposed to. The staff is rude, and unhelpful. If you miss items they will claim they put it in and say it's on you and they can't do anything about it. Not worth it. This location isn't the best. Recieved the pretzels with missing queso, I just wanted to see if they could do anything about it without me having to drive all the way back and go pick up the queso since I didn't want to eat dry pretzels. This location never fails us!! We were there last night with a couple of teenagers. The "kids" working behind the counter were beyond amazing!! They had a LOT of employees working it like a fine tuned machine!! I will say there was the one immature dude that didn't quite "fit" in with the rest of the very mature teens/young adults but maybe he is the class clown and makes it fun for the team (or annoys them - LOL!!). Kudos to the owner/manager and the kids working at this location!! Then I had an unfortunate incident in the parking lot that resulted in the instantaneous destruction of said treats. They replaced them, free of charge. No questions, no hassle. Dairy Queen is doing an 85 cent blizzard deal right now and the kids that were working the drive thru seemed to have an issue with customers utilizing that deal. We were given so much attitude just because they had to scan our app for each order (there were 4 of us), I get that's a lot of people but 1. I got two cheeseburgers with fries and the burgers were cold and had an excessive about of mustard and ketchup dripping out everywhere. I went through the drive-through Monday evening 7-15-19 and this teenage girl was at the window with a few boys hanging around her. They were talking and laughing, which I thought was no big deal. I paid for my vanilla Ice-cream cone and then she closed the window between us. I thought that was weird because when I usually go to this DQ it takes like 2 seconds to get the cone. They don't close the window. She opens the window back up and hands me this cone that looked like an ice-cream cone. I didn't question it because I figured it was me just being overly critical. (let me just say I was being nice and pleasant.) There was no bad interaction. But it turns out that what she gave me was whipped topping. It went straight into the garbage. I know she knew that what she gave me was wrong, because she kind of hesitated when she handed it to me. I brushed this off not thinking much of it. I was also on my way somewhere so I didn't have time to turn around and go back. This is one of the cleaner DQ's in the valley, and it always has an upbeat feel because of the jukebox playing music constantly.
