I spend alot of money every month at cold stone. The hemet location sucks. The order is sometimes not complete. Tonight I ordered french vanilla ice cream and peanut butter sauce. I received ice cream that was red. I threw it out. Never again. I think they need to learn how to treat customers and be competent to get the order right. If you don't like serving customers get a job that don't deal with customers. Pissed off tonight and won't be spending any more money at cold stone. Disappointed. Not on the same level as Coldstone locations in San Diego. Staff seem unhappy to work there.

The staff here is absolutely fantastic and the best part is even in a rush they got the line out fast and efficiently, Emily was great it was my first time here at cold stone haven't been to one before she was very lovely and let me know about all the terrific opinions and had an great attitude. We usually go here often. We always get 1 big tub(everybody's) and 3 small/medium ones. Yesterday i ordered the big one(everyone) with 2 different mix ins(your get 6) the workers(male) proceeded to do the mixing. We didn't think anything of it until we got home. All the mix-ins were at the bottom of the tub. Like it wasn't even mixed. This defeats the purpose of the "mix-ins" cashier was super short and rude once she say that there was no tip on the card. I left a cash tip I guess she didn't see that. We will take a break from visiting this location. read more

I just went last night and the cookie dough was rock hard. They were huge chunks and I threw one and hit the wall with it and it didn't break. You guys really need to do better. Cookie dough is supposed to be soft. Had I not noticed, I would have broken a tooth. Guess who I would have sued? Also, pay your workers a higher wage. I shouldn't be required to TIP them, when all they did was serve an overpriced ice cream cone. I am happy to pay for this overpriced cone but to add a tip is insulting. You're robbing your customers and expecting people to front costs. I repeat pay your workers a higher wage. read more

After paying $15 for some overpriced ice cream I expect at the very least, ice cream that isn't melting and a greeting! First the girl wasn't friendly What so ever! I ordered a large ice cream, the bowl wasn't filled and to make matters worse it was melting! I would expect a cheap scoop from the competitor pink/ blue ice cream parlor but not cold stone! I come to CS often but this was my first time at this location and I was completely unimpressed. I was actually disappointed because I didn't order soft serve ice cream. I've been to plenty cold stones and have never had soft ice cream like that. They need a better freezer if the ice cream is going to be melting to that magnitude. read more

Oh how enticing the aroma of their waffle bowls is as you pass by the store. Sugary & sweet... it just draws me in. Which is why I haven't walked by the store in about 3 years. But, something was calling my name and so tonight I made the stroll in. I was craving my Founder's Favorite icecream creation. It's ice cream with brownies, fudge, and pecans, I have walnuts instead of pecans. But, they were out of brownies. Talk about sadness. That wiped out about 3 options I would have chosen. So, I opted for the strawberry shortcake which includes ice cream, strawberries, graham cracker crust, caramel and whipped cream. Still good, but not what I was hoping for. The ladies were both nice, especially considering they were there at 9 pm on a Sat night. This store has plenty of cakes and ice cream pre-made that you can just walk in and buy, or you can create your own in small/medium/large sizes (can't remember the "Cold Stone" size names at the moment). About 20 ice cream flavors and a lot of toppings to choose from. Then you can choose a waffle bowl for your ice cream too. Regular, chocolate, chocolate w/ sprinkles, and some others I think. Overall, a great treat every now and then. The price is a bit steep for ice cream, but again it's a nice treat and experience. Probably more so if you have kids! ** THUMBS DOWN ** This place gets a poor review... Ordered 2 different ice creams, 1 in a waffle bowl and the other in a waffle cone. Both the cone and the bowl were so stale that you couldn't even chew them. Was looking forward to some good tasting dressed up ice cream. What a disappointment, especially considering I paid $16.00 for this rare treat. read more

The ice cream was good, the customer service not so much. I was told they could not accept my 10$ bill because the machine, due to its age, does not recognize the changes made to the new bills and it shows as counterfeit, even though it is not. We took the bill to the police department to get it checked out, since it made me curious. Please upgrade your equipment, being told that the employes will get yelled at by their manager, if they would take one of those bills, makes me really sad for them. He was clearly embarrassed trying to explain the whole thing to me. Very poor management. read more

Let's start off by me showing up to their facility and the open sign is already turned off and it's barely 9:35 p.m.... It's like do I go in are the open are they closed? I own my own business and customer service I believe is the number one thing that makes businesses successful when you are greeted with a sad greeting I feel like it makes the experience that much less pleasurable. The girl that served my ice cream had a very very bad attitude and seem like she was pissed off because I came in and placed a large order of ice cream at the end of the day. It kinda made me upset when she was grabbing the ice cream and throwing it on the slab and when she through the blueberries on the counter and A lot of the blueberries rolled off the counter to the floor. I come to this location all the time and when she was making my expensive ice cream because we all know the ice cream there is not cheap and they only put to strawberries on it I ask her can I pay for more strawberries if you could have them added please and she ignored me and just put 2 more strawberries on it. If you could have seen the way she was handling the ice cream you woulda thought she was having a temper tantrum. When she was putting the napkins and utensils in the bag some of them fell on the floor, She doesn't care that it cost that businesses money when you waste product and gets thrown onto the floor not in the customer's bag. I will not be returning to this place ever again. I will take my My business to the little ice cream shop across the street by home depot. To bad I use to love this place. Now I don't go to many coldstones but most of the time they have nice cold quality icecream. And the people are usually nice, BUT this Cold Stone is just not okay. The icecream was handed to us melted and the workers weren't very polite either. They tried to take our order quickly too even though there weren't many people there. With a super swell set of staff and sweets galore - Cold Stone as something to satisfy everyone. It is on the pricey side for ice cream but it's a treat people - not something you deat everyday. I've been to this location a few times and every single time they are STINGY. I just moved out here and the one in Moreno Valley isn't hardly stingy. They give the smallest scoops of ice cream they can. Some of the workers are nice but I dealt with a young boy today who didn't even give me eye contact. I ended up upgrading to a gotta have it to be able to have enough ice cream cause the love it was so tiny about the size of a golf ball, my mix ins are bigger than the amount of ice cream they give. read more

She was the one serving ice cream and I instantly could tell she was not generous with her ice cream I asked for a like it, like I always do and she asked if I wanted a love it for .50 more I said no thank you because normally a like it is plenty! So she said ok and she gave me a slither of ice cream which she measured in the cup before adding it on the cold stone. I was so shocked I have never seen this happen before at any of the cold stones I have visited! I was given the smallest serving of ice cream ever! My sis asked for a love it I said wow!! She immediately said "I told you! you get more for JUST .50 more, so I said ok she was trying to teach me a lesson. She did not measure my sisters in the cup. Which was really petty! Best ice cream in Hemet by far! Cold Stone never disappoints and their recipe for ice cream is unlike any other ice cream places. I love their signature creations and the option to create your own. I also love how many toppings they have and how it seems like they're always adding more. As far as the atmosphere, I always get good service and it's a clean, well kept place. I hope they continue getting good business and stay open since lots of places in Hemet seem to close down! read more

You used to get a good serving of mix ins in your ice cream, but now they have gotten so stingy. I had chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups and I couldn't taste the cups at all. For $5 I should have been able to taste them. I will be going to the yogurt place down the road in the future. I can put in all the cups I want and I don't need all the extra fat anyway. read more
