I also noticed the Long John had a noticeable thumb indentation in the icing, and the red velvet donut was about one-third smaller than the ones that were on display. It was my mistake for not checking the box before leaving, but it was too far of a drive to go back. One suggestion I would make is to leave the box open until the customer has a chance to verify the order before it's closed. That could help prevent simple mistakes like this.
