I have been to this location multiple times and each time I come here I receive some great customer service. They are pretty quick and don't mess up your order. I had wanted a smoothie the last time I went and I changed something at the last minute and the employee was very understanding. The prices are reasonable but it also just depends on what you get. I wasn't a huge fan of the smoothie I had got. I know when I go back here I want to just stick to the milkshakes and ice cream. I love the cheesecake ice cream. I only wish they'd fill it to the top! They have tables inside and out. From a sustainability standpoint, this place lost a star for serving their delicious frozen treat in styrofoam bowls. Not only is that likely in violation of their franchise agreement, it takes away from my enjoyment. Please restock your branded cups! Lost another star for lack of personality and customer service. She was visibly upset and staring down all the new customers as they walked in, by the way she did NOT greet any of them. There were about 10 people in line and she was visibly becoming more upset. When our second batch was ready she slammed it down on the ready counter. She did this to absolutely everyone. Also her hair was loose, she did not have on a hair net/hat or gloves. I have been to a few Coldstone locations, and so far this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and they do not skimp on the mix-ins! Favorite creation so far: Mud Pie Mojo -- coffee ice cream with oreos, a heaping spoonful of peanut butter, crushed almonds, and fudge. Get it in the waffle bowl for an extra treat. Of note, my husband is allergic to milk. The staff here are all very kind in trying to accomodate him...it is just that the best part about Coldstone is the mix-ins which are lost on him when he can only have one of their dairy-free sorbets.
